3 TNIRB Youth Royalty Contest Getting Ready for Convention in RENO 2019! SHOWMANSHIP Pee-wees (under 5) Pre-juniors (5-9 years) and Juniors (9-11 yrs old) ARBA Showmanship style (done individually) ( RABBIT JUDGING Intermediates (12-14 yrs) and Seniors (15-18yrs) Contestants will judge a class of rabbits. BREED ID Open to all youth contestants Must include Breed, Showroom variety, 4 or 6 class, Registration variety INTERVIEW Open to all contestants TEST Contestants ages 5-18 Please bring $2.00 to sign up for the contest the day of. Check in will begin at 8:30. Contest to start at 9:00. Plan on the activities taking a majority of the day. Tentative award ceremony at 4:00pm. 4 SHOW RULES 1. This will be an Official ARBA show governed by the Official Show Rules in the ARBA Yearbook. All rabbits will be judged by the ARBA Standard of Perfection edition. 2. All rabbits will be judged as written on the entry forms. Please fill out your entry for completely and legibly. All changes must be approved by the show secretary. Ear Changes slips will be for sale for $ All rabbits shall have a permanent & legible tattoo in the left ear. Cavies must be tagged. 4. Make all checks payable to TNIRB. A $30.00 fee will be charged for any returned checks. 5. Entries must be paid whether the rabbits are judged or not. This includes phone or entries. You will be billed if entry fee is not received and you may not be able to enter future shows until fees are paid. (No refunds on scratched animals) 6. Entries must be paid for before the rabbits are judged. 7. TNIRB reserves the right to add, substitute, or cancel judges as required 8. Judges decisions will be final. Interfering with the judging will not be tolerated. Final interpretation of the rules is vested in the show committee. Any problems and/or questions see the show superintendent. 9. With the exception of the judge, table secretary and table superintendent no one will be allowed behind the tables. 10. Each person is responsible for getting their rabbits to the judging table when called. No classes will be re-judged 11. All animals entered in the youth show must be carried to the table by a youth. Youth exhibitors may enter sanctioned youth shows through from age 5 through18 yrs. Adults cannot show in Youth classes. 12. All entries shall be entered at the sole risk of their owner. The greatest possible care will be given to your entries however, TNIRB will not be responsible for any injury, loss, accidents, mistakes or damage suffered by entrants, their guests, spectators, or animals. 13. No animals other than rabbits and cavies are allowed in the showroom. NO Dogs except service dogs allowed. 14. All animals showing sign of disease shall be removed from the show room. 15. Show reports will be ed, Legs will be mailed. Ribbons and comment cards must be picked up at the show. 16. Children must be supervised at all times by an adult, damages by children will be the responsibility of their parents. 17. This is a carrying cage show. Leak proof cages are required on all carriers 18. Under age animals will not be allowed in the showroom. Rabbits must meet their breeds minimum weights to be in the showroom. 19. This is an ARBA SANCTIONED SHOW. By submitting an entry you indicate acceptance of all our show rules and the rules for ARBA which govern this show. 20. Per TNIRB s By Law, We reserve the right to refuse entry as an exhibitor or observer to any person/exhibitor that has had 3 complaints by other attendees and/or exhibitors as well as a member of TNIRB.
