There will be 10 lanes for the 12&U sessions and 9 lanes for 13&O sessions with 1 warm down lane. The depth is 13.5 FT at the start end, and 3.5 Ft at the turn end. The competition course has not been certified in accordance with (c)4. Colorado Timing System. Open pool deck areas available for swimmers, coaches and officials only. Disabled spectator accessibility, ample parking, seating for 500 spectators, snack bar. Free Wi-Fi throughout the facility. Tobacco products, alcoholic beverages and glass containers are prohibited. Shaving is prohibited in the facility. Use of audio or visual recording devices, including a cell phone, is not permitted in changing areas, rest rooms or locker rooms. Deck changing is prohibited. Photography is not allowed behind the blocks at any time. Flash photography is prohibited during the start of a race. Only coaches, swimmers and working volunteers will be permitted on the pool deck. SPECIAL NOTE: No folding chairs allowed on deck. Bleachers will be provided. RULES: SAFETY CODE: TIMES: Current USA Swimming, Inc. and Oregon Swimming, Inc. rules will govern this meet. Current Oregon Swimming Safety Guidelines and Warm-up Procedures will be in effect. 2 MEET LIMIT: ELIGIBILITY: NO COACH PRESENT: CHECK-IN: Sessions 2 and 4 will limit entries so timeline will not exceed 3.5 hours. Swimmers must be currently registered with U.S.A. Swimming or registered in a foreign swimming federation. NO ON DECK USA Swimming REGISTRATION SHALL BE PERMITTED. For unattached swimmers, or swimmers whose coach is not attending the meet, it is the swimmer s responsibility to arrange for a certified coach to be responsible for the swimmer. This must be done BEFORE the swimmer may enter the water for warm-ups or competition. Please see the Meet Director or the Meet Referee if assistance is needed, upon arrival at the meet. Events 400m and longer will be deck seeded (Events 3,4,5,6). Coaches will be responsible for the positive check-in of their swimmers. Positive check-in is due 30 minutes after the start of warm-ups for all designated deck seeded events. Check-in at the Clerk of Course. ENTRIES: 1. Entries open Wednesday, May 3, Sumbit LCM times for seeding, converted times will be accepted. 3. Ages and USA registration numbers must be included at time of registration. 4. HY-TEK Meet Management Software will be used. Please submit entries via to: meetdirector@thunderboltswimming.org. If you do not use HY-TEK, please contact the Meet Director. 5. Please zip files before ing, and include a team meet entry report formatted in Word and a meet entry fee report. With submission of entries, the coach/team representative attests that all swimmers entered are registered with USA Swimming. 6. Send payment and master entry form to entry address. Any swimmer entered in the meet must be certified by a USA Swimming member coach as being proficient in performing racing starts or must start each race from within the water. When unaccompanied by a member-coach, it is the responsibility of the swimmer or the swimmer s legal guardian to ensure compliance with this requirement. Events will be awarded as follows: 8&U, 9, 10, 11, 12 each for Girls and Boys. All awards must be picked up at the conclusion of the competition. They will not be mailed. A coaches meeting may be held 15 minutes prior to start of each session. An officials meeting will be held 45 minutes prior to start of each session.

3 OFFICIALS: TIMERS: We always appreciate the help of Certified Officials from other clubs; if you will be attending this meet please notify our chair for officials at so your name can be added to the schedule. Each team will have lanes designated to them for timing. Please assign a Parent timing representative to check in with the head timer 30 minutes before the start of the meet.
