Friday, 5:00 Warm up, 5:45 meet starts Water Depth: 3.5 feet to 13 ft. 6 inches from both end walls. Colorado 6000 Timing System, meet manager 6.0 will be used. Pool Certification The competition course has not been certified in accordance with C (4) Rules Conduct of this sanctioned event shall conform in every respect to all technical and administrative rules of USA Swimming and Louisiana Swimming. Any swimmer entered in the meet must be certified by a USA Swimming member-coach as being proficient in performing a racing start or must start each race from within the water. When unaccompanied by a member-coach, it is the responsibility of the swimmer or the swimmer's legal guardian to ensure compliance with this requirement. At a sanctioned competitive event, USA Swimming athlete members must be under the supervision of a USA Swimming member coach during warm-up, competition, and warm-down. The Meet Director or Meet Referee shall assist the athlete in making arrangements for such supervision.

2 - All meet directors, referees, starters, and stroke and turn judges, serving in an official capacity must be members of USA Swimming. All coaches and officials MUST constantly display their current USA Swimming credential or be prepared to present their USA Swimming ID card as proof of their registration to the Meet Director or designee at any time. The meet referee reserves the right to ask for coach credential display and/or deny deck access if coach does not comply or card is no longer valid / current. - Use of audio or visual recording devices, including a cell phone, is not permitted in changing areas, rest rooms, or locker rooms. - Except where venue facilities require otherwise, changing into or out of swimsuits other than in locker rooms or other designated areas is not appropriate and is strongly discouraged. - It is understood and agreed that USA Swimming and Louisiana Swimming, Inc. shall be free from any liabilities or claims for damages arising by reason of injuries to anyone during the conduct of the event. - Entry Limits. The meet will be limited to the number of swimmers per session. No entrant will be permitted to compete unless the entrant is a member of USA Swimming as provided in Article 302. Conduct of meet: All events will be timed finals. Entry limit: Entry fees: Awards This meet will be managed to stay within the Louisiana time limit of four hours. If entries become too large, coaches will be notified if their entry is rejected. Each swimmer will be limited to (4) individual events. There will be a $10.00 surcharge for this meet. Individual events are Ribbons will be awarded in each event.

Timings assignments will be sent prior to the start of the meet. USAS rules & regulations require all warm-ups to be closely supervised by an USAS registered coach or official. Warm up assignments will be sent to participating teams prior to the start of the meet. All coaches attending this meet are required to be a member of USA swimming. All swimmers & spectators must comply with the following facility regulations. 1. No food allowed in the facility. 2. No horse play in or around the facility. 3. No smoking! 4. No glass containers. 5. Comply with directions of security & lifeguards. 6. Please police your area at the end of the day. 7. Obey all parking signs and be respectful of our neighbors.
