5 Conditions for participation a) Last date of receiving entry 4 th September 2011 b) Refundable security deposit from each team Rs.5000/- c) Team found to be responsible for damaging any property before, during and after championships will have to pay cost of damage d) Players will use own karate gloves, red/blue belt, guards and uniform e) Participants should be represented by coach and manager during bout f) Participants / coaches / manager should be fully acquainted with WKF / AKF rules and regulation g) All district associations / style body association will have to pay their affiliation fee of Rs for participation h) Dormitory floor will be provided as accommodation and foods will be arranged. Participants / team can also make their own accommodation and fooding provision if they desire
