Attire for Garage and Pits This dress code will be applied uniformly, as applicable, to all guests in order to promote a safe and productive work environment. NASCAR or New Hampshire Motor Speedway may determine, in the best interest of the sport, that certain attire is unsuitable. Shirts and pants; dresses; and/or skirts and blouses are required. Shoes are required. The following are permitted: shorts, short sleeve or sleeve-less shirts and blouses, and open-toed shoes. Accompanying individuals will be provided companion seats near the designated wheelchair viewing areas. Only ONE (1) person is allowed to accompany handicapped individuals needing to use the elevator. Handicapped accessible restrooms are located and clearly marked underneath each grandstand. Handicap parking is provided to vehicles with a state issued handicapped licensed plate or a handicapped placard visible on the rearview mirror. The person to whom the handicap placard/license plate has been issued must be in the vehicle when entering the handicap lots. 17 GRANDSTAND POLICY For your safety and the safety of others, the following guidelines and rules are in effect in the New Hampshire Motor Speedway Grandstand Area: Unlike other sports and entertainment venues, New Hampshire Motor Speedway allows fans to bring in food and beverages. However, glass bottles and containers are not permitted. All persons, coolers, bags and backpacks are subject to searches and cannot be locked. If a locked container is found on property, it will be subjected to a search. *NHMS is not responsible for damages to locked coolers Only coolers or items 14 inches or under, in all dimensions, shall be permitted into the grandstand area. GRANDSTAND SEATING IS NOW SMOKE-FREE For the health and comfort of our guests, grandstand seating at New Hampshire Motor Speedway is now smoke-free. The speedway will continue to permit smoking in all other areas of the grounds, including but not exclusive to parking lots, camping areas and display areas. It is our goal to reduce the risk of secondhand smoke exposure to our fans, while still allowing the freedom of choice during our events. Enforcement - Ushers will direct those found smoking in the grandstand seating areas to the nearest smoking area, and repeat offenders will be asked to leave. 23 OVERNIGHT RV & CAMPER PARKING RULES New Hampshire Motor Speedway offers parking for self-contained RVs and campers for both of our major event weekends. The RV lots will remain open 24 hours a day. You will receive two stickers when you purchase a camping pass. One is for the camper/rv, and one is for an additional tow vehicle. These are the ONLY stickers you will receive and must be affixed at all times upon entry to NHMS grounds. Your camper/rv, awning, slideouts and tow vehicle must fit into the space you purchase. Any additional vehicles must be parked in a designated lot. First come, first serve - 20 by 50 foot reserved spaces will be available in the S8 lot for $350, 20 by 40 foot Type A RV spaces will be available for $150 in each RV lot and are individually marked by orange paint. The remaining camper/rv spaces will be the same size as they were last season. These spaces are 18 feet wide and your camper/rv will be parked by the length of the longest unit in your combination. For example, if your 32-foot RV is towing a 20-foot auto, the 32-foot dimension is your maximum length in the 18-foot wide space. Tent camping will be permitted in the S7 LOT ONLY beginning on Thursday at 8 a.m. Passes may be purchased in Lot S11 for $75. One car or pickup truck per 12 by 30 foot space will be allowed. Porta-potties will be provided in the lot. Showers will be available for a nominal fee in nearby Lot S6. Camper/RV parking is limited to NHMS ticket holders only. All drivers and their guests must have race day tickets in their possession before arriving at NHMS. All campers/rvs must be self-contained with bathroom and water facilities on board. The speedway does not have hookups or dumping facilities. The dumping of gray water and waste on speedway property is prohibited. Violation of this rule WILL RESULT in arrest, fines and forfeiture of ticket renewal privileges and removal from NHMS grounds without a refund. NHMS has parking for campers/rvs with state-issued handicap plates or stateissued placards. NHMS reserves the right to refuse handicapped parking to those vehicles which do not contain/hold a person with a handicap. Do not park in the fire lane between rows of campers. Any vehicle violating this rule is subject to towing. Guest tailgating is permitted on NHMS property. Fire lanes shall be maintained and easy-ups must be removed from this area during the race. Guests attending the race must move the pop up canopies over their vehicles or break them down and place them within the vehicle. 19

No cooking fire should be left unattended and should be put out with water before leaving the RV area. Cooking fires should be fueled with in state firewood only. Out of state firewood will be confiscated. Due to the large number of RVs and campers at our major events, we cannot allow you to reserve spaces for other RVs and campers. If you would like to park together, please enter together. However, due to irregular shapes of lots, you will not necessarily be parked side by side if the units are not the same length. Areas used for RV/camper parking may not be level; blocking is recommended. Hitches must face outward for quick accessing of trailer removal in case of fire. All vehicles including RVs, campers and additional tow vehicles must have the correct corresponding pass. Any vehicle without the correct pass may be towed. Pets must be on a leash at all times. Clean up after them. Pets are not allowed into the grandstand area. Violation of these rules or behavior interfering with the enjoyment of fellow guests will result in your removal from NHMS property without refund, as well as, the forfeiture of ticket renewal privileges. 25 CAMPING SERVICES & NOTES ICE SALES Third-party vendors are on property offering ice for a nominal fee. FIREWOOD Due to invasive insects out-of-state firewood is prohibited on NHMS property in order to keep the New Hampshire Forest Lands that surround the speedway and around the state safe. We will have two vendors that will be supplying and selling firewood. Eager Beaver will be on the property throughout the event week to serve all your campfire needs. PETS Pets are permitted in the camping areas as long as they are kept inside of the RV and walked on a leash. Service animals for the physically challenged are permitted in all areas of the speedway. Please be kind, keep your pets comfortable in your RV. Watch the temperature of the RV. Be sure your pets have plenty of water and food. And as always, be a good neighbor by picking up after your pets. Guests are responsible for their own pet s waste removal. RV WASTE REMOVAL TRUCKS Third-party vendors are on property offering waste removal for a nominal fee. SHOWER FACILITIES Shower facilities are located on property NASCAR event weeks. Check out the Frank Webb s Bath House located outside of the infield tunnel. Refer to the Tram Route Map in this Fan Guide for portable shower locations. Friday Every other restroom and all special assistance needs restrooms will be open. Saturday & Sunday All restrooms will be open. Frank Webb s Bath House, located outside of the infield tunnel, will available throughout the weekend and includes restroom and shower facilities. **Additionally, numerous chemical toilets are available throughout the NHMS grounds** Speedway Courtesy Shuttles Please note that the Speedway Courtesy Shuttle schedules vary by event. 27 Souvenir Programs One-of-a-kind collectible souvenir programs will be sold at NHMS Souvenir Locations around the speedway property. Souvenir programs can be purchased for $10. For $15, fans will receive the program, a die-cast car and coupon ($5.00 value). Souvenir Store Speedway World, the New Hampshire Motor Speedway souvenir store, is located inside the Main Office. It is open Monday through Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with extended hours during race weekends. Fan Assistance Texting Service To assist with your visit to New Hampshire Motor Speedway, officials have established a Fan Assistance Texting Service that directs your text message to the speedway s emergency command center for review and response. 28 Lite Lobster Lounge A New England-themed watering hole, the Lite Lobster Lounge is a fan amenity featuring food, beverage and entertainment in a family-friendly atmosphere. A great gathering place for family, friends, and fun! The Lite Lobster Lounge is located to the left of the infield tunnel, with shaded seating and a night life atmosphere, and will be open daily. Weather Delays NASCAR and New Hampshire Motor Speedway determine racing schedules. In the event of a delay or postponement, all tickets will be honored on the rescheduled race day. Please save your ticket stubs for admittance to the rescheduled event. If an event is postponed, the event start time will be determined based on prevailing weather conditions, at the discretion of NASCAR and New Hampshire Motor Speedway. 30 SPEEDWAY CHILDREN S CHARITIES New Hampshire Chapter Founded by Bruton Smith in 1982, SCC is a national, non-profit organization that provides funding for hundreds of nonprofit organizations, which meet the direct needs of children. In late 2009, the New Hampshire Chapter of Speedway Children s Charities was established. Since our inception, the New Hampshire Chapter has helped raise more than $450,000 for non-profit organizations, which has supported the needs of more than 88,000 children across New England. Our vision is that every child has the same opportunities no matter what obstacles they are facing.
