10 General Information IMPORTANT! PLEASE READ! All programs begin monday, January 4, Badges are available at the Ski School Desk in November, and must be picked up before the first day of your program. $ 5.00 fee for lost or forgotten ski school badges (all programs). if you are renting equipment, you must pre-fit by December 23rd. Classes will be held the first weekend of February vacation. There will be no program classes on Martin Luther King Day (Jan. 18) and February Vacation days, (Feb ). you must attend scheduled lesson or forfeit lesson, lift ticket, and rental fee. Classes, if postponed, will be made up at the end of the regular scheduled program. in the case of a school cancellation, classes will be postponed and will be made up at the end of the regular scheduled program. Day and time of lesson cannot be changed. There are no refunds after the second week for young Learners Programs. There are no refunds after the third week for all other programs. Lessons are often held in inclement weather conditions. if weather is questionable cancellation or other important information can be found at skinashoba.com on the homepage located in the top left corner. Arrange a meeting place with your child before the lesson begins. Lessons may begin and end on different slopes. Stress to your children where you will be when their lesson is completed. 14 Adult Team Racing The adult racing league is the perfect opportunity to get back into racing. Teams of four race in a dual-super SL course. you will get two runs against your opponent. running order is determined by your placement in previous races. Details Starting January 4, 5, 6 and 7, Consecutive Weeks of racing. Teams and Team Registration Four members, male, female or mix. each member must be at least 21 years of age. Point System Points are awarded for wins on blue and red runs, handicap percentage as compared to the pacesetter and for bettering last races blue/red handicap. racers age and sex are taken into account for handicap. The top 3 racer's individual points from each team are added for a weekly team total, which is calculated over the seven week race series to determine the top teams that will compete in the Championship Finals. Running Order running order will be generated according to the previous week's finish, taking the best first and working down through the field.
