5 Registration Information Registration starts December 9, 2017 How To Register Online Register online anytime at Pay by MasterCard, VISA, Americian Express, or account credit. Please note, not all programs are available for online registration. In Person Visit your local Municipal Centre to register in-person. Pay by cash, credit card, debit, or cheque. By Phone Call or your local Municipal Centre. The Blenheim Gable Rees Rotary Pool is also available evenings and weekends at Helpful Hints Refund Policy Find our full refund policy online at recreation under our Registration Info page. Program Cancellations Unfortunately, some programs may be cancelled. Reasons for cancellation may include low enrolment, availability of facilities, or availability of instructors. Full refunds will be issued for programs cancelled by CKRecreation Programs. Aquatics Cancellations & Refunds All aquatic programs have a minimum number of participants to operate. In the event of insufficient registrations, patrons will be notified. The first lesson will run as scheduled, at which time patrons may choose one of three options: 1. Receive a full refund 2. Transfer registration to another session or location (space permitting) 3. Upgrade to a private lesson (additional fees apply) Waitlists Work! Have you ever tried to register for a program that had no spaces available? Adding your name to a waitlist allows us to create new programs when possible or notify you when spaces become available. Missed Classes Classes missed by participants due to illness, vacation, or other special events will not be refunded or rescheduled. Pool Closure Policy In the event of a pool fouling or cloudy water, the pool will be closed until resolved. If a pool is closed, swimming lessons will continue on deck. No compensation given. Oops! 6 Preschool Ice Babes - Level 4/5 In Levels 4 and 5, skaters advance to backwards glides on one foot, right-left push and glide, two foot turns and jumps, and back crossovers. For ages 3-6 years. 15 Swimming Lessons Swim Lesson Options For complete lesson descriptions for each level, visit Lesson schedules are available on pages Group Lessons One lesson per week, group lessons can have four to ten participants per instructor depending on the level. The ratios that CKRecreation uses for swim lessons are at or below the guidelines in the following table.
