Everybody knows Ron as the most informed person to frequent any cruise lot or car show. But what do you know about him. Ronald David Steinberg comes to us from Pikesville and is an only child. He was born October 23, As a child Ron liked cars and his parents took him occasionally to look at cars. His desire of cars grew as he got older. Ron graduated from Pikesville High School in When he was 20 he went to his first car show, the International Car Show in Baltimore. In 1987 a friend of his from the Workforce Technologies took him to Dairy Queen in Odenton and a Car Guy was born. I am sure many of us were there with Ron at the same time. I asked Ron what his favorite car was and of course it is the Camaro. We all RON SEATED IN TOM S YENKO CAMARO He was quite surprised at the instruments and thought the interior reminded him of a taxi. What do you think about that Tom? On Saturday, August 15 we cruised up to Jimmie Cone in Mt. Airy for their cruise night and the Lions Club Luau/Pig Roast. Dick & Mary Cox, Bud & Pat Tormollan, Mollie & Bill Smith, Tony & Marcia Schab, Tom & Diane Pattan, Kenny Provenson, & Debbie & Jimmy Mathews. Meeting us there was Howard & Ginny Woody, Bill and Bev Stallings, Mike & Marie Higgins, Dave Foster, and friends of the Club, Tim Murphy and Harold. A group of us pitched in and filled a shopping cart for the Lion s Club Food Drive, $ worth of groceries. know his favorite restaurant is Hooters but he also likes military planes, hot air balloons, birds, butterflies and OF COURSE CARS! No doubt Ron has information about anything you want to know and if you really need to know and have the time, just ask! Diane Pattan
