2 LEDENA TROFEJA / ICE TROPHY»WE WISH FOR EVERY PARTICIPANT TO FIND THEIR OWN ICE CHALLENGE.«Ice skating can be a wonderful and relaxing family recreation, but in the last years, it has not been as popular as it once was. That is why we wanted to organize an event, that will bring ice skating forward and provide an opportunity for ice hockey players to play their game in a natural environment. With the fun experience, the winter ice skating activities are presented also to the younger generations. with falling in love with ice skating in nature, they can carry on the love for winter activities to next generations. WE ARE CERTAIN THAT THE EVENT WILL OFFER A REAL ICE EXPERIENCE FOR EVERY VISITOR. KRANJSKA GORA, JANUARY 2019

3 ICE TROPHY 2018 Hockey players all over Slovenia came to the intermittent lake Ledine to play for the Ice Trophy cup. The event was praised by the spectators and also by the players. Because of the successful first edition, we will organize the tournament again in 2019! 48 hockey teams, 79 matches, and almost 250 hockey players had one goal - to win the ice trophy, at the intermittent lake Ledine we saw some tough matches, the most successful team was team Fantastičnih 5. Each and every team really enjoyed the matches, and look forward to another Ice trophy tournament next year.

5 Lake JasNa below the Vršič The name ICE TROPHY itself promises something mystic and magical. it's not unusual that we chose one of the most beautiful places in Slovenia to organize this hockey event. Lake Jasna lies below the mighty Julian Alps and is the perfect scene for an idyllic winter event to promote sports on ice to a larger crowd.»spectacular WINTER SCENERY«Combining fairytale landscape and winter fun on ice is surely the right foundation for organizing a sports event. Let us present the concept of the event on the next pages.

6 The Kingdom of the Alpine Ibex The graphic design of the event is the first contact with the public. It expresses the spirit, character and good name and speaks to the public in a visual language. It is not just a logo, with the graphic design we want to make sure that the visitors will be as one with the event and will enjoy it. The graphic design is the strongest basic element that builds visibility of the event and persuades the focus group and the greater public. It projects an identity, vision, and strategy - three of the things we wish all the competitors and visitors feel. IDEA The primary visual was built on an Alpine Ibex, that present the symbol of Slovenian perseverance. the Alpine Ibex is attractive and mystic. In the graphic design, it's horns blend into the mountains, which are proudly rising above the event scene and make the perfect fairytale scenery. Our colors are different shades of blue and white - the colors of ice and winter. The name Ice Trophy indicates tough matches between the teams. The surface of Lake Jasna won't be the only icy thing there - the looks of the players will be as ice cold as the look of the Alpin Ibex is. Teams will have only one goal - to win and get the trophy. Everything about this event starts and stops with the Alpin Ibex, as the winners receive a trophy shaped as an Alpin Ibex. Underneath the event title, there are two more words - at Jasna, telling us where the event takes place.»the MIGHTINESS AND THE BEAUTY OF THE ALPINE IBEX GAVE US THE INSPIRATION FOR THE NAME AND CONCEPT OF THE EVENT.«

7 Ice Hockey on the lake Outdoor hockey is the Read Thread that offers a unique and genuine experience of sports and nature. Every hockey lover - recreational or club players, are welcome. GENERAL RULES General rules of the match will be a bit different than a typical hockey match. Matches will be played 3 on 3, which means that each team has 3 players (without the goalkeeper and with two reserve players). The goal will be smaller than we are used to, so precise strikes will be really important. Strikes with a swing are forbidden, due to surrounding fence of just 10 cm. Each match will have two halftimes of 12 minutes. We will build 7 rinks at Lake Jasna, each the size of 25x15m, which means we can have up to 64 teams at the tournament. LEVEL OF COMPETITION Our goal is to organize an international tournament, we will invite teams from neighboring countries (Croatia, Austria, Italy). ORGANIZER»ICE HOCKEY IS THE FASTEST TEAM SPORT IN THE WORLD.«The competition will be held under the organization of Extrem and Slovenian Hockey Federation. We will use the accustomed tournament system - first the group phase and then the elimination rounds, that will lead to the final winner.

8 WINTER FUN AT FROZEN JASNA Our goal and mission are to formulate and organize attractive and different sports events, that will also be interesting for the media and will have message value. The time frame in which we can truly enjoy the winter wonderland is really short, that makes it even more special and magical and brings out the childlike enthusiasm in all of us. We are confident that each and every one of us couldn't wait for the first snowflakes to fall in childhood and we were all just waiting for the winter fun to begin. The feeling of winter idyll is waiting for all the visitors of Ice Trophy. Each visitor will be able to engage in different games and activities suitable for every family member. 9 MEDIA STRATEGY We will use different channels through which we will address targeted audiences. Special attention will be paid to the media as they are a bridge to our target groups. The central part of the media relations will be aimed at creating positive publicity and communication support related to the Ice Trophy event.
