We will be attending the Dynamic Championship Wrestling at the Miami County Fairgrounds on Saturday March 5 th. The DCW is like the WWE, but local and a smaller brand of wrestling. Eldora Speedway! Join us at the World s Greatest Dirt Track in Rossburg, Ohio on Saturday, April 23 rd. It will be a special evening featuring the DIRTcar Modified s, Eldora Stock Cars and the return of Vore's Compacts! Ohio Caverns! A visit to Ohio Caverns in West Liberty, Ohio will take place on Saturday April 30 th. We will be catching the last day of the winter tour. This tour includes highlights of the Natural Wonder Tour and Historic Tour, plus a section that is not toured during the summer session. We will receive a blend of historical and geological information on this tour. Spring Fling Dance! Come enjoy DJ Jazzy Jason McCabe and Amy Shanksta Shank as they get down to country music and a mix of modern day hits. The Spring Fling will be on day, March 25 th from 6:00pm-9:00pm at Riverside. Please bring a 2 liter or bag of chips to share. Reminder: Stephanie Clingan s office hours are day-day from 7:30am-4:00pm. 2 Special Olympics News Future Opportunities Basketball Basketball has been a great success. All four teams have improved greatly this year. The participation has also increased significantly. We will be finishing out the season with Spirit Night on March 8 th at 6:00pm and the Knight s of Columbus Skills Basketball Tournament on March 13 th from 1:00pm-4:00pm. Everyone is welcome to participate in the skills tournament. Please make sure to sign up by calling Stephanie at (937) Soccer Soccer starts April 11 th and will run through June 30 th. Soccer practices are on day nights from 5:00pm-6:00pm behind Riverside gymnasium. If there is inclement weather we will be practicing in the gym. Soccer games will be held at Duke Park. If you are interested in playing Soccer, please call Stephanie at (937) Modified & Volleyball starts on April 12 th and will run through June 30 th. Modified Volleyball practice will be from 5:00pm-6:15pm on Tuesday and rsdays at Riverside. practice will be from 6:15pm-7:30pm on Tuesday and rsdays at Riverside. Please see the Special Olympics calendar for the practice schedule.
