Registrations without due payment are going to be cancelled on the first day following the end of the given registration period. 5 Discounted entry fee: Pre-registration on-line: Cancellation: Registration in the race centre: - Only for runners with an own race number (and chip); - On the website: (from March 21 to September 20, for the half marathon September 4, until 12:00 pm, midnight); - The registration is considered valid after payment - Please pay the entry fee to the bank account of the sport club: Esztergomi Futóművek ASE, (Duna TakarékBank) IBAN HU , SWIFT code: TAKBHUHB. Exception: considering the high bank fees, participants registering from abroad may pay the registration fee at the time of the race, on the location. Please write following information in the remark: distance, participant`s name, year of birth (E.g: 21km/Bart Simpson/1967). In case of registration for a team, the name of the team has to be provided as well. In case of paying for multiple registrations please list all respective information, and send this information to esztergomifutomuvek@gmail.com. - Only paying the entry fee is not considered as registration! - In case of multiple registrations, please enter each registration individually on the online surface, filling in all the details. (Do not use the back arrow!) - The registration will be confirmed by (if you do not receive a confirmation , you have done something wrong) - the payment (paid fee) may be seen on the above shown website (this is not automatic, the organizers manually update the registrations and the race numbers 2-3 times a week). - If you already own a Dunaparti Futópartik race number with a timing chip you may use your race number, but you still need to register and pay the entry fee. If you run the half marathon in team, the team gets a new race number for this event. - The first runner has to pass the starting number in the relay zone. - The runners get the invoice of the entry fee in the race centre. Please indicate your demand of the invoice via (esztergomifutomuvek@gmail.com) in order to arrange the process quickly. Please note that we are not able to pay back the entry fee. The paid registration can only be cancelled BEFORE THE CLOSING OF THE PRE-REGISTRATION (until September 20)!!! In case of cancellation, the organizers must be notified by (esztergomifutomuvek@gmail.com). The paid registration fee may be used for participation in our races until the end of the following year (2017). In such cases, the registration is still necessary to be completed, and the organizers must be notified regarding the credit (esztergomifutomuvek@gmail.com). The actual balance can be checked on the website. - Saturday from 9:30 to 11:30 at the Bridge Running (Hídfutás) race centre - Sunday from 9:00 to 10:00 (at the Rugby Club Hotel); - In order to process the data through the chip system, please meet the deadlines in all cases. - We are only able to accept a limited number of registrations on the spot. On September 25 at 10:00am the on-site registration will be closed. After this time we will not be able to process any more registrations! Picking up race numbers: The registration fee includes: Refreshments: Chip info: - At the Rugby Club Hotel, Saturday from 9:30 to 11:30; at the time of the on-site registration for the Bridge-running; for those who previously sent a request . - At the Rugby Club Hotel, Sunday from 9:00 to 10:00 - At Széchenyi Square (at the information desk), Sunday 10:15-10:45. (This should be the last resort, please try to register earlier). - Information packet: including the route map and the locations; - Refreshment in the finish line and along the route (refreshment stations are marked on the map) - time measuring with chip (net time measurement) - Unique medal for all distances - technical T-Shirt with a unique logo - Tickets for the pasta party and beer; - Medical attention; - Access to download the results; - Downloadable certificate; - Online photo album (free to download) - Sponsor offers, pamphlets; - Sore muscles thanks to the two hills - At 3.5km; 7.9km; 10.5km; 14km; 18.4km; and at the finish line - Water, iso drink, banana, GLC, coke and something salty - The price for the chip is included in the entry fee.

6 - With appropriate usage, race numbers can be re-used on our races. However, if the race number is worn and broken, please ask for a new one. - The RFID chips can be found on the back of the start number. The chips are protected by foil. It is forbidden to remove, fold, cover, or pin through them! (These actions can damage the chip.) Chip control: Sunday, at Széchenyi Square, between 10:00 and 10:45 Announcement of the results: Awards: Age limit: Age groups: Sunday,at Széchenyi Square,at 2:00pm - Half marathon: the first three male and female participants in every age group are rewarded; - Half marathon in relay pairs: the first three male and female teams are rewarded (mixed teams are considered as a male team); km: the first three male and female participants are rewarded. This event is part of Dunaparti Futópartik tournament, therefore rewarding by categories will only take place based on the tournament (at the end of the year); - Only runners who are 10 years of age or older may enter the Dunaparti Futópartik 10.5km course; - Only runners who are 14 years of age or older may enter the Esztergom Half Marathon race; - Runners who are younger than 18 years old participating in the Esztergom Half Marathon must show a signed approval from the parents (the approval form may be downloaded from the web page) at the time of picking-up the race number. born between (14-18 years old), born between (19-30 years old), born between (31-40 years old), born between (41-50 years old), born between (51-60 years old), born in 1955 or before (60 years old or older) Dunaparti Futópartik running tournament: - The individual half marathon is not part of the Dunaparti Futópartik tournament. - When assessing the results, the Bridge Running event (Saturday) of the Running Weekend of Esztergom is to be considered together with the 4 km distance of Dunaparti Futópartik (1 st category), while the distance of 10.5 km (individually, or as a member of the relay) is to be considered together with the 10 km distance of the Dunaparti Futópartik (2 nd category). Cumulated calculation of points: - The assessment and rules of the Dunaparti Futópartik running tournament are to be found on the official website of the race. Rules:-Detailed race rules are on the website. Other information: - Short sections of the course are not cleared from traffic. Please pay special attention when running in these areas. - Only the organisers are allowed to use bicycles and cars to escort the runners in the race. - The first runner in a half marathon team can be an independent runner too, - Runners in a half marathon team share a race number (this may be their own race number, or could be purchased at the time of registration). This race number must be passed from the first runner to the second runner of the team at the relay zone. - The relay zone takes place in the start-finish area at Széchenyi Square. Both runners complete a 10.5km course. Changing room/check room: - Changing room, check room and a possibility to have a shower: in the Rugby Club Hotel (400 m from the start area) - There will be no safekeeping of any valuables/personal belongings in the check room.
