Sept 12 th on Mount Royal Park Course Entry Deadline 8pm Tuesday Sept 8 th Please print this page to use as a guide for Easy Sport On-Line Entries. Click on the below link to start. Click on then Track & Field,XC,RR then in the left sidebar menu click on On-Line Meet Entries Once in the Easy Sport site, follow these procedures: 1. Click on COACH, Select the Meet into which you wish to enter your athletes > McGill Open i) ALREADY REGISTERED If you have used Easy Sport On-Line Entries before, click on LOG IN and enter your address and password you used the first time you used Easy Sport. ii) THIS IS YOUR FIRST TIME USING EASY SPORT If this is your first time ever using Easy Sport, register by selecting your team and completing the registration screen. If you have used Easy Sport before, LOG IN using your address and password that you set up when you originally registered yourself. Once registered, any time you go back into Easy Sport, you do not register again but instead choose LOG IN and enter your and password. If you forgot your /password click on Contact Webmaster link & make request. 2. In Check to see if your team is on the list of teams allowed in this meet. If you are not on the list, contact Meet Director to request to be added. NOTE WELL you need to do this at least 5 days before the entry deadline or chances are you will not be allowed to enter into this meet

In the LOG IN screen, if you have used Easy Sport On-Line Entries before, find your team in the Team drop-down menu, click on it, then LOG IN using the password you set for yourself, then navigate to window saying Logged in as a Coach then select Enter/Add to Roster. Here you update Gif you need to further build or edit your team roster OR go directly to Enter Athletes In Meet 4. If this is the first time using Easy Sport On-Line Entries, the first thing you do is build (or edit) your list of athletes by selecting Enter/Add to Roster : type first & last name, select M or F (sex), next select from Grade Menu one of the below designations: CIS Teams select R (true rookie), E1 (first year competing in university but not a rookie), E2, E3, E4, or E5 to indicate respectively 2nd, 3rd, 4th, or 5th year of eligibility USA Teams select FR, SO, JR, or SR Colleges, Clubs, & Unattached runners select xx for Grade 5. Once your team roster is established, then select Enter Athletes In Meet Click on an athlete name in left column to highlight her/him & green box event names appear Click on the Event Name box (4km women, 6km men) to enter that athlete in that event. You will see below in that window that you have successfully entered that athlete in that event Click SAVE ENTRY and then click the next athlete and repeat same procedure.. 6. Once you have completed all your entries, click on Finished For Now then in the next screen, at the bottom of the screen Click on FINALIZE NOW. Once you FINALIZE your entries, you will automatically receive an from Easy Sport On-Line Entries listing all the athletes you have entered into this meet. You can go back into Easy Sport as many times as you wish after FINALIZING and make any changes you wish up to the entry deadline. Each time you select FINALIZE NOW you will receive an listing your entries. After the deadline of 8pm Tuesday Sept 8 th, no more entries can be made on-line.
