Based on historical sales for 2014, average monthly sales totaled $2,112 for orders by individual Participants. The price breaks or discounts offered must include the 3 Administrative Fee. Pricing and discounts shall be documented in aggregate per month for all orders received under this contract. If a price break point is reached in the current month, the next price break, or new discount, shall be effective the beginning of the following month. Aggregate quantities shall also include any non-participant quantities using this contract. Aggregate numbers for the previous month shall be reported to the Program Manager by the 10th calendar day of the next month. Failure to comply may result in suspension from the awarded contractors. The price break, or new discount, in effect at time of renewal options, shall remain the same as the previous month.
