Transfers will be provided in cooperation with the Slovenian Badminton Federation. Please search for a representative with a Badminton Europe notice at the arrivals. In case of any problem, please contact Matevz Srekl on the following number: Visa Please note that you may be required to obtain a VISA to enter Slovenia. If flying to Zagreb you may also need a visa to enter Croatia. Please ensure to clarify any visa requirements with your Foreign Ministry. Official Hotel Badminton Europe and the Slovenian Badminton Federation have arranged accommodation and meeting facilities at the Hotel Sotelia - Terme Olimia - Zdraviliska Cesta 24, Podcetrtek 3254, Slovenia. The hotel is located in Podcetrtek. It is ideal for business travel, meetings and seminars, as well as for weekends as a couple or with family. The hotel is a spa resort, its specialties are the close connection to nature, its position, diverse structure, green roofs, and large light areas create the feeling of harmonious connection with the surrounding environment. Please find the website of the hotel here. The 2016 BEC Members Forum, the 2016 Annual Delegates Meeting and the 2016 BEC Awards Gala will be held at this hotel. Hotel rooms can be booked through the online registration form and will be invoiced by and are payable to Badminton Europe. Please note that once a room is booked, no cancellations are accepted. 4

5 The prices are: single room 97 / night (breakfast and tax included) double room 134 / night (breakfast and tax included) twin room 134 / night (breakfast and tax included) Free WIFI and secure car park available. 8. Accommodation grants BEC will provide free accommodation for 1 delegate from each Member Association from 14 th 17 th April 2016, single room. If the delegate with an accommodation grant is accompanied by a spouse or a family member or shares a twin room with another delegate, the difference between single/double or twin room must be paid by the Member Association the delegate is representing. BEC will invoice the Member Association for the expenses of additional delegates accommodation (single room - 97, double/twin room ). 9. Online Registration Form Member Associations are asked to fill in and submit the Online Registration Form for their delegates for the 2016 BEC Members Forum, the 2016 Annual Delegates Meeting and the 2016 BEC Awards Gala. Please fill in the Online Registration Form only after the travel to Podcetrtek has been arranged. 11. 2016 Annual Delegates Meeting The Annual Delegates Meeting will be held on the 16 th April 2016 from 10:00 to 13:00 (the Registration starts at 9:00 am).

Meeting papers will be distributed by 3 rd March Delegates must send their Power of Attorney to brian.agerbak@badmintoneurope.com no later than 8 th April BEC Awards Gala The Badminton Europe Awards recognizes the achievements and the contribution to European badminton by players engaged in all categories of our sport. This year the BEC Awards will be given in the following categories: 1. Best European Male Player of the Year 2. Best European Female Player of the Year 3. Best European Young Player of the Year 4. Best European Senior Player of the Year 5. Women in Badminton of the Year 6. Best European Para-Badminton Player of the Year 7. Coach of the Year 8. Technical Official of the Year 9. BEC Hall of Fame 7

8 2 delegates from each Member Association are invited to attend the 2016 BEC Awards Gala. BEC will invoice the relevant Member Association 100 per delegate for any additional delegates (nonrefundable after registration). If any delegate whose participation fee is covered by BEC does not attend, BEC will invoice the relevant Member Association 100 per delegate (to avoid unnecessary registrations as costs will apply despite cancellations). 8
