Swimmers must be currently registered with U.S. Swimming. NO ON DECK REGISTRATION WILL BE PERMITTED. Swimmers must be within the listed age brackets as of May 11 TH, David Douglas Swim Pool 6 lanes, 25 meters, with deep end starts (12 feet) x 3 feet. Colorado Timing System will be used for all events except 25-meter races. The competition course has not been certified in accordance with C(4). Alcoholic Beverage, tobacco products of any kind and glass containers are not allowed in the swimming venue. Use of audio or visual recording devices, including a cell phone, is not permitted in changing areas, rest rooms or locker rooms. $ Swimming surcharge per swimmer. $ For all events. Hytek computerized entries are preferred. If submitting entries using Hytek, please provide the following: 1) Zipped electronic entry file (CL2 or SD3) 2) Electronic Entry List and Meet Fees Report To submit manual entries, please complete the Manual Entry Form included in this packet. Submit swimmer s best times in SHORT COURSE METERS for seeding purposes. SCY times may be converted to meters for entries. For swimmers without entry times, please indicate NT in the entry file and entry report. Any swimmer entered in the meet must be certified by a USA Swimming member coach as being proficient in performing racing starts or must start each race from within the water. When unaccompanied by a member-coach, it is the responsibility of the swimmer or the swimmer s legal guardian to ensure compliance with this requirement. Entry Times Entry Limit Entry Deadline SUBMIT SCM TIMES ONLY 275 swimmers Entries must be received by April 30, Late entries will not be accepted.

2 Entry Address C/O Danita Ross th St. Washougal, Wa Awards Trophies will be given out to the 12 lowest cumulative swim times in each age group for all six events. 8 & Under, 9-10, 11-12, and 13 & Over. Hy-Tek scoring will be used exclusively. Each time will be given a point value; swimmers scores from all events will be combined for an overall point total. Disqualifications will receive zero points. An athlete s score will still be considered for top 12 individual awards. Scoring will be determined according to single-year age groupings and the swimmers totals. Placement is to be determined by the cumulative points in all 6 events. Swimmers must compete in all 6 events to be eligible for trophies. Warm Ups Timed Finals 7:30 AM both days. Safety codes for warm ups will be strictly enforced. 9:00 AM both days. 8:15 AM both days. Officials Meeting We always appreciate the help of certified officials from other clubs; if you are an official and will be attending this meet please notify Stan Benson, (meet referee) or Tammy Linder: otamaral@yahoo.com. An official s hospitality room will be provided. Timers Other Each team will be given timing assignments. Lane assignments for each team will be listed in the heat sheet. Please designate a parent representative to report to the Head Timer 30 minute prior to the start of the meet. The swimming pool parking lot will be available for RV parking. There are no hook ups and all RV s must be self-contained. and/or David Douglas High School assume no liability for damages incurred while using the parking lot. Page 2 of 5
