2 RULEBOOK THIS DOCUMENT OUTLINES THE RULES AND REGULATIONS APPLYING TO THE BETA EDITION OF TRACKMANIA GRAND LEAGUE. FAILING TO FOLLOW THE RULES AND GUIDELINES PRECISED IN THIS DOCUMENT MAY RESULT WITH PUNISHMENT. BE RESPECTFUL AND AWARE THAT ANY DESIGNATED STAFF HAS THE AUTHORIZATION TO MAKE FINAL CHOICES THAT MAY NOT FOLLOW THESE RULES TO PRESERVE FAIR-PLAY AND SPORTSMANSHIP DURING THIS TOURNAMENT.

4 1.2 Format Qualifications : Qualifications are played in 2 stages : Q1 - Q2 * If less than 16 players, only Q2 is played. * If more than 16 players, normal qualification. [-Q1-] Mode : Time Attack Time : 15 minutes Map : 1 ; Randomized 16 best times are qualified into Q2.

6 1.3 Registration Rules 1. All Players must be 16 years of age or older. A parental consent will be necessary for all players that are not at least 18 years old. 2. A player can only participate in one qualifier using his ID to validate his participation, if a player has two nationalities, he must play for the country where he lives. If a player doesn t live in one of those two countries, it s up to tournament officials to decide his qualification location. 3. All participants must be on the Trackmania Grand League official Discord.* 4. Registrations will be open between Friday,January 11th 6PM and Friday,January 18th 8PM.

7 2.0 Trackmania Grand League - Championship 2.1 Schedule Default time : 8PM CET. Step 1 : February, Sunday 3rd. Step 2 : February, Sunday 10th. Step 3 : February, Sunday 17th. Step 4 : March, Sunday 3rd. Step 5 : March, Sunday 17th. Step 6 : March, Sunday 31st. Step 7 : April, Sunday 14th. Step 8 : April, Sunday 28th. Step 9 : May, Sunday 5th. Step 10 : May, Sunday 12th.

8 2.2 Format Trackmania Grand League will be composed of 10 steps taking place each 2 weeks on Sunday night. Each step will allow players to gain points defined by the rules which will impact their overall standings all over the championship. Best 8 players will access to playoffs What is a step? A step is based on 5 races played on 5 different tracks in Lap mode. Players will have to drive a certain amount of laps on those tracks. A track will last around 10 minutes. All Players will start the race at the same time. Every single step will be played under the Champions mode.

9 2.2.2 Champions mode Mode : Lap Number of track : 5 Number of laps : Depending on the track. Warm-up : 5 minutes before each race. At the end of the race, depending on their positions, players will win a certain amount of points defined right below : [1] 20 [2] 12 [3] 10 [4] 8 [5] 7 [6] 6 [7] 5 [8] 4 [9] 3 [10] 3 [11] 2 [12] 2 [13] 1 [14] 1 [15] 1 [16] 1 Players that are between the 9th and 16th place will lose all their points won on previous races, but they will still gain points on the current track.

10 Example : softyb - Step 1 Track 1 : 12th => + 2 points => 2 points Track 2 : 3rd => + 10 points => 12 points Track 3 : 2nd => + 12 points => 24 points Track 4 : 15th => - 24 points + 1 point => 1 point Track 5 : 9th => - 1 point + 3 points => 3 points At the end of the step, a step standing is generated based on players results. Players will add to their overall standing of the competition the number of points they won at each step. The worst step result will be removed from each player, allowing them to not attend to one step. Number of points added to softyb on the overall leaderboard for his Step 1 performance : Playoffs To be announced, later in Rules 4.1 In-Game Rules Servers Tournament referees will specify every single time on which server a match is being played. Only matches played on official TMGL servers will be counted Accounts & Whitelist Every server will have it s own whitelist based on logins provided by concerned players. Using any other account is totally forbidden. Playing a qualification for someone else is forbidden and will result into a life ban from any official Ubisoft Nadeo tournament. Tournament referees are allowed to check any player IP at any time or ask for any viable proof to a player.

11 4.1.3 Spectator Rules Only tournament referees and designated streamers are allowed to be on the server Game Start Players will have to be at least 10 minutes before the start of a match on the server, no delay will be given to any player. If a player joins once a track started, he will be considered as 16th and will be allowed to play the rest of the step without any penalties. Joining late on more than 3 steps will result into a 20 point penalty on the overall standing Discord Every single player of the league must be on Trackmania Grand League official Discord during the whole step in their national respective channel. Using a caller is strictly forbidden. Tournament officials may ask a player to do an interview before/after a step with their national streamers Chat Restrictions Only tournament referees are allowed to use game chat during races. No player have the right to talk during a track. Only game-related chat is allowed between the tracks. Any inappropriate message which could be considered as an insult may be given a warning or may be subject to forfeit the step Game crash or disconnections If the game server crashes, the race will be replayed from scratch without any advantages. If a player game crashes or disconnect of a race, the race will not be restarted. Concerned player will be considered as 16th Cuts Any use of a shortcut or different way than the one suggested by the track will result into a disqualification, or point penalty. Intentional cuts will be defined.

12 4.2 General Rules Cash Prize and Payments At the end of each step, players will be awarded as follow: 1st on first map: 100 euros 1st on second map: 100 euros 1st on third map: 100 euros 1st on fourth map: 100 euros 1st on fifth map: 100 euros At the end of the League, after the Playoffs, players will be awarded as follow: 1st: 3000 euros 2nd: 2000 euros 3rd: 1500 euros 4th: 900 euros 5th: 800 euros 6th: 700 euros 7th: 600 euros 8th: 500 euros All payment arrangements will be made between each player and ZQSD Productions. Prize money will be paid within 90 days of the finals. Before the start of the competition, players must clarify with relevant tournament officials whether their payments are going to their organization or directly to the players Dispute In order to dispute race results, players must notify the referee that they would like to protest the game before a new race has begun. In order to dispute step results, players must notify their referee that they would like to protest the step before the race results have been submitted.

13 4.2.3 Nicknames/Skins & Logo In Game player names must be completely clear, emojis/special characters are not allowed. In-Game Player names, Player avatars, Player skin and Team names must be pre-approved by TMGL Staff. Using nationality flag as in game logo is mandatory. Any avatars/skins that could be considered as pornographic/insults are totally forbidden Age All players must be 16 years of age or older Match fixing Match fixing is defined as an attempting to arrange or influence, in advance, the outcome of a match, or events within the match. Participants, directly or indirectly, are not allowed to accept from, or offer to, any person or entity (whether they are participants or otherwise). If a race reveal to be arranged, players which are involved in it can be entirely ban from the competition and the future Trackmania events Cheats / Glitches Any form of cheating is strictly forbidden and may lead to immediate disqualification and previous matches may also be reviewed Change of rules Finality of all decisions regarding the interpretation of these rules, lie solely with the Trackmania Grand League Admins, the decisions of which are final. Any decisions relating to these rules and/or the tournament cannot be appealed. These rules may be amended, modified or supplemented by tournament officials, from time to time, in order to ensure fair play and the integrity of Trackmania Grand League. TMGL management has the final ruling on all tournament matters.

14 4.3 Behaviour Rules Behaviour All participants of the Trackmania Grand League are expected to behave in an appropriate and respectful manner towards other participants, spectators and the admins. Players and Team representatives will act professionally at all times and may not curse, taunt or use vulgar or inappropriate language Verbal Abuse Players and Team representatives may not verbally abuse a Tournament official. Verbal abuse of a Tournament official includes, but is not limited to, the use of vulgar language directed at a Tournament official, the use of insulting words directed at a Tournament official, and excessive argument with a Tournament official that results in the delay of a match Match fixing Players are expected to put forth their best effort in all Steps and Races. Players may not intentionally forfeit a game or conspire to manipulate rankings or brackets Respect Players, coaches and Team representatives are expected to treat all members of Trackmania Grand League staff, and sponsors, with respect Tournament officials Tournament officials refers to the following: Omar softyb Benabdallah and all Nadeo directors or Trackmania Grand League Referees and Administrators.

17 1.2 Format Qualifications : Les qualifications sont regroupées en 2 étapes : Q1 - Q2 * Si il y a moins de 16 joueurs, seulement la Q2 sera joué * Si il y a plus de 16 joueurs, les qualifications se passent normalement [-Q1-] Mode : Contre-la-montre Temps : 15 minutes Map : 1 ; Aléatoire Les 16 meilleurs temps se qualifient pour la Q2.

18 [-Q2-] Mode : Tour par tour (LAP) Temps : 15 minutes / course Courses : 3 Temps de course après l arrivée du 1er : 2 minutes. entraînement entre les courses : 5 minutes. 19 1.3 Règles d inscriptions 1. Tous les joueurs doivent être âgé de 16 ans minimum. Une autorisation parentale est nécessaire pour tout joueur non majeur. 2. Un joueur ne peut participer que dans un seul slot de qualification. Si un joueur a deux nationalités, il doit jouer pour le pays où il réside. Si un joueur ne vit dans aucun des deux pays, le choix de la région sera décidé par les personnes compétentes. Une pièce d identité sera demandée pour valider l inscription. 3. Tout joueur doit être sur le discord officiel de la Trackmania Grand League. 4. Les inscriptions seront ouvertes du Vendredi 11 Janvier à 18h00 au Vendredi 18 Janvier 20h00.

Etape 1 : Dimanche 3 Février Etape 2 : Dimanche 10 Février Etape 3 : Dimanche 17 Février Etape 4 : Dimanche 3 Mars Etape 5 : Dimanche 17 Mars Etape 6 : Dimanche 31 Mars Etape 7 : Dimanche 14 Avril Etape 8 : Dimanche 28 Avril Etape 9 : Dimanche 5 Mai Etape 10 : Dimanche 12 Mai

21 2.2 Format La Trackmania Grand League sera composée de 10 étapes qui auront lieu toutes les 2 semaines le Dimanche soir. Chaque étape permettra au joueur de gagner des points définis par les règles et qui impacteront leur classement général durant tout le championnat. Les 8 meilleurs joueurs accéderont aux playoffs Comment se passe une étape? Une étape est composé de 5 courses joués sur 5 circuits différents en mode tour par tour (Lap). Les joueurs devront rouler un certain nombre de tour sur chacun de ces circuits. La durée d un circuit est établi à 10 minutes. Tous les joueurs commencent la course en même temps. Toutes les étapes seront joués sous le mode Champions.

22 2.2.2 Mode Champions Mode : Tour par tour (Lap) Nombre de circuit : 5 Nombre de tours : Dépend du circuit. Echauffement : 5 minutes avant chaque course. A la fin de chaque circuit, dépendant de la position du joueur, chaque joueur gagnera un nombre de points définis ci-dessous : [1] 20 [2] 12 [3] 10 [4] 8 [5] 7 [6] 6 [7] 5 [8] 4 [9] 3 [10] 3 [11] 2 [12] 2 [13] 1 [14] 1 [15] 1 [16] 1 Les joueurs placés entre la 9ème et 16ème place perdront tous les points engrangés lors des courses précédentes, mais gagneront le nombre de points marqués sur le circuit en cours.

23 Exemple : softyb - Etape 1 Circuit 1 : 12eme => + 2 points => 2 points Circuit 2 : 3eme => + 10 points => 12 points Circuit 3 : 2eme => + 12 points => 24 points Circuit 4 : 15eme => - 24 points + 1 point => 1 point Circuit 5 : 9eme => - 1 point + 3 points => 3 points A la fin d une étape, un classement de l étape est établi basé sur les performances des 16 joueurs. Chaque joueur ajoute à son classement général le nombre de points gagnés à chaque étapes. Le moins bon résultat sera retiré à chaque joueur, leurs permettant d être absent à l une des étapes. Nombre de points gagnés par softyb pour son classement général à la fin de l étape 1 = Playoffs Annoncés plus tard en Règles générales 4.1 Règles en jeu Serveurs Les arbitres de la compétition spécifieront à chaque fois sur quel serveur de jeu les matchs seront joués. Seuls les matchs joués sur des serveurs officiels de la TMCL seront pris en compte Identifiants et listes blanches Chaque serveur aura sa liste blanche basée sur les identifiants donnés par les joueurs. Utiliser un autre identifiant est interdit. Jouer des qualifications pour le compte d un autre joueur est aussi interdit et entraînera un bannissement définitif des tournois officiels de Ubisoft Nadeo. Les arbitres de la compétition sont autorisés à tout moment, à vérifier les adresses IP des joueurs et à leur demander des preuves valables.

24 4.1.3 Spectateurs sur le serveur Seuls les arbitres de la compétition et les streamers désignés sont autorisés à se connecter sur le serveur de jeu Démarrage du match Les joueurs devront être présents sur le serveur 10 minutes avant le démarrage du match. Aucun retard ne sera accepté. Si un joueur rejoint un match après le départ de la première course, il sera considéré comme 16ème sur la première course et sera autorisé à jouer les 4 courses suivantes sans pénalité. Arriver en retard sur plus de trois étapes entraînera une pénalité de 20 points sur le classement général Discord Tous les joueurs du championnat doivent être connectés sur le discord de la Trackmania Grand League pendant toute la durée de l étape sur leur channel respectif national. Utiliser un co-pilote est interdit. Les administrateurs de la compétition sont susceptibles de demander aux joueurs de répondre à des interviews avant ou après une étape avec des streamers nationaux Restriction sur le chat Seuls les arbitres de la compétition sont autorisés à utiliser le chat pendant les courses. Aucun joueur n est autorisé à parler sur une course pendant la compétition. Les joueurs sont autorisés à discuter seulement entre les courses. Tout message inapproprié qui pourrait être considéré comme une insulte pourrait entraîner un avertissement ou une disqualification de l étape En cas de fermeture inopinée du jeu ou de déconnexion Si le serveur de jeu rencontre un problème, la course sera rejouée depuis le début sans aucun avantage pour aucun joueur. Si un joueur a son jeu qui se ferme inopinément ou se déconnecte d une course, la course ne sera pas recommencée. Le joueur sera alors considéré comme 16ème Raccourcis Toute utilisation d un raccourci ou d un autre chemin que celui suggéré par le circuit entraînera une disqualification ou des points de pénalité. Les raccourcis intentionnels seront indiqués au préalable.

25 4.2 Règlement général Récompenses et Paiements A la fin de chaque étape, les joueurs seront récompensés comme ceci : 1st sur le premier circuit: 100 euros 1st sur deuxième circuit: 100 euros 1st sur troisième circuit: 100 euros 1st sur quatrième circuit: 100 euros 1st sur cinquième circuit: 100 euros A la fin de la Trackmania Grand League, après les playoffs, les joueurs seront récompensés comme ceci : 1er: 3000 euros 2ème: 2000 euros 3ème: 1500 euros 4ème: 900 euros 5ème: 800 euros 6ème: 700 euros 7ème: 600 euros 8ème: 500 euros Protestation Si un joueur n est pas d accord avec les résultats d une course, il doit notifier sa protestation aux arbitres avant qu une nouvelle course commence. Si un joueur n est pas d accord avec les résultats d une étape, il doit notifier sa protestation avant la publication des résultats de l étape Pseudo, skin de voiture et logo Les noms des joueurs dans le jeu doivent être lisibles. Les emojis et caractères spéciaux sont interdits. Les noms, skins et avatars des joueurs ainsi que les nom des équipes seront validés par les administrateurs de la compétition. Il est obligatoire d afficher le drapeau de sa nationalité en tant que logo dans le jeu. Toutes les skins et les avatars considérés comme pornographiques ou insultants seront refusés.

26 4.2.4 Age Tous les joueurs doivent avoir 16 ans minimum Course truquée Une course est considérée comme truquée quand les résultats de la course sont arrangés ou influencés en avance ou quand des événements sont orchestrés pendant la course. Les participants, directement ou indirectement, ne sont pas autorisés à accepter ou à offrir des matchs truqués de et à qui que ce soit. Les joueurs impliqués dans une course truquée seront bannis définitivement de la compétition et des futures événements Trackmania Triches / failles Toute forme de triche ou d exploitation de faille est formellement interdite et peut entraîner une disqualification immédiate et une révision des courses précédentes Changement du règlement Seuls les administrateur de la compétition sont autorisés à interpréter le règlement et à prendre les décisions finales. Aucune décision relative au règlement ne peut être contredite. Ces règles peuvent être modifiées ou ajoutées par les administrateurs de la compétition, de manière à assurer le fair play et l intégrité de la compétition. Les administrateurs ont le jugement final au sujet de tout sujet lié à la compétition.

27 4.3 Règles de comportement Comportement Il est demandé à tous les participants de la compétition de se comporter de manière respectueuse envers les autres participants, les spectateurs et les administrateurs. Les joueurs et les représentants des équipes doivent à tout moment agir de manière professionnelle et sans jamais insulter, injurier, jurer, ou utiliser un langage inapproprié Abus verbal Les joueurs et les représentants des équipes ne doivent pas abuser verbalement un des administrateurs ou arbitres de la compétition. L abus verbal à l attention d un administrateur de la compétition inclut, mais n est pas limité à, l utilisation d un langage vulgaire ou de mots insultants, et l excès d argumentation provoquant un retard dans la compétition Trucage Les joueurs doivent faire leurs meilleurs efforts pour la réussite de leurs courses et des étapes. Les joueurs ne doivent pas intentionnellement abandonner une course, déclarer forfait ou conspirer pour manipuler les résultats et brackets Respect Les joueurs, coaches, et représentants des équipes doivent traiter les administrateurs et sponsors de la compétition avec respect Administrateur de la compétition Les administrateurs de la compétition sont : Omar softyb Benabdallah, le staff de Nadeo, les arbitres de la compétition.
