Born from the quality need to have high grade raw materials to be processed at Guarniflon S.p.A., Flontech is equipped with the most up to-date technologies to processes an extremely large numbers of powder grades (low flow, free flow, ram extrusion), with a wide selection of particle sizes and morphologies, based on both inorganic and organic fillers at different percentages and combination.. Beside the standard PTFE filled grades with carbon, graphite, bronze and glass fiber, high tech PTFE compounds filled with the following materials are daily processed: PPS, alumina, calcium fluoride, PEEK, quartz, spherical glass, polyimide, carbon fiber, molybdenum disulphide, LCP, etc. PTFE lubricant powders, reprocessed techno-polymers like PEEK and fluoropolymers like PFA, FEP, PCTFE, PVDF etc.. are also available from Flontech.

These products are sold through a national network of distributors. Since 2004, IPM is fully owned by Guarniflon S.p.A. This investment made Guarniflon S.p.A. one of the largest worldwide manufacturers of PTFE semi-finished and machined components. A strategic green field investment made by Guarniflon S.p.A. in 2007, to compete in the global market of PTFE commodities. Strategically located in the surrounding of Mumbay, Guarniflon India Pvt. Ltd. is nowadays supporting the full Guarniflon international network. Guarniflon India is subject to more investments in technologies to enlarge the product basket.

8 P.A.T.I. S.p.A. P.A.T.I. S.p.A is a company specialized in the production of thermoplastic films since The products, some of which are patented, have a wide application in agriculture as well as in many industry sectors, at the highest technological level, according to the ISO 9001 certified quality system. The production facilities are located in San Zenone degli Ezzelini (Treviso), Northern Italy. The factory site is approximately 20,000 m2, housing various blow extrusion lines suitable to meet all the requirements, from the pilot plant for R&D trials to the industrial production, single layer and co-extruded, up to 14m wide. P.A.T.I. is widespread distributed in Europe and over thirty overseas countries.

11 ASC ADVANCED SCREENING CENTRES ASC (Advanced Screening Centres) is an absolutely new oncological diagnostic center located in Castelli Calepio (Bergamo). The key factors of such project can be summarized as follows: the social commitment and not speculative of this project, giving one more prevention opportunity to everybody. A diagnostic center for healthy and not for sick people; the up-to-date technologies used, without any contraindication, to make a total body check including all organs, able to detect also very small cancer formations in terms of few millimeters. Skilled people with an oncological background grown up at IEO will grant the best performance and results, pushing the idea that prevention is better than a cure. Project ready to start June 2016, with the aim to expand also in other towns in the North of Italy.
