2 Montreal, October 2, 2018 Dear gymnastics friends, It is with great pleasure that we invite you to compete in the 2019 Gymnix Classic, which will be held March 7th to 10th, 2019 at the Claude-Robillard Sports Complex, in Montréal, Quebec. This event, together with the International Gymnix, is the largest gathering of gymnasts of all ages and levels, celebrating a shared passion for the sport and aiming to surpass themselves in a friendly and festive atmosphere. Athletes from JO Levels 6 to 10 and National stream categories are welcomed to compete in the 2019 Gymnix Classic. Registrations, accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, will be opened starting on November 5th at 12pm (ET) at By registering for the 2019 Gymnix Classic, gymnasts and coaches can enjoy free access to all competition sessions of the International Gymnix. Do not miss this unique opportunity to witness the performances of some of the world's best gymnasts, including the future stars of the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games. Over the years, participants have had the chance to admire the talent of Lilia Podkopayeva, Carly Patterson, Shawn Johnson, Aliya Mustafina, Jordyn Wieber, Larisa Iordache, Oksana Chusovitina and several other famous gymnasts who would eventually be crowned World champions or Olympic champions! We hope many of you will join us to celebrate this unique sport that is artistic gymnastics. Rest assured that the organizing committee is working hard to organize a quality event highlighting the true beauty and excitement of the sport. 7 3. REGISTRATION Registration for the 2019 Gymnix Classic will be online on the platform SportzSoft. The link will be shared and available on our website ( More info on the registration procedures will be available before November DEADLINES November 5, 2018 at 12pm (ET) December 15, 2018 January 15, 2019 February 15, 2019 Opening of the registration for the 2019 Gymnix Classic Registration deadline for the 2019 Gymnix Classic After this date, only modifications to existing registrations will be allowed* Deadline for non-medical withdrawals WITH REFUND* After this date, no refund will be provided for withdrawal without a medical certificate Deadline for medical withdrawals (medical certificate required) WITH FULL REFUND After this date, refund for medical withdrawal will still be accepted. However, a $10 administrative fee will be charged Deadline for any modification to an existing registration* Deadline for medical withdrawals (medical certificate required) WITH REFUND* After this date, no refund will be provided for withdrawals * Please note that an additional $10 administrative fee will be charged for any modification to an existing registration or refund request. This greatly facilitates the event preparation. In order to ensure the quality of the event, we will be very strict with regards to compliance with the mentioned deadlines. Autograph and Q&A sessions with the athletes competing in the International Gymnix Gymnastics Tradeshow: More than a dozen exhibitors offering gymnastics and sports products to spectators and participants. Shows: participants and spectators have the privilege to see performance from some of the best circus, acrobatic sports and dance artists coming from Canada.

11 ANNEX II WITHDRAWAL NOTICE (WITH OR WITHOUT REFUND) Medical withdrawal o Please complete, sign and send the form below, accompanied by a legible copy of a valid medical certificate, by at: classique@gymnix.ca o Deadline: February 15, 2019 o Take note that a $10 administrative fee will be charged for all medical refund requests received after December 15th, o Refund will be credited to your credit card within 30 business days following the last day of competition.
