10 HOPE EVERYONE LIKES YOUR NEW DIVISION REP JACKET! Spread the word to the other Reps not in attendance today to stop by the League Office and pick up their jacket or let us know if they make it into the Summer Playoffs or Tri-Cups and would like for us to have their jacket waiting for them here at the Green Room to pick-up. We ll also bring them to the next Rep meeting mid- November, if they can t pick them up earlier. Our supplier was out of stock a few of the Women s sizes. We ll let you know when the come in. You can stop by the office and pick them up at that time, or we will get them to you since you showed up expecting them today.

12 Summer Session Early Bird Drawing Winner Congratulations to Roy Vaughn and his team out of the American Legion #218 in Sharptown, Md. This team Shore Sharks won $1,000 just for registering their team on time! Hopefully you have already registered your team for next session! The Deadline to register for the Fall Session is next Monday, July 27 th - Don t miss your chance to be entered into our next drawing.

13 Changes Coming This Fall To The MVP Program This program is going to be slightly modified starting in the Fall Session. Many of you have expressed that you do NOT wish to pick your own MVP and therefore many of the patches are never taken out of the team envelopes. However, some of you do like the idea behind the program and do still wish to have the ability to pick an MVP for your team each session. We understand both sides, so starting in the Fall Session the NEW policy will be this.we will send out a flier towards the end of each session asking who would like an MVP patch to present to one of their teammates and only those teams who respond YES will get a patch sent to them.

14 Dates To Remember Tier 1 and Tier 2 Semi-Finals will be played the week of August 2 nd - 7 th Tier 1 and Tier 2 Finals (Divisions ) will be played the week of August 9 th 14 th NTC Make up Matches Played Locally on Saturday, August 29 1PM

15 No More Playoff Survey Forms! There Will now be a Playoff stamp on the score sheets for the Captains to circle YES or NO if there was a Referee present at their match. Make sure you, the person covering for you, and/or the Team Captains playing in the matches circle the stamp on BOTH score sheets, so you are not listed as a No Show in our system. If the stamp on the score sheets is not circled we have no way of knowing if coverage was provided. Reps who continually fail to meet this requirement will be removed as a Division Rep.

18 Playoff Tracking Each session we track which Division Reps showed up for the playoffs and who provided coverage in their absence. This stamp will be a more simple way for us to do this. A major requirement of being a Division Rep is the refereeing of playoffs ( or if playing in the playoffs, the finding of someone to do the refereeing for you ). Our players both need and deserve to have an official at their playoff sites. Please note if you are a rep in more than one division you are responsible to cover or provide coverage for each division. Also note if you are taking a session off it is still your responsibility to cover the playoff matches or provide coverage in your absence.

37 Cash Incentive Program - Three Reward Levels for Recruiting New* Teams Silver Level - $100 for recruiting a *NEW* Team. The wait staff at all of our current and perspective hosting locations, along with all of our active APA members will be given Silver Level status and will receive $100 for personally referring 1 NEW* team to the APA! Gold Level - $150 for referring a 2nd team to the APA (within 12 months of your first referral); you will advance to the Gold Level and receive $150 for your second referral. Platinum Level - $200 for referring a 3rd team (within 12 months of your second referral); you advance to the Platinum Level and will receive $200 for your 3rd and all future referrals... as long as you continue to refer at least one team every 12 months, otherwise you will drop back to the Silver Level. *To be eligible for APA Referral Cash, the team must be NEW (meaning it must consist of at least 5-8 players that are either new to the APA, or haven't played in the APA within the past 12 months). Dropping and replacing players to an existing team does not meet NEW TEAM ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS.
