He or she may disqualify a competitor at any stage of the competition if in his or her opinion the horse is lame, sick, exhausted, or for the misuse of the whip or for cruelty of any kind. Also for breach of the rules or for unseemly behaviour including bad language. 3. Correct and safe dress must be worn at all times: suitable footwear with heel and standard hard hats complying with current BS standards with harness fastened at all times when mounted 4. Please warm up your horses in a sensible manner and not around spectators or in the lorry or trailer parks 5. Any objection must be made in writing to the District Commissioner or a Swansea & District Branch Committee member within 15 minutes of the incident accompanied by a 10 deposit which will be forfeited if the complaint is not upheld 6. No entry fee can be refunded except on production of a vet s certificate or when, due to unforeseen circumstances, a class has been cancelled 7. For the purposes of this Show no stallions are permitted on the Show Ground because of lack of space. 8. Ridden horses/ponies must be 4 years and over 9. Dogs must be kept on leads at all times 10. A Novice horse/pony has not to have won first prize 11. For all novice qualifying classes a snaffle bit should be worn 12. The organisers reserve the right to cancel part or the whole Show without prior warning and to change class formats 2. Judges decisions are final. They may disqualify a competitor at any stage of the competition if in their opinion the horse is lame, sick, exhausted, or for the misuse of the whip or for cruelty of any kind. Also for breach of the rules or for unseemly be-haviour including bad language. 3. The class restrictions shall apply as stated in the class schedule 4. Correct and safe dress must be worn at all times: suitable footwear with heel and standard hard hats complying with current BS standards with harness fastened at all times when mounted 5. Any objection must be made in writing to the District Commissioner or a Swansea & District Branch Committee member within 15 minutes of the incident accompanied by a deposit which will be forfeited if the complaint is not upheld 6. For the purposes of this Show no stallions are permitted on the Show Ground be-cause of lack of space 7. Ridden horses/ponies must be 4 years and over 8. Dogs must be kept on leads at all times. This is Health and Safety provision for the protection of riders 9.
