PURPOSE The purpose of this procedure is to provide information regarding the necessary documents a Trakhees Client will require obtaining Commercial Permits, the costs incurred therewith and the required documents. 2. SCOPE: This procedure will apply to all Clients within Trakhees jurisdiction, and will also involve any external parties concerned with the Clients requirements. 3. Completion Period Service Delivery Time 3.1 Document reviewing (for online submission) 1 Working Day 3.2 Issuing Commercial Permit Once settle the Payment. PROCEDURE: There are various types of commercial permits available, as set below. Clients are requested to approach Trakhees offices with their requirements or may apply online through TRAKHEES websit. Approvals are subject to the discretion of Trakhees personnel, and submissions can be rejected based on incomplete documentation submitted by Clients. -The transaction & the payment advice will be cancelled if the client exceed 1 month without paying from the issue date of the payment advice. For online submissions TRAKHEES-CLD will check the below required documents availability and update the system as follow: a) Accept: If the submissions comply with requirements, payment advise will be generated to be settled by the client. b) Reject: If the submissions doesn t comply with requirements. Applicant can apply again with new submission number. c) More information: If note any missing document, CLD will reject the submission and advise to re-upload the missing information. 2 Once the payment is settled, client can collect the print out Commercial Permit upon showing the receipt in the front desk offices. Permit should not exceed the license expiry date As per Dubai Rules the closing time for the retail shop/ commercial to be closed at 12:00 AM 24 hours need NOC AED 3,060/- need community approval 3.10 Leaflet AED 320 for each leaflet for 3 month (Can be extended) AED 570 for each book NOC from the developer and from the owner of the shop Must be written in Arabic and English Cannot distribute on car parking, residential area, put outside the shops and distribute to the customers.
