4 SHOW RULES 1. This is an ARBA Sanctioned Show, by the filing of your entry you indicate your acceptance of all our show rules and the rules of ARBA, which govern this show (sec exhibitors rules of ARBA). 2. This is a Rocky Mountain High Shows Inc. sanctioned show, by the filing of your entry you indicate your acceptance of all RMHS show rules. 3. ENTRY FEES: See rabbit entry forms for proper fees. All fees are per show per class, per animal. This is a Triple Open and Triple Youth Show. All Entry Forms MUST be completely filled out (Name, complete mailing address, and phone). Entries must be postmarked no later than September 2, entries will be accepted until September 6, 2017 at 12:00 p.m. Any exhibitor who sends in their entry is required to pay the entry fee(s) even if you decide not attend the show. Per ARBA rules you are to pay your entry fees even if you do not show your rabbits. Failure to pay the fees will result in your entries not being accepted in the future. Day of show entries will pay an additional $1.00 per rabbit/per entry/per show. 4. There will be a $30.00 service charge for all returned checks. Any returned checks will be cause for denied access to future WCRBA shows without cash or certified funds. Entrants previously having a returned check with WCRBA or other RMHS clubs are asked to have cash, money order, or certified funds when paying. 5. Tables have been arranged to provide walkways and to comply with local fire regulations, they must not be moved. All rabbits must be in carriers and placed on or under the tables as space permits. Please arrange your rabbits to take advantage of the space provided. Show tables may not be placed in the walkways. 6. All rabbits must have a PERMANENT, LEGIBLE EAR MARK in the LEFT ear, or they will be eliminated from the competition. 7. All animals showing signs of disease shall be removed from the showroom. (Sec.31 show sponsor rules of ARBA). 8. Youth Exhibitors may enter Youth Shows through the age of 18 years. Adults cannot show in Youth Shows. Youth may show in Opens Shows, but may not enter the same rabbit in both Open and Youth Classes in the same show. Youth may enter both Open and Youth classes with different animals. YOUTH RABBITS MUST BE PUT ON THE TABLE BY A YOUTH A YOUTH DOES NOT HAVE TO CARRY HIS/HER OWN RABBIT. 9. SUBSTITUTIONS will be allowed in the SAME BREED, CLASS, VARIETY, AND SEX ONLY if approved by the show secretary. Per ARBA Show Rules-Substitutions will be taken at the time when the Breed is called for judging; it is the exhibitors responsibility to advise the show personnel (i.e. comment taker or show secretary) of the changes before judging begins (i.e. you cannot change the ear number at the table if judging of the Breed has already commenced.) If it is a show secretary error and not an exhibitor error, the show secretary will make the change. 10. Exhibitors will be responsible for getting their rabbits to the judging tables as soon as the class is called. Rabbits will be called three (3) times, if not on the table after the final call the class will be closed. NO REJUDGING OF A CLASS. 11. All rights reserved to substitute judges in any event. The Show Superintendent reserves the right to make any changes deemed necessary. The Judging order will be posted the day of the show and will not be known prior to the show. 12. No one is allowed in the judging area except for show officials and assistants. Absolutely NO interference with judges or judging will be tolerated. The ARBA provides specific guidelines for protests (these will be followed to the letter). Any emergencies or concerns/complaints should be directed to Show Officials. Show Committee decisions will be final. 13. No ribbons or remark cards will be mailed. Please pick up your cards at the end of the class. Ribbons will be provided to YOUTH only through 5th place. You must present your remark card to receive your ribbon(s). 14. Absolutely NO SMOKING and NO DOGS or animals other than rabbits or cavies will be allowed in the showroom. You must smoke outside the showroom and stand at least 15 feet from any door way when smoking per Colorado state laws. This will be enforced. 15. Western Colorado Rabbit Breeders Association, or the owner, agent, organization or the show facility, or any other related organization will NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE for any type of loss or injury due to fire, theft, accident, or providential destruction under any circumstances to any person, animal, or personal property, whether owned, borrowed, or rented. 16. PER ARBA AND RMHS RULES THERE ARE TO BE NO RABBITS IN THE SHOWROOM UNDER THE AGE OF 7 WEEKS FOR SALE OR FOR FREE. NO EXCEPTIONS. 17. PLEASE KEEP YOUR AREA CLEAN DURING THE SHOW PLEASE CLEAN UP YOUR AREA BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE SHOW. 18. WCRBA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REMOVE ANY PERSON OR PERSONS DEEMED A PROBLEM.
