2 Accessing Your Unit Check-in/Check-out Check-in is at 4 PM / Check-out is at 11 AM ***Cleaners begin promptly at 11AM*** How Do I Get In? All access and unit information is sent to you via 2 days prior to your arrival. Since our buildings are unstaffed, it is critical that you receive and read all communication from us in order to access your unit. If you don t receive the from us with access information 2 days prior to arrival, please contact us immediately. The that contains your codes is titled: Important Check-In Information for your Booking (PLEASE READ): Pre-Stay Information for your Booking on Coming from Logan Airport Talking a cab from the Airport to get to the building (it s a bit expensive). The entire trip is about 20 minutes but it will cost around $30 with all tolls and airport fees included. You can also pick up the shuttle from the airport at Terminal E, getting off at the MBTA Airport Station. From here you will board the Silver Line (SL1) bus toward South Station, getting off at South Station. Once at South Station, walk north toward Atlantic Ave., turn left onto Summer St., take left onto Washington St., and then right onto Temple Place.

3 Coming from South Station If you arrived by train at South Station, walk north toward Atlantic Ave., turn left onto Summer St., take left onto Washington St., and then right onto Temple Place. Cable, TV & Internet There is an HD Smart TV equipped with basic cable in your unit. We recommend bringing an HDMI cable with you so you can watch whatever you want on your TV. Wireless Internet: All guests have access to free WiFi in their unit. All of the networks function using the same password. Each unit has its own router. If there s a prolonged service interruption, you can try unplugging the power and then plugging back in. A Few Housekeeping Items Receiving Mail/Packages All guests are welcome to ship packages to the building. That being said, we don t assign mail boxes and won t be held responsible for packages that are left outside, lost or damaged. We recommend that all guests who would like to receive mail rent a PO Box at one of the nearby post offices. The closest one to your building is the US Post office located at 31 Milk St. Trash/Recycling

4 If your trash and/or recycling is full prior to checkout there are two options: 1) There are trash and recycling bins located on each floor of the building near the laundry machines. Please dispose of any trash in the proper receptacle and we ll take care of the rest. 2) There is also curbside trash and recycling pick-up every Monday and Friday in the front of the building. Sealed bags of trash (no larger than 32 gallons) and separate sorted recycling may be brought to the street any time before 9 am on the day morning of collection. We ll take care of any normal trash in the unit upon check-out. You can also place any small amounts of trash and recycling in any of the bins located in common areas. Heating and Cooling Heating and cooling are controlled via a shared thermostat on the wall in the hallway, between unit 502 and 503. Please ask management if you would like to raise or lower the temperature. Locking Your Door Whenever you are leaving the unit, test the handle to make sure that it locks behind you. Laundry PLEASE DO NOT USE BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 11AM - 4PM Coin operated laundry facilities are located on each floor of the building and

5 guests must provide their own laundry detergent and dryer sheets. Please use only high efficiency detergents in our machines. Storing Your Bags before Checking In If you arrive before your scheduled check-in at 4pm, you are more than welcome to leave your bags in the laundry room on your floor or outside your door. That being said, feel free to call us on the day of your arrival to see if an early check-in is possible. Parking & Renting a Car There is parking at the PILGRIM Lafayette Garage, located only a few minutes away at 1 Avenue De Lafayette # 1. 9 Park Street (Red/ Green Lines) - Directly across the street On Tremont St. This line runs all the way across the Charles River to Cambridge. This is the line to use if going to Harvard or MIT. Downtown Crossing (Red/Orange Lines) Less than a 5 min walk away. Corner of Summer St and Washington St.. Bus Stops The Silver Line Bus goes to Dudley Station. It picks up right outside the building. All public transit info here: Nearby Hospitals and Treatment Centers Boston Medical Center (840 Harrison Ave. ) About 16 mins by bus or by cab. If traveling by bus, get on the Silver Line bus right outside the building and ride toward Dudley Station. Get off at Washington St. at Worcester Sq. and then walk 4 mins down East Springfield St. Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) (Yawkey Building #9, 55 Fruit Street Boston, MA 02114) It is about a 17 min walk via the Freedom Trail. 10 minutes by cab/15 minutes by train. If going by train, board the Red Line train at the Park St stop and ride it toward Alewife, getting off at MGH station. It s about a 7 minute walk from there heading North on Charles St. Tufts Medical Center (800 Washington St. Boston, MA 02111) Less than 10 minutes by foot. If traveling by bus, board the Silver Line bus outside the building toward Dudley Station. Get off at the Tufts Medical center stop. Dana Farber Cancer Institute (450 Brookline Ave. Boston, MA 02215) - 30 mins by train/30 mins by cab. If traveling by train, board the Green Line at the Park St stop toward Riverside, getting off at Longwood Medical. From there,

If traveling by train, board the Green Line at the Park St stop toward Heath St, getting off at Longwood Medical. From there, the walk is about 3 minutes to Francis St. Rental Bikes Hubway The city of Boston started The Hubway program; which allows you to rent bikes at various locations in the City and return them in any other location. For example, you can rent a bike in Downtown Boston, ride it to the North End, and either leave it at another Hubway, or ride it back to Downtown. Great program! 11 One of the best parts about being in Downtown Boston is that you have easy access to the Boston Commons and the Public Garden, Beacon Hill and the Freedom Trail. The Charles River is one of the easiest and most picturesque places to run. It s 2.6 miles from the property. You can walk 15 min to Cambridge St or take the red line from Park St to Charles/MGH. Go left onto Cambridge Street. Follow the foot bridge over Storrow Drive and you will run in to the Charles River. There are various loops around the river for a range of distances. You can do a 3 mile loop or as long as 17 mile loop. 13 Duck Tours By far the best way to see Boston in the least amount of time. You can check off a lot of the sites above in just over an hour. Highly recommended if you have never done one.
