Secretary s report: Minutes approved. Treasurer s report: $3, (some DUES still being collected). JBT Raffle $99; Donation Jar - $30. New members: None DUES!!! IMPORTANT DUES!!! See the JBT car process!! BECOME A FRIEND!! Picnic Committee - Steve O Brien HUDDART PARK FOR OCTOBER 8 TH. VOLUNTEER Sign up sheet was passed at June s meeting. Various suggestions and ideas were put forth. Attendee / Preference form enclosed. GET IT FILLED OUT AND GET IT TURNED IN ASAP. Committee needs to get a count for your juicy BBQ. VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!!!! JBT Group Wayn & Joe. As most know the JBT ran at El Mirage as expected. Lots of dust on the 1 st run had to abort; fixed the leaks & patched the holes, NO problems on 2 nd run!! Recognition / Merit Awards Gary Ryan & Committee. - *** JUGGERS LOGO must be on the vehicle, driver and/or crew member to participate. Submit your entries at the monthly meeting (honor system) or contact Gary Ryan. Winners will be drawn at random on September 30 th. You may have more than one entry. The winners; Driver, Crew Member, and CAR SHOW will be awarded at the Juggers Picnic. Program starts JAN 1 to SEPT 30, (2017 program will start 10/1/16). Submit the monthly meeting or contact Gary Car Show Committee Gary Ryan on the Drag Race Road!! However, Juggers members - Fred s Firehouse Show was upcoming on June 25 th Toy for Tots. Art Hemming graciously volunteered to pick them up and install them at the Jugger Tree at Famoso. 3 new plaques that have 10 names each for a total of 30 names. Plaques are upgraded and beautiful. NOW let s not add anymore!! Juggers Club Wear Eddie Kucker. BUY BUY BUY more new stuff Correspondence John Lewis - Bob Risso reported that the card sent to Larry was more than appreciated. He smiled and read it 4 times. We miss you Speed Racer!! Harold Hungerford was very please to see the JBT care make a pass (Harold donated the chassis & other parts). Old Business NONE New Business Pleasanton Swap Meet was addressed by Jim Powers. He has 2 spaces & extended an invitation to any Jugger who would like to share the spots. Dane Lewis drove his restored Dodge RT to the meeting and showed it off. VERY NICE RIDE DANE!! (Check out Facebook) Don Ashbey is back racing with his 55 Chevy. Orland Bound has a new pair of MT Slicks the fun gets serious. The Blue Dart will be fired up possibly by the time this edition of the JNL is received. Go JP. No that was NOT Tweedy Bird the JBT car has a new coat of YELLOW paint, thanks to Kurt & his crew A very BIG thanks to Dave MacDonald for coming to the rescue for the JBT loan 2 fire bottles so they could run at El Mirage. Bonneville guys stick together. Steve O Brien had a fantastic time in Kentucky. However, he prefers the CA weather in the summer!! (Steve you are Irish you know). The First Daughter, Jenna Lewis, had a successful and safe trip abroad.. more important, she is no longer afraid of BUGS.. Also, President John Lewis is sweating now. 18 th Birthday for the 1 st daughter Go Girl!!! Congrats to Mike & Molly Schauer on the newest member to the Schauer clan a baby BOY Big sister is excited too!! The Arizona Guy, Bob Turluck, is planning on being in the Bay Area helping Dave MacDonald with his Bonneville Racer. Really???? Sure it is not for the cold beer and/or cooler weather???

3 Juggers Racing Team JULY Newsletter Cont d Rumor Has It (Continued) Raina Michael looked well rested from her honeymoon and kicks rear end with a 22 push up challenge!!! Looking good!!! Hmmmmmm Ribs and free beer at Rib Cook Off in Modesto, you never know who will show up. Word on the street is that Ray Peden was seen sampling. The BBQ Guy s ribs aka Matt Lowenstein with assistant chef Chili Bob Lowenstein. What s this.. Keith Mendia has a few NEW co-pilots rumor has it that Jim Hensel & Steve O Brien were seen at the Cow Palace getting thrilling rides at the Corvette Road Course.Jim was rumored giving Keith some driving pointers. Check it out at SCC Mad Cow Autocross PAUL RISSO you have competition as far as an Emceeing Jobs go.hmmmmm!!! Gary Luck is a LUCKY MAN. One of a kind drawing for those that have submitted their JUGGERS QUESTIONNAIRE!! You too can qualify for the next drawing if you get it to Chili Bob Lowenstein by next Juggers meeting. Speaking of being lucky, the Juggers are one great organization and more important a TEAM. As such it is a wonderful feeling to know that we support each other. When a call goes out for a favor, help, services, etc., it is generally answered within minutes. Notably we are brothers & sisters who are part of a huge family..who assist in picking each other up when we are down or in need. THANK YOU and GOD BLESS!! BIG things planned for the upcoming Juggers Picnic. Do YOU know how to do the twist??? Don t be a Party Pooper!!! Get involved and VOLUNTEER. It is YOUR club. Only you can make it better.
