8 Additional Information The CEOS WGCV plenary will be held all days at CSIRO, Christian Lab Seminar room (see logistics information), except on Wednesday when WGCV and WGISS will have a joined meeting at Ragatt Theatre at Geoscience Australia. Please note that during the joint meeting with WGISS the room will be swapped during the meeting. Appropriate information will be provided. Ice-breaker Event Ice-breaker will be held at Walt and Burley, Canberra, on Monday March 14 th from 6-8 pm. A bus will pick up the CEOS WGCV attendants at the foyer of ANU University House at 5:45 pm. CSIRO will sponsor some food; drinks are to your own expense. There is no transport arrangement back to ANU University House so delegates will be free to stay on for dinner and/or return to accommodation at own leisure by taxi. Cocktail Event Delegates should be advised they will be taken to the Joint Network Cocktail Event at the National Arboretum straight after meeting ends at Geoscience Australia on Wednesday, March 16 th. Bus pick up time will be 5:30pm. There will be no opportunity to refresh and/or change after meeting. Neat casual would be considered appropriate attire for cocktail event. The Cocktail Event will be held from 6 pm 9 pm. All food and beverages will be provided, sponsored by Geoscience Australia. Transportation back to hotels has been arranged, pick up will be at 9:15pm for all delegates. Page 8
