Pool depth goes from 13.5 Ft. to 5ft at start end and at the turn end in SCY configuration. The competition course has not been certified in accordance with C(4). Colorado Timing System. Parking available. Seating for 500 spectators. Snack bar will be open throughout the meet. The shallow end of pool (up to 10 lanes) will be available for warm-ups. Access to pool deck areas restricted to swimmers, coaches and officials only. Disabled spectator accessibility, ample parking, seating for 500 spectators and concessions will be provided. Free Wi-Fi throughout the facility. *RV parking available for day use only at the north parking lot above soccer/baseball fields. For more information, please call THPRD Swim Center at (503) Restrictions: Tobacco products, alcoholic beverages and glass containers are prohibited. Shaving is prohibited in the facility. Use of audio or visual recording devices, including a cell phone, is not permitted in changing areas, rest rooms or locker rooms. Deck changing is prohibited. Photography is not allowed behind the blocks at any time. Flash photography is prohibited during the start of a race. Operations of a drone, or any other flying apparatus, is prohibited over the venue(pool, athlete/coach areas, spectator areas and open-ceiling locker rooms) any time athletes, coaches, officials and/or spectators are present. Only coaches, swimmers and working volunteers will be permitted on the pool deck. Deck chairs are prohibited. Bleachers will be provided. Rules: Safety Code: Current USA Swimming, Inc. and Oregon Swimming, Inc. rules will govern this meet. Current Oregon Swimming Safety Guidelines and Warm-up Procedures will be in effect.

2 Page 2 Eligibility: This is an invitational meet; open only to USA Swimming registered athletes (as of the meet entry deadline) who are members of the participating teams: CRST, DDAC, HEAT, LOSC, LHST, TOR, BLAZ, BCAC, TTSC. Unattached swimmers training with a participating team may swim unattached. This is a minimum OSI B Standard. Swimmers must be currently registered with U.S.A. Swimming; NO ON-DECK USA Swimming REGISTRATION WILL BE PERMITTED. Swimmers must be within the listed age brackets as of 2/11/18. All swimmers must be supervised by a USA swimming certified coach at the meet. Tualatin Hills Swim Club reserves the right to swim any of its own club members who have not achieved the minimum time standards. OSI Short Course Yards B Time Standards: HERE No Coach Present: Entry Limit: For unattached swimmers, or swimmers whose coach is not attending the meet, it is the swimmer s responsibility to arrange for a certified coach to be responsible for the swimmer. This must be done BEFORE the swimmer may enter the water for warmups or competition. Please see the Meet Director or the Meet Referee for assistance upon arrival at the meet. Swimmers may enter a maximum of THREE (3) events per session. Meet Limit: Competition will conclude at 12:00 p.m. Times: THPRD Aquatic Center will open at 6:45 a.m. on Sunday. Please arrive no earlier than the time listed. WARM-UPS: Start at 7:00 a.m. TIMED FINALS: 8:00 a.m. Check-in: The 400 IM, 500 Free, and 1650 Free will be deck-seeded. Coaches will be responsible for positive check-in of their swimmers. Check-in forms (to be done by coaches) are due 30 minutes at the start of warm-ups to the Clerk of Course desk for those events that may be deck seeded. Bull Pen: Entries: There will be a bullpen for all 8-U swimmers. All other swimmers will report directly to their assigned lanes. 1. HY-TEK Meet Management Software will be used. Please submit entries via . If you do not use HY-TEK, please contact the Meet Director. 5. Any swimmer entered in the meet must be certified by a USA Swimming member coach as being proficient in performing racing starts or must start each race from within the water. When unaccompanied by a member-coach, it is the responsibility of the swimmer or the swimmer s legal guardian to ensure compliance with this requirement. 6. Late entries will be considered on a case by case basis at the discretion of the Meet Director. All awards must be picked up at the conclusion of the meet, they will not be mailed. Meetings: Minimum Officials: Coaches meeting may be held 15 minutes prior to start of each session. Officials meeting will be held 45 minutes prior to the start of each session. At least seven days prior to the start of the meet, THSC will publish the URL for an online signup for officials committing to work the meet. The URL will be sent to a representative of each club participating in the meet so that officials from that team can sign up in advance of the meet. Each club shall, by the start of the meet, ensure that sufficient officials from the club have signed up to meet the counts in the table below for each session the team is participating in. Appropriately credentialed trainee officials are welcome to train at the meet; however, they will not count towards the numbers in the table below. Any questions related to the signup process can be directed to officials@thunderboltswimming.org. The signup data will be used for sign in at the officials meeting to ensure that commitments are being met. If meet management certifies that a club has not proved sufficient officials for any session of the meet in accordance with the table below, the club may not score or receive awards for the meet. Clubs may use officials borrowed from other clubs or unattached officials at the meet who agree to fulfill their obligation under the rule. Competitors in the 1650 Freestyle are required to provide 2 individuals to time and another person to count laps (if desired) for their swims: 1000y splits will be reported if possible This meet may be covered by the media, including photographs, video, web casting and other forms of obtaining images of athletes participating in the meet.
