Biathletes must inform the Secretary immediately if they will not enter for this event, to allow for another athlete to take the place. 2. Replacement of a biathlete will be done according to the selection criteria used. 3. Entries to be with the Secretary on Thursday 25 January Reserves will be contacted no later than 26 January 2018 and need to have their entries submitted by Saturday 27 January 2018 by 12: NB. Biathlon date and time: Saturday, 3 February 2018 om 07:30 Place: De Jager Sportkompleks en N.A. Smit Swembad Travel and accommodation: Eie reëlings (Kleinplaas 'n Aantal 4, 5 en 6-bed selfsorgeenhede is teen 'n baie spesiale prys by Kleinplasie beskikbaar op voorwaarde dat vir 2 nagte bespreek word. Skakel Marissa Black ( ) om plek te bespreek. Plekke sal slegs toegeken word as bewys van betaling gelewer is. Entry fee: R140 per athlete (Refer attached acceptance form) March past: 07:30 Running: 08:00 Swimming: Pool opens at 11:00. Swimming starts after the last running event Prize giving: At 19:00 at the Highgate Volstruisvertoonplaas Bring-en Braai/Dance This event takes place immediately after the prize giving at a cost of R60pp. Only ticket holders will be allowed. Dit is die atleet se verantwoordelikheid om 30 minute voor die aanvang van sy/haar item by die spanbestuurders aan te meld. Daar sal na geen atleet gesoek word nie. For the march past, A and B team athletes must wear their EP Biathlon track suit or the official golf shirt and black tracksuit pants. Development team athletes can wear the EP Biathlon golf shirt, or all-white golf shirt, and black track suit pants. An EP Biathlon running vest/frock, black running Polly-short / short, approved swim suit/pants and red or black EP Biathlon swim cap are required for A and B team members. Development team athletes may only run in black short and white frock/vest, irrespective of previous higher team qualification, and swim with the EP Biathlon swim cap. Running vests, swimming caps and golf shirts can be ordered from Yolandie Jacobs at Tracksuits must be ordered from Bobby (Wise Manufacturing). Please order these articles immediately to avoid disappointment.
