3 Article 1º Rules 1. The second International and XI Cup Karate City Almeirim, dated June 09, 2018, will be governed by the competition rules of FNK-P (WKF), supervised by the president of the arbitration council FNK-P Joaquim Fernandes. 2. The III International and XII Cup Karate City Almeirim, will race director the Mr. João Garcês Paulo Almeida. Article 2º Classes 1. Competitors are distributed by the following age groups at the time of the event : 1.1. Competitors are divided into the following weight classes: In ranking Initiates Male / Female categories weights are: a) - 44Kg b) + 44Kg In ranking the Youth Men categories weights are: a) - 50Kg b) +50Kg In ranking the Youth Women categories weights are: a) - 45Kg b) + 45Kg In ranking the Cadets men categories weights are: a) -57Kg b) +57Kg a) - 54Kg b) + 54Kg In ranking the Cadets Women categories weights are: IN RANKING THE MEN JUNIOR CATEGORIES WEIGHTS ARE a) - 68KG b) + 68KG IN RANKING THE WOMEN JUNIOR CATEGORIES WEIGHTS ARE: a) - 53KG b) + 53KG In ranking the Men Senior categories weights are: a) - 75Kg b) + 75Kg In ranking the Women Senior categories weights are: a) - 61Kg b) + 61Kg 1.1 will be performed weighing if requested.

5 Article 4º Representation 1. Each competitor is the club for which he is affiliated / not affiliated with the Federation. Artigo 6º Draw 1. The draw of the event will be placed at the site of the event. Article 6º Dispute Systems 1. The evidence kumite are made in simple, direct elimination system, with recaps. 2. Proof of Kata in Children, Initiates, Cadets, Youth, Juniors and Seniors are made in single elimination system and direct by flags, with recaps. Article 7º Registrations 1. The registration of a competitor or club implies their registration. 2. The competitor or club to be able to compete in the competition, you need to carry their respective federative card. 3. Article 9º Identification of competitors and coaches 1. It will be provided by the organization identifying elements to the coaches to be distributed to competitors who will put in a visible place, without which they will not have access to the competition area. Article 10º Belts 1. Contestants must use at the competition site only and only the blue belts and red during the course of the entire event. Article 11º Call for Competitors 1. 8 Article 18º Protests 1. Protests may only be made in writing by certified coaches, during the course of the event. 2. It is for the CA and Federativo Competition department to decide on the same protest. Article 19º Place of the Event 1. The event will be placed on Pavilhão EB 2,3 Fazendas de Almeirim. 1. Will be charged 1 for the entry. Article 20º Public Article 21º Schedules 1. The event will start at 09:00 ending at 19: The event will stop between 13:00 e as 14:30, for lunch.
