Sponsorship Form Inter-State Triple Point Horse Show is going to have only two types of sponsorships. Inter-State Horse Show reserves the right to have more than one sponsor for a class. Stalls $50.00 and must be paid with entries. There are only so many large stalls and when there gone, there gone. Only prepaid stalls will be assigned. Stalls will be Reserved on a First Come First Served Basis only Shavings can be purchased on the $8.00 per/bag Camper Parking ** If you plug your Camper or Horse Trailer into the Electric System you must have a Camper Permit. If caught without one there will be a $25.00 penalty ** INTER-STATE HORSE SHOW ASSOCIATION, Inc. will NOT be responsible for any ACCIDENTS or PERSONAL PROPERTY DAMAGE Directions: From the West: Take IS 76 in Ohio east and get off at Exit #38 (Route 44). Turn right and go south on Route 44 approximately five (5) miles and the Portage County Fairgrounds will be on your left. From the East: Take IS 76 in Ohio west from Turnpike Exit #15 or follow IS #80 west to IS #76 and go west to Exit #38 (Route 44). Turn left and go south on Route 44 for approximately five (5) miles and the Portage County Fairgrounds will be on your left. There will be an Exhibitor s Party on Saturday night after the last class, plan to attend. There are 4 Hotel/Motels right off Exit 33 on I-76. Days Inn (Host $49.95 per night % tax) For Reservations: (330) We have a block of 20 rooms held until May 25 for the Horse Show. You must tell them that you are with the Inter-State Horse Show and ask for this special rate. Pets are welcome at this Motel at an additional charge of $10 per night. 4 Inter-State Triple Point Horse Show Attention Show Exhibitors 1. The Horse Show Committee reserves the right to change the order of classes the day of the show, in case of adverse weather conditions. 2. Stabling is limited; stalls will be assigned on a First Come, First Serve basis. Read about stall procedure on the reverse of this page. 3. Each horse or pony must have a Negative Coggins Test within twelve (12) months of the start of the horse show. Please send a photocopy with your entries or bring it to the show for the Show Secretary to see. (Ohio horses are exempt from this rule). 4. Entries must be signed by the Owner, Agent, Trainer, Rider or Parent (if exhibitor is a minor). 5. Please send in a photocopy of your breed registration paper with your entries or make them available at the show. 6. All dogs must be on a leash at all times. PERIOD 7. You will be allowed two (2) minutes to enter the ring after the class is called and the first entrant is in the ring. After that, the gate will be closed. 8. A discourteous act to any judge or show official by an exhibitor, owner, groom, trainer or rider shall disqualify the horse and rider, and they must forfeit all fees and prize money and shall be removed from the grounds immediately. 9. Only the Classes, excluding the Equitation Classes, will pay prize money and we will Sweepstake each Class with 30% of the entry fees going to the champion and 15% to the reserve champion. This will be paid by check and mailed within 30 days after the show.

5 10. Liberty Class Division We have started a Liberty Division at this horse show and there will be one (1) Qualifying Class (#50) on Friday night and one Class (#113) on Saturday night. Prize money will only be paid in the Class. The Qualifying Class will be restricted to twelve (12) entries. The entry fee is $30.00 for the Qualifier and zero for the. The top six (6) place horses or ponies may show back in the. Entries will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis only. These classes are open to any breed of horse or pony. The exhibitor must provide their own music on a CD or cassette to the announcer one hour prior to the class. The Liberty Class is to demonstrate the natural beauty of the horse or pony. The animals are to be judged on style, grace, animation, gaits, presence and ease of catching. The Steward will be responsible for the timing of the classes. Time to perform will be two (2) minutes. Time will start when the halter is removed. After two (2) minutes, you will then have two (2) minutes to collect your horse or pony with no baiting allowed. The announcer will announce when 30 seconds remain. There will only be one exhibitor and one assistant in the ring. Whips (not to exceed six (6) foot) and shaker bottles are permitted. Exhibitor and assistant may not touch the animal during the performance. They may only touch when they are catching the animal. No interference with the animal from outside the ring. Prize money will be divided with the first place horse or pony in the receiving 40% of the entry fees from class #50 and the second place horse or pony 20%. 11. Shavings can be purchased on the grounds at $8.00 per bag and can be ordered on Entry Blank. 12. We will hold a silent auction during the show with the auction closing at 12:00 NOON on Sunday June 16, Anyone wishing to bring something for the auction please contact Ms. Chip Walker at (724) The Show Committee reserves the right to change the invited show officials at any time. 14.
