1 According to article 69. Act on Public Prize Contests of Chance (Official Gazette - Narodne novine 87/09), approved by the Ministry of Finance (Class: UP/I /14-01/195, Reg. No: /14-2) issued in Zagreb, on Riviera Adria Public Limited Company, with headquarters at Stancija Kaligari 1, Poreć OIB: , represented by Valamar Hotels and Resorts Private Limited Liability Company, with headquarters at Miramarska 24, Zagreb states the following: PRIZE CONTEST TERMS AND CONDITIONS Win a 5-day holiday in Dubrovnik at the hotel of your choice!" Article 1. The organiser of the prize contest Win a 5-day holiday in Dubrovnik at the hotel of your choice!" is Riviera Adria Public Limited Company, with headquarters at Stancija Kaligari 1, Poreć, OIB: (hereinafter referred to as the organiser ) in accordance with a contract represented by Valamar Hotels and Resorts Private Limited Liability Company, with headquarters at Miramarska 24, Zagreb. The prize contest is organised with a purpose to promote facilities of the organiser in Dubrovnik. The aim of the prize contest is to motivate potential guests of the organiser s mentioned resorts to complete a form providing personal data in order to gather addresses, and enhance the database of contacts to inform them on the latest offers and news of the facilities on offer by the organiser. Article 2. The contest will be held via the organiser s website: during the period from to consisting of only one round. Article 3. Terms and conditions of the prize contest, specifying the class, registered number and date of the issued approval of the Ministry of Finance will be posted on the following website: Article 4. Participation is open to all Internet users older than the age of 18 years, who, during the period of to complete the prize contest form with their data found on the prize contest website: and sent by to the organiser.

2 To participate in the contest, participants are required to enter their details (name, country, date of birth, ) in the space provided on the form. Article 5. Participants using the same address are only entitled to one entry in the prize contest. Article 6. Employees of the organisers and their immediate relatives may not participate in the prize contest. Article 7. The prize fund consists of: 5 X five-day stay (four nights) in Dubrovnik for two people on a half board basis in a double room at one of the following hotels chosen by the winner: Valamar Dubrovnik President Hotel 5*, Valamar Lacroma Dubrovnik Hotel 4*, Valamar Argosy Hotel 4*, Valamar Club Dubrovnik 3* Value: 5 x 6,705 HRK The total value of the prize fund is 33,525 HRK. Prizes cannot be exchanged for money. Based on the choice of the winners, prizes are available during the period from to , depending on the dates of closure of certain facilities in the 2014 and in accordance with the current capabilities of the organiser. Contest winners are required to confirm the booking of their stays at least two weeks prior to arrival. Stranica 2 / 6

3 In the event of the planned renovation of Valamar Dubrovnik President Hotel 5* and Valamar Argosy Hotel 4* not being completed on schedule, the organiser will respect the same conditions in providing the same number of prizes to the same value in alternative facilities of the organiser. Article 8. All prize contest forms are to be completed with all mandatory fields and will be processed and stored in a computerized database. In accordance with the computer program to be used to store data from forms, each prize contest form will be assigned a specific number. The format of the public prize draw consists of the Commission President pressing a computer button, at a time when the consecutive numbers of the prize contest forms are rotating in at high speed, in order stop this rotation and randomly select a number. The above-mentioned method of obtaining the prize number will determine the winners of the prize contest. The public draw will be held at the company address of Valamar Hotels and Resorts Ltd., Miramarska 24, Zagreb, to start at 12:00 noon. In the event that the drawn form does not contain all the required information about the participant (name, country, date of birth, ) listed in the space provided on the prize contest form, another number will be drawn which belongs to a correctly completed prize draw form in accordance with the terms and conditions. The public draw will be overseen by a three-member commission appointed by the organiser. Minutes shall be taken during the course of the draw. Stranica 3 / 6

4 All interested parties may attend the public prize draw. Article 9. The results of the public draw will be published on the following website: on The winners pf the prize contest and the organiser accept the obligation to publish the winners names, surnames and country of origin. By entering the contest, all participants agree that all data gathered in the prize contest will be stored in the database which may be used for marketing purposes. Article 10. Contest winners will be notified of their prize in writing (by post or ) within 8 days of the public draw. Contest winners are advised to arrange accommodation (prizes) by contacting the Valamar reservation centre via the following contact details, within 30 days of receipt of written notification of their prize: Valamar reservation centre Stancija Kaligari 1, Poreč, Croatia T: E: reservations@valamar.com If the contest winners do not accept to claim their prize within the time limits specified in this article, the organiser is obliged to once again inform the winners of their prize within 8 days of the expiry of the above notification of winning the prizes and to determine the subsequent deadline to accept the prize which may not be shorter than 8 days nor more than 15 days following receipt of this notice. If contest winners still, following the additional notification, do not accept or agree to use their prize, their prize is subsequently forfeited. The accommodation prize is considered to be used upon an agreed reservation, no show or cancelled reservation at less than 14 days in advance. Stranica 4 / 6

5 Article 11. Once the prize has been accepted, all further obligations will cease between the organiser and the prize contest winner. Article 12. In the event of an unclaimed or unaccepted prize, it will be sold via public tender, with proceeds of sale paid towards the state budget within 90 days following the prize claim deadline. Article 13. The contest may be cancelled, terminated or postponed in the event of circumstances for which the organiser cannot be responsible, and could not prevent, eliminate or avoid. Participants will be notified of the cancellation, termination or postponement via the following website: Article 14. Participants who participate in the contest fully accept the rights and obligations under these rules. The rules hereby take effect following the published approval by the Ministry of Finance.
