3 General Attachment: _Appeal Request Letter.pdf ^ Back to Agenda ^ May 15, 2018 City of Spring Hill City Recorder 199 Town Center Pkwy. Spring Hill, TN RE: Sewanee Retreat 2687 Buckner Road Spring Hill, TN SKP On behalf of Tim Morris, our client and the property owner at 2687 Buckner Road, we would like to formally appeal the Planning Commission action of Sketch Plan denial at the April Planning Commission Meeting. We believe that the plan presented satisfied all zoning ordinance requirements for the R-4 zone that the project is located within, and even exceeded some of the staff comments that went above and beyond code compliance. A copy of the most recently submitted sketch plan is attached for reference. Should you need additional information to process our appeals request and be placed on the next Board of Mayor and Aldermen agenda please let us know and we will respond accordingly. Sincerely, Adam Crunk, PE Crunk Engineering LLC adam@crunkeng.com Sewanee Retreat Appeals Hearing - PACKET - (Page 3 of 15) General Attachment: _Appeal Request Letter.pdf (Page 1 of 1)
