2 We will have a Pennsylvania Dutch Raffle Hosted by the Elbert County Rabbit Judging Team All Donations Appreciated SHOW RULES 1. This is an ARBA and RMHS SANCTION SHOW. By the filing of your entry you indicate your acceptance of all our show rules and the rules of the ARBA which govern this show. Interpretation of the show rules made by show officials. 2. All animals showing signs of disease should be removed from the showroom.. 3. There will be a $35.00 service charge added to all returned checks. NO ANIMAL IS OFFICIALLY ENTERED UNTIL ENTRY FEES ARE PAID AND THE CHECK HAS CLEARED. 4. All rabbits entered in the youth show must be carried to the table by a youth. Youth exhibitors may enter sanctioned youth shows through the age of 18 yrs. Adults cannot show in Youth classes. Exception for Elbert youth working the show. 5. Please remember the same rabbit cannot be entered in both an open and youth show at the same show. Youth may enter in both open and youth shows with different animals. 6. Youth and Open entries must be on separate entry forms or separate s designated by show and youth or open. Judging will begin at 8:30 a.m. - SHARP!!! 7. This is a Carrier show; solid bottom carriers only, please. Exhibitors are responsible for getting their rabbits to and from the judging table. Rabbits will be called two (2) times if not on the table after the final call the class will be closed. NO REJUDGING OF A CLASS. 8. All stock MUST have a PERMANENT, LEGIBLE EAR MARK in the LEFT EAR, or they will be disqualified. 9. All rights reserved to substitute, add or cancel a judge if necessary. Superintendent reserves the right to make any changes he/she deems necessary. Judging order will be posted the day of the show. 10. No one is allowed in the judging area except for show officials and assistants. 11. No animals under six (6) weeks of age will be allowed on the premises or in the show room of any RMHS sanctioned show. 12. Grooming tables and chairs should not block exhibitor path ways. Please keep aisles open. Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Behavior deemed unbecoming an exhibitor will be grounds for removal, and exhibitor will forfeit all fees and winnings. 13. NO DOGS/CANINES ALLOWED IN THE SHOWROOM. Violators of this rule will be asked to leave the showroom and your entry will be forfeited. 14. PLEASE KEEP YOUR AREA CLEAN. NO SMOKING IN THE BUILDING. NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ALLOWED..
