15 BWPI - Boundary conditions for the 17/ 18 season 1. Have full playfields where possible for each division and age group; Centralisation approach minimum of 2 playfields per venue 2. Equal team fee for all teams (no entry fee for players/spectators) which includes finals. Team fee to be paid with registration ahead of competition; 3. Play the junior competition on a Saturday (single day); 4. Each pool will have a Pool Coordinator, who is first aid certified (paid by BWPI) with an updated incident management process; 5. Referees to be nominated through BWPI/WPQ (and paid by BWPI) and the development of a QLD referee commission; 6. All pools to be contractually booked; 7. Live scoring for the junior competition; 8. 17 A-League Objective: Offer Brisbane s top competition with support from NWPL clubs and QAS Competition to develop gold referees Queensland Breakers fully supported this BWPI initiative in both men and women by mandating participation (through Player Agreement) for all its players who intended to play NWPL.
