2 Predstavitev organizatorja Ptuj je pomembno zgodovinsko mesto, ki leži v SV Sloveniji, v središču Spodnjega Podravja na meji s Prlekijo. Ves osrednji del mesta je spomeniško zavarovan. Leta 2019 bo Ptuj obeležil 1950-letnico prve pisne omembe. Dodana vrednost mesta so številne kulturno-zgodovinske ustanove, priznani festivali, sejmi ter uspešna športna društva in posamezniki. Osrednji magnet za tuje obiskovalce je Ptujski grad, s katerim upravlja Pokrajinski muzej Ptuj-Ormož, širom Slovenije in širše pa je zelo znan ter priznan etnografski lik kurent. Pred kratkim je Medvladni odbor za varovanje nesnovne kulturne dediščine Organizacije Združenih narodov za izobraževanje, znanost in kulturo (UNESCO) razglasil vpis obhodov kurentov na Reprezentativni seznam nesnovne kulturne dediščine človeštva. Že po drugi svetovni vojni je bila atletika najmočnejša sekcija v okviru Telovadnega društva Partizan. Nato je po ustanovitvi samostojnega društvenega subjekta leta 1980 Atletski klub Ptuj iz desetletja v desetletje rapidno pridobival na vrednosti in prepoznavnosti. Pogoji za trenažni proces so danes neprimerno boljši od tistih v osemdesetih in devetdesetih letih minulega stoletja. Leta 2003 je bila izvedena popolna prenova Mestnega stadiona Ptuj s preplastitvijo atletske steze z umetno maso, obenem pa se je zgodila še nabava celotne opreme in gradnja ter revitalizacija pripadajočih objektov. Leta 2005 smo s prenovo osrednje tribune pridobili pokrito štiri-stezno atletsko dvorano in tako je Ptuj postal eden izmed centrov slovenske atletike ter nosilec razvoja atletike v Spodnjem Podravju. Leta 2015 se je zunanja atletska steza na novo preplastila. To predstavlja za ptujski atletski klub velik motiv in osnovo za nadaljnji razvoj ter za doseganje vrhunskih rezultatov tudi izven meja, ne samo MO Ptuj, temveč tudi Slovenije. Ptujski atletski klub, eden najuspešnejših športnih subjektov na območju Ptuja, za slovenske standarde sodi med srednje velike klube. S številnimi prepoznavnimi imeni slovenske atletike na posamični (klub se lahko pohvali tudi z dvema olimpionikoma) in ekipni ravni, dobrim delu na organizacijskem področju ter strokovnostjo pa dokazujejo, da klub izpolnjuje številne pogoje za preboj med velike klube, s čimer si še naprej utrjuje pomembno vlogo v slovenski atletiki. Deluje na več nivojih, ključna pa sta delo z mladimi in tekmovalna atletika. Klub ima strokovno podkovan trenerski in vaditeljski kader in je aktiven tudi pri organizaciji tekmovanj. AK Ptuj je organizator tekmovanj na različnih nivojih, t. j. lokalnem, regijskem, državnem in tudi mednarodnem. Prav tako je dejavna klubska sodniška atletska sekcija, ki poleg domačih tekmovanj sodeluje in pomaga tudi pri izvedbi tekmovanj drugih slovenskih klubov. Predsednik Atletskega kluba Ptuj, dr. Presentation of the Organizer Ptuj is an important historical town, located in the north-eastern part of Slovenia, in the center of Lower Podravje on the border with Prlekija.

3 Presentation of the Organizer Ptuj is an important historical town, located in the north-eastern part of Slovenia, in the center of Lower Podravje on the border with Prlekija. The entire central part of the town is heritage protected. In 2019, Ptuj will mark the 1950 th anniversary of the first written reference. The added value of the town are numerous cultural and historical institutions, recognized festivals, fairs and successful sports clubs and individuals. The main magnet for foreign visitors is the Ptuj Castle, which is managed by the Ptuj-Ormož Regional Museum. Furthermore, there is the ethnographic character of Kurent, widely known and recognized throughout Slovenia and abroad. Recently, the Intergovernmental Committee for the Protection of Intangible Cultural Heritage of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) has proclaimed the entry of the Kurent on the Representative List of Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity. Right after the Second World War, athletics was the strongest section of the Gymnastics Club Partizan. After the establishment of an independent social body in 1980, the Athletic Club Ptuj rapidly gained value and recognition from decade to decade. The conditions for the training process are now much better than those in the eighties and nineties of the past century. In 2003, a complete renovation of the Ptuj Town Stadium was carried out, with a resurfacing of the athletic track with artificial mass. At the same time, the purchase of complete equipment and the construction and revitalization of the associated facilities took place. In 2005, with the renovation of the central tribune, we acquired a covered four-track athletic hall and Ptuj became one of the centers of Slovenian athletics and the athletic development in the region of Spodnje Podravje. The outer athletic track was resurfaced in This represents a great motivation for the Athletic Club Ptuj and the basis for further development and achieving top results even beyond borders, not only of the municipality of Ptuj, but also Slovenia. The Athletic Club Ptuj, one of the most successful sports bodies in the area of Ptuj, falls within the category of medium-sized clubs according to Slovenian standards. With a number of recognizable names in Slovenian athletics on an individual level (the club can boast with two Olympic participants) as well as team level, good work in the organizational field and professionalism prove that the club fulfills a number of conditions for its breakthrough into the large clubs league, thus further consolidating its important role in Slovenian athletics. It operates on several levels, the two most important being working with young people and competitive athletics. The club has expert coaches and trainers and is also active in organizing competitions. The Athletic Club Ptuj is the organizer of competitions at different levels, that is, local, regional, state and even international. There is also a club referee's athletic section that, in addition to domestic competitions, also participates in and supports competitions of other Slovenian clubs. 7 TEHNIČNA NAVODILA SPLOŠNE INFORMACIJE Predviden prihod reprezentanc Češke, Madžarske in Slovaške je med 17:00 in 18:00 uro na Mestni stadion Ptuj (Čučkova ulica 7, 2250 Ptuj). Uradni trening bo potekal med 17:00 in 18:30 uro. Nastanitev reprezentanc je sledeča: Češka: Hotel Roškar, Hajdoše 43, 2288 Hajdina ( Slovaška: Gostišče Majolka, Jurovci 1b, 2284 Videm pri Ptuju ( in del ekipe (31 oseb) v Hotel Park, Prešernova ulica 38, Ptuj ( Madžarska: Mobilne hiške v Termah Ptuj, Pot v toplice 9, 2251 Ptuj ( PREHRANA Večerja v petek in zajtrk v soboto bodo udeleženci imeli na kraju namestitve. Kosilo na dan tekmovanja bo organizirano v šotoru ob stadionu med 13:00 16:00 uro. TEHNIČNI SESTANEK Tehnični sestanek vodij ekip bo v petek ob 19:30 uri v Gostišču Majolka. Tehničnega sestanka se udeležita po dva predstavnika posamezne ekipe. Na tehnični sestanek bo s strani organizatorja organiziran prevoz po naslednjem urniku: 19:00 odhod izpred Hotela Roškar (Češka). 19:10 odhod izpred vhoda v kamp Term Ptuj (Madžarska). Po sestanku vodje ekip prevzamejo štartne številke. Za vse udeležence sestanka bo po koncu zagotovljena večerja. TAJNIŠTVO TEKMOVANJA Tajništvo tekmovanja se nahaja ob glavnem vhodu na Mestni stadion Ptuj (vhod A). Na dan tekmovanja prične z delom ob 7:30 uri. Tekmovanje se odvija po urniku, ki je objavljen v štartni listi. Vodje ekip ali pooblaščenci atletov vlagajo pritožbe na odločitev glavnega sodnika v tajništvu tekmovanja. GARDEROBE Garderobe s tuši ter sanitarije se nahajajo v stavbi Mestnega stadiona, ločeno za moške in ženske. Organizacijski odbor ne jamči za garderobo in osebne predmete atletov v slačilnicah. TERENI ZA OGREVANJE Ogrevanje pred tekmovanjem je možno na pomožnem travnatem igrišču (meti možna uporaba orodja) ter nogometnem igrišču z umetno travo (ostali ni možna uporaba orodij). Na tekmovališču bo potekal samo tehnični del ogrevanja (poskusni skoki / meti). SOBA ZA POČITEK IN MASAŽO Soba se nahaja na vrhu tribune. Vnos hrane v prostor ni dovoljen.

8 ORODJA Organizator bo zagotovil dve orodji za posamezno disciplino. Tekmovalci lahko uporabljajo tudi svoja atletska orodja, ki jih morajo oddati v prostor za tehtanje orodij najmanj 1 uro pred tekmovanjem zaradi kontrole. Orodja bo organizator dostavil na tekmovališča, po tekmovanju bodo atleti le-te prevzeli v prostoru za tehtanje orodij. PRIJAVNICA Prijavnica se nahaja v atletski dvorani pod tribuno. Tekmovalci se morajo javiti v prijavnici pred nastopom v svoji disciplini: za teke: za tehnične discipline: za skok s palico: 20 minut 40 minut 60 minut Na tekmovališča bodo atleti odpeljani v skupini. za teke: za tehnične discipline: za skok s palico: 10 minut pred pričetkom discipline 30 minut pred pričetkom discipline 50 minut pred pričetkom discipline Vodja ekipe mora v prijavnico dostaviti obrazec s prijavo štafete najmanj eno (1) uro pred pričetkom discipline. NAČIN DVIGOVANJA LETVICE Predlog začetnih višin pri skokih in dvigovanje letvice: višina (m): 1,70; 1,75; 1,80; 1,85; 1,88; 1,91; 1, višina (ž): 1,50; 1,55; 1,60; 1,65; 1,70; 1,73; 1,76; 1,79; 1, palica (m): 3,40; 3,60; 3,70; 3,80; 3,90; 4,00; 4,10; 4,20; 4,30; 4, palica (ž): 2,60; 2,80; 3,00; 3,20; 3,40; 3,50; 3,60; 3,70; 3,80; 3, POSKUSNI SKOKI / METI Tekmovalci bodo imeli na razpolago dovolj časa za poskusne skoke in mete. Meti za ogrevanje potekajo po štartni listi. MERITVE Meritve časov bo opravil TIMING Ljubljana s fotofiniš sistemom Lynx. Meritve v tehničnih disciplinah bodo izvedene s certificiranimi kovinskimi metri in elektronskim teodolitom Lycra. REZULTATI Uradni rezultati bodo objavljeni na oglasni deski ob vhodu na stadion. Bilten z rezultati bodo ekipe prejele na skupnem kosilu po tekmovanju. Prav tako bodo vodje ekip rezultate prejele po elektronski pošti.

9 TOČKOVANJE V individualnih disciplinah poteka točkovanje na način: 9, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2 in 1 točka. V štafetnih tekih je točkovanje: 9, 6, 4 in 2 točke. PROGLASITVE V posamezni disciplini prejmejo medalje prvo trije uvrščeni. Le-ti po koncu discipline počakajo v prostoru za protokol, zaradi proglasitve in podelitve medalj, ki se izvedeta takoj po zaključku discipline. V ekipni razvrstitvi prejmejo pokal sodelujoče reprezentance. V primeru enakega števila točk velja pravilo več prvih, nato drugih, tretjih mest itd. MEDICINSKA SLUŽBA Medicinska služba je zagotovljena v času tekmovanja in se nahaja ob prehodu med stadionom in tajništvom tekmovanja. Vse ostale eventualne medicinske usluge bodo organizirane v Splošni bolnišnici Ptuj skladno z mednarodnimi konvencijami. UGOVORI IN PRITOŽBE Za ugovore in pritožbe veljajo določila 146. člena Pravil za atletska tekmovanja. Pritožbena taksa znaša 70 EUR. DOSTOP DO TEKMOVALIŠČ Dostop na tekmovališča imajo samo tekmovalci in uradne osebe organizatorja. Dostop do urejenega prostora ob tekmovališču bodo imeli tudi trenerji skoka v višino in skoka s palico. ŠTARTNA POVELJA Štartna povelja bodo v slovenskem jeziku. V tekih do vključno 400 m in v štafetah se glasijo:»na MESTAPOZORSTREL«V tekih na 800 m in daljših tekih so povelja :»NA MESTASTREL«ZAPUŠČANJE TEKMOVALIŠČA PO KONČANEM TEKMOVANJU Tekmovalci prejmejo svojo opremo na prostoru za ciljem in tukaj tudi zapustijo tekmovališče. V mešani coni bodo tekmovalci imeli možnost za stike z novinarji.

12 TECHNICAL INSTRUCTIONS GENERAL INFORMATION The arrivals to Stadium Ptuj are planned on Friday, 8 June 2018, until Official training on stadium is possible from 17:00 to 18:30. TEAMS ACCOMMODATION Czech Team: Slovak Team: Hotel Roškar, address: Hajdoše 43, 2288 Hajdina ( Gostišče Majolka, address: Jurovci 1b, 2284 Videm pri Ptuju ( and part of the team (30 persons + one bus driver) in Hotel Park, address: Prešernova ulica 38, Ptuj ( Hungary Team: Mobile houses in Terme Ptuj, address: Pot v toplice 9, 2251 Ptuj ( MEALS Dinner on Friday evening and breakfast on Saturday morning will be served at the place of accommodation, exept for Slovak team who has all together dinner at guest house Majolka and breakfast at accommodation place (Majolka and Hotel Park). Lunch on Saturday will be served on City stadium between 13:00 and 16:00. TECHNICAL MEETING Technical Team Leaders' meeting will be held on Friday, 8 June 2018, at at the guest house»majolka«in Videm pri Ptuju. Two technical representatives of each team attend a technical meeting, which will be in English. Transport to the Technical meeting will be provided by the local organizer following the next schedule: 19:00 in front of the Hotel Roškar (Czech team). 19:10 in front of the Camping Terme Ptuj (Hungary team). After the meeting, team leaders pick up the starting numbers. Dinner will be provided for all participants of Technical meeting. SECRETARY (TIC) The secretariat of the competition is located near the main gate on the stadium (blue gate section A) On the day of the competition, it starts to work at 7:30 am. The competition takes place following a schedule that is posted in the start list. Head of the teams shall appeal to the Chief Judges decision in the competition secretariat. DRESSING ROOM Dressing rooms with showers and toilets are located in the City Stadium building separately for men and women. The Organizing Committee is not responsible for personal items and equipment in locker rooms.

13 WARM UP Warm up before the competition is possible on an auxiliary grassy field (use of implements possible) and on a football field with artificial grass (no implement use). REST ROOM AND MASSAGE ROOM Is located at the top of the tribune. Food is not allowed in the room. IMPLEMENTS The organizer will provide two athletic tools for each discipline. Competitors can also use their athletic tools, which must be placed in a weighing range of tools at least 1 hour before the competition for control purposes. The organizer will deliver the tools to the competition area. After the competition, the athletes will take them into the tool weighing room. CALL ROOM PROCEDURE Call room is located in athletic hall under the tribune of the stadium. Competitors perform in the national team kits and equipment. Starting numbers may not be in any way cut or bent. 14 WARM-UP JUMPS / THROWS Competitors will have sufficient time for the warm up jumps and throws according to the start list. MEASUREMENTS Measurements of time will be performed by TIMING Ljubljana with Lynx photo finish system. Measurements in the technical disciplines will be conducted by certified metal meters and electronics theodolits Lycra. RESULTS Official results will be posted on the bulletin board at the entrance to the stadium. Bulletin of the results of the teams will be received at lunch after the race. Team leaders will receive full results via . SCORING In the individual events, the following scoring method is applied: 9, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2 and 1 point. In the relays, the following scoring method is applied: 9, 6, 4 and 2 points. AWARD CEREMONIES In each event, the first 3 individuals will receive medals. They await the end of the disciplines in the area of protocol because of the victory ceremony and the awarding of medals, which are performed immediately after completion of the discipline. The team scoring: each participating country will receive a trophy. In case of a tie, the number of first, then second and third places etc. won by each teams individuals is applied as a principle how to determine the final team competition results. MEDICAL SERVICE Medical service is assured during the competition and is located next to the beginning of the first straight of the track. All other eventual medical services will be organized in the General Hospital Ptuj in accordance with international conventions. PROTESTS AND APPEALS Oppositions and appeals are subject to the provisions of Article 146. of the Rules for Athletic Competition. The appeal fee is 70 Euros. ACCESS TO COMPETITION AREA Only competitors and officials of the organizer have access to the competition area. Access to the regulated area at the venue will also be granted to high jump and pole vault coaches.
