ENTRY CLOSING DATE Closing date for the championship is 5.00pm on 3 rd March SUBMISSION OF ENTRIES All entries are to be duly filled and completed and may be submitted by facsimile to the office of Persatuan Renang Amatur Malaysia at or to:mae2288@gmail.com or kongleeyan@yahoo.com no later than the closing date mentioned above. 3 52nd MILO/PRAM MALAYSIA INVITATIONAL AGE GROUP SWIMMING CHAMPIONSHIPS, 31 st March 3 rd April 2016 Swimming Competition Rules. 1. Date : 31 st March to 3 rd April, Venue : Pusat Aquatic Darul Ehsan, Shah Alam, Selangor 3. Age Group : Open : above 17 years (born prior to 2/1/98) Group I : 15 to 17 years (Born 2/1/1998 1/1/2001) Group II : 13 & 14 years (Born 2/1/2001 1/1/2003) Group III : 11 & 12 years (Born 2/1/2003 1/12005) Group IV : 10 years & below (Born 2/1/2005 & after) Date of reckoning for age group swimmers will be January 1, Swimmers can only compete in his or her own age group. 4. Entries: Entries are to be submitted on the official entry form. Use separate entry form for boys & girls and for each age group. There is no limit to the number of entries for all individual events but each participating team is limited to one relay entry only. The latest best timings for individual and relay events are to be submitted together with the official entry form for seeding purposes. Please write the EVENT NUMBER according to the schedule for every participating event(s) 5. Entry Fees: a). RM 5.00 per individual event b). RM per relay event All entries are to be accompanied by the relevant entry fees in Crossed Account Payee Cheque / Money Order and made payable to Persatuan Renang Amatur Malaysia. Entries submitted without entry fee will not be accepted. 6. Entry Closing Date: Entry closing date is 5.00pm on 3/03/2016. Late entries will not be entertained. 7. Pool Side Entries No pool side entries or new entries after the closing date will be entertained. Substitutions of swimmers for all events or alterations of events for swimmers during competition will not be allowed.

Competition Format The competition will be conducted in accordance to FINA rules and the Organizing Committee reserves the right to decide on matters not provided for under the rules. b) Competition shall be on Timed-Finals basis. c) This competition is comprised of two (2) categories; (i) Malaysia Invitational Age Group (MAG Open) and (ii) Malaysia Age Group Closed (MAG Closed) d) Foreigners residing in Malaysia must compete in MAG Open. Kindly indicate and provide citizenship documents should you intend to compete in MAG Closed. e) There will be only one (1) set of medals and is awarded to the winners in the Malaysia Invitational Age Group Open category only. Winners in the MAG Closed will be awarded certificates of Merit. All participants will be given certificates of participation. f) All members of the relay team in MAG Closed must be Malaysian citizen. If the relay team consists of one or more foreign swimmer, the team shall compete in MAG Open. g) There will be two (2) sets of results and two (2) sets of meet records namely MAG Open and MAG Closed. 9. Order of Events Refer to list of order of event attached. 10. Awards. Gold, Silver and Bronze Medals will be awarded to first three placing swimmers. 11.
