4 Regulation of International Budo Events in 2016 All member of team (competitors, coach) are expected to be on their best behaviour at all times, No abusive language will be tolerated during whole weekend over the international event, The penalty will be disqualification for the entire team from all programs in 2016 international events. Coach rules: Age limit of coach minimum 21 years old, Per 10 competitors one extra coach card will give. Please write the name of the coach and extra coach on entry list (online registration form with Photo) During the competition day it is not possible to get extra coach card. Coaches must be in sports clothing or suit and sport shoes at all time Protest: Coach is only one can make protest for any cases and will be paying 5o euro for each case with no refund Participants: No limit (open). You are welcome to enrol as many participants as you wish. It is possible to participate in 1, 2, or all disciplines. Age: The minimum age is 7 years for Kata and Kumite/contest rules Grade: Minimum grade is 7 kyu. Referees: We will establish an International multi karate styles Referee Committee therefore is very important you bring referee with you. We look forward every team bring at list 1 referee, it will give better quality on judgment. No limit (open). You are welcome to enrol as many referees as you wish. Doctor /First aid: The Doctors' decision is final regarding the capability of a competitor to continue. Team s doctor: The teams are welcome bring there own team doctor Important: The organizer is not responsible for missing property and or for injuries during the competition day. Participation is on your own risk. Insurance: Every team need make a insurance before take participant s (please send the copy of insurants with your forms by ) EQUIPMENT and protection REQUIRMENTS with you: Clean uniforms in good repair, after their system/styles just with 1 logo or country flag, or styles without graphic, or sponsors or any other on. Fist guards & Mouth Guards for karate shobu Ippon rules Groin protectors for males & female. Belt red and whit (please bring with you) * Not allowed in the competition area: Audience & supporter of team must take place in the tribune, not in competition area. Drinks and food cannot be used in contest area. 5 Notes for Registration: All registration will be done online and every team must make all information before the deadline Online registration: Please click to click right side Entry type and chose Club registrant, start register your club with all information asking, When your clubs registration been confirming start register your team. Use the help in right side for any information about how to register If one group is too large, groups can be newly formed according to the organizers discretion If groups are less 3 then competitors will be placed together in a one group in a meaningful way. Note! Any person in the wrong category either through weight, age, Height or grade on the competition day, it is not possible to join another weight category, and will be disqualified with no refund. Please inform your students correctly to avoid disappointment. Enclosures: Please enclose 1 photo in online registration form, in passport size, with your name and country, for the registration form & ID card. Valid passport must be shown at the registration. Any martial arts-budo - karate passports you wish to have signed must be handed over at the registration. Any team with their spectator-supporter-competitor-coach or team leader infringing the above rules will be asked to leave the sports hall and international events programs, no refund will be given, and the name of the club concerned will be reported officially to their style association and their governing body. Shikkaku may be invoked when a contestant or delegations act in a way which harms the prestige and honour of Karate-do. We do try to run events to time but unfortunately all competitions do experience slight Problems. Your help is attention is needed on all the above points, so everyone may enjoy a safe and enjoyable day. Awards: 1st 2nd and 3rd place will be awarded with the international Championship 2016 unique medals All representatives, referees, coaches, and contestants will receive a diploma for their participation at the event. Open International karate - Kobudo & Budo Championship 2016 Is open to all clubs, organizations and federations in styles, the team can join any disciplines or all of them Open International Martial arts grand Demonstration Gala 2016 Is special category and class for any styles make demonstration just 1 round and referee find the best for the 1,2,3 places. Must be more than 1 person include.
