All access and unit information is sent to you via 2 days prior to your arrival. Since our buildings are unstaffed, it is critical that you receive and read all communication from us in order to

3 access your unit. Because our buildings do not have a front desk we use codes, not keys, to give our guests access to buildings and units. If you don t receive the from us with access information 2 days prior to arrival, please contact us immediately. The that contains your codes is titled: Important Check-In Information for your Booking (PLEASE READ): Pre-Stay Information for your Booking on Coming from Logan Airport We recommend taking a cab from the Airport to get to the unit. The entire trip is about 15 minutes and will cost around $30 with all tolls and airport fees included. You can also pick up the shuttle from the airport at Terminal E, getting off at the MBTA Airport Station. From here you will board the Blue Line toward Bowdoin, getting off at the State Street stop. From State Street, board the Orange Line toward Forest Hills, getting off at the Massachusetts Ave. stop. After getting of the train at Massachusetts Ave, walk South for about 5 mins, then turn right on Tremont Street. When walking West on Tremont St. Coming from South Station

4 If you arrived by train at South Station, we recommend taking a cab. The entire trip by car is about 10 minutes. You can also connect to the Orange Line train by walking to Downtown Crossing and riding it to the Massachusetts Ave. stop. After getting of the train at Massachusetts Ave, walk South for about 5 mins, then turn right on Tremont Street. The building will be on your left across from the Ell-Bern gas station. Your unit is equipped with a digital antenna. To switch between usual TV channels, use the TV remote. If TV is not displaying, press Input on the TV remote and scroll to find the correct input. Your unit is also equipped with Roku which allows to you to watch Netflix, Amazon, Hulu etc. Press Input on the TV remote and scroll to find Roku (likely HDMI1). Use the Roku remote to select an app i.e. Netflix and follow the instructions to login using your own account. Or scroll down to the movie and TV stores and streaming channels. Please be sure to log out of any apps before checking out. Most of our TV s are equipped with HDMI ports, allowing you to connect a computer for viewing your media on a larger screen. We recommend bringing and HDMI cable if you have one.

5 Wireless Internet: Networks: 237 Northampton St Password: local237 Check-in/Check-out Check-in is at 4 PM / Check-out is at 11 AM ***Cleaners begin promptly at 11AM*** Trash/Rubbish Policy If your trash gets full prior to check-out, we have provided two options: 1) There are trashcans in the Tremont Street Alley (in the alley between 784 Tremont and 782 Tremont Code is ) 2) Trash can be taken to the street Monday and Thursday Evenings after 5 PM for following morning pick ups. Kindly put your sealed bag of trash in one of our trash and or on the street. We ll take care of any normal trash in the unit upon checkout.

6 Laundry There is a washer and dryer in the unit. Keys / Access The building is equipped with keyless locks, which require a code to open. Codes have been provided to you by phone, text or . If you ve lost or forgotten your codes, please call or the Landlord. We will respond as quickly as possible to get you back in your unit. (Beehive has become a South End institution and Darryl s is a newer alternative) Trendy: Liberty Hotel (Beacon Hill) and Ames Hotel (Downtown) Cambridge, Beacon Hill, South End, North End, Waterfront all have great restaurants do some research online! You should definitely hit up the North End for Italian food before your departure

There are bus stops and subway stops within walking distance.

And Tremont All public transit info here: The city of Boston started The Hubway program; which allows you to rent bikes at various locations in the City and return them in any other location. For example, you can rent a bike in Back Bay, ride it to the North End, and either leave it at another Hubway, or ride it back to the Back Bay. Great program! 11 RUN The Charles River is one of the easiest and most picturesque places to run. It s 1.1 miles straight up Massachusetts Avenue from the building. Go out the door and go left to Mass Ave. Take a right on Mass. Ave and you will run in to the Charles River. There are various loops around the river for a range of distances. You can do a 3 mile loop or as long as 17 mile loop. Here is a map of the bridges and the mileages: KAYAK You can rent kayaks on the Charles River. Best to take a cab or drive to this location. You could also run there! There are multiple locations Kendall Square is probably the closest to you. Here s the link:

12 Boston is filled with history and scenery. Check out some of these places if you have time. The Charles River and The Esplanade The Freedom Trail Paul Revere s House and the Old North Church Boston Massacre Site The North End Copley Square Boston Public Library The Boston Common and Public Gardens Fenway Park Harvard Square Quincy Market / Faneuil Hall Boston Aquarium The Science Museum By far the best way to see Boston in the least amount of time. You can check off a lot of the sites above in just over an hour. Highly recommended if you have never done one. You can board a duck right outside the Prudential Center on Huntington, but you have to make a reservation.
