1 2016 Wisconsin YMCA Sectional Championships DATES: Saturday, March 12 th & Sunday March 13 th, 2016 LOCATION: SCHEDULE: AM Session Warm ups 8:00am Meet starts 9:00am PM Warm ups Immediately following AM session Meet starts immediately following a 60 minute warm up break. ENTRY LIMIT: ELIGIBILITY: Each swimmer is limited to ten individual events per day plus relays. All participants must be full privileged members of the YMCA Association that they are representing. Swimmer's age will be determined based on an age up date of December 1 st, MEET DIRECTOR: Nate Zabel ( zabelnathan@gmail.com ) ENTRY CHAIR: ENTRY FEES: Nate Zabel ( zabelnathan@gmail.com ) $5.00 per individual event per swimmer and $14.00 per relay team. 2 DEADLINE: Entries must be received by 1:00pm on Tuesday, March 1 st, Please submit initial entry via ( zabelnathan@gmail.com ) to allow for early development and posting of an OFFICIAL MEET TIMELINE. Please mail out a check for the entry fees along with a signed WAIVER within 24 hours of submitting your entry via . Updates to your initial entry will be accepted through 1:00 pm on Monday, March 7 th, Entries received after the entry deadline MAY NOT be accepted. WARM UPS: TIME TRIALS: FACILITY: ENTRY FORMS: AWARDS: ADMISSIONS: FOOD SALES: Warm up lanes will be assigned. The assignments will be ed out the week of the meet. Time trials will be held after the afternoon session on both Saturday and Sunday. We would like to have entries in for time trials as soon as possible. The cost for each time trial swim will be $10. The competitive pool is an eight lane, 25 yard course with 30 starting blocks and a starting end depth of 10. The pool is equipped with 7 lanes and features a Colorado Timing system and an eight lane LED Scoreboard. There will be a lane for warm up and warm down in the adjacent warm water therapy pool during the competition portion of the meet. We ask the all people attending the meet enter the Y though the West entrance. These doors will open at 7:30 am both mornings. If the west of our parking lot is full please feel free to use Summit Elementary School for overflow. Hytek Meet Manager will be used. Please send entries in the form of a commlink/sd3 file and include a hard copy for verification purposes. Medals 1 st 3 rd for all Individual events Ribbons 4 th 8 th for all Individual events Ribbons 1 st 3 rd for all Relay events $5 for Adults, there will a very limited number of heat sheets for sale as they will be ed out to teams and posted on the host site prior to the meet.
