Make ure you have pae for all regitered player, coache and manager and a copy of the certified roter and medical form per player (on webite) Make ure new player have uniform ordered and number aignment Practice time and game field aignment (*newly amended March 2014) Coordinate practice chedule with Travel Director and Coaching Adminitrator *Set practice chedule for field with the field coordinator----travel Director/Coaching Admin* Communicate with parent the logitic of practice eion and chedule when poted Survey other chool activitie for potential conflict Seek travel director guidance for unreolvable cheduling conflict Coordinate league game time and location Utilize paword for league webite ( for acce to game chedule Home game - Requet field, time and ref for all home game from Field Coordinator and communicate to opponent manager time and field location Away game once you receive away game detail, confirm coach availability and chedule ASAP. MANAGERS MUST BE AWARE OF OTHER ERU GAMES W/SAME COACH Communicate game day change; notify coach, parent, ref coordinator, and opponent manager immediately (e.g. field cloure, other game day change) Additional game cheduling Beyond league game, you may need to chedule one or more of the following: Make-up CT Cup game Tournament Confirm coach availability prior to cheduling any additional game. Note that coache are contracted for one tournament per eaon, but regitration fee are not covered by ERU. 6 Role a ERU Manager Management and Communication Organize the logitic of your individual team and communicate change in a timely fahion Check-in with repective Travel Director to convey team progre, eek aitance with parent/player concern, any program feedback, coaching iue, etc. Open communication with coache, travel director, board member, and/or other manager to help facilitate coheion within our club program Provide formal feedback a part of the evaluative proce of coaching and club functioning. Active participation beyond your team Be a poitive advocate for ERU in the community Proactively hare idea with coache, the Board, and/or attend board mtg
