Health: Bulls were vaccinated and received a booster of Vira Shield 6 + VL5HB Somnus and Ultrabac 8. Bulls received the One Shot vaccine in June and were boosted in mid- October. Bulls received wart vaccine in mid-september and were boostered in mid-october. Bulls have also been dewormed twice since May with Bimectin Dewormer. Internet: The Pigeon Mountain Beef Builder Bull Test Sale catalog and videos may be viewed online at Health: A veterinarian will be available sale day to write interstate health papers at no cost to the buyer. An update sale sheet will also be available sale day listing information not available at catalog press time. Soundness: Every bull is guaranteed sound on the day of the sale to the best of our knowledge. All bulls will have passed a breeding soundness exam within 30 days of the sale performed by Dr. Ben Benson, Villanow Animal Clinic. Breeding Season Guarantee: Every bull has a 100% guarantee for one breeding season, provided that the bull is maintained in proper nutritional and physical health, not to exceed 6 months from sale date. Should a bull have a problem (health, injury, death) before or during the bull s first breeding season, prior to May 5, 2016, the customer should contact the consignor of the bull. A veterinarian statement on the condition of the bull will be required for all claims and the consignor reserves the right to have the bull returned to the sale site. A replacement bull of equal quality will be provided if available with delivery expense the responsibility of the customer. If a replacement bull is not available, the customer will receive a credit to be used in a future PMS Bull Test Sale from the consignor equal to the price paid for the original bull minus salvage value. The consignor will not be held responsible for any settlement value exceeding the purchase price of the bull. Trucking: Trucking can be arranged by sale management or consignors. Lot Numbers: Ear tags on cattle correspond to the lot numbers in the catalog. Terms and Conditions: The cattle sell under the standard terms and conditions recommended by the respective breed organizations. Payment must be made in full in the form of cash or good check on sale day, US dollars only. Food: Breakfast and lunch will be available at the sale site with proceeds to benefit the Gordon County 4-H Livestock Team. Absentee Bids: The sale manager or any member of the sale staff will be happy to assist you with your purchases.there will be no charge to you for this service and every effort will be made to insure your total satisfaction with your purchases. Livestock Insurance: Livestock mortality insurance will be available for your purchases at the clerk s desk and is required on all cattle when the sale staff or consignors arrange trucking.
