2 DALLAS STARS TOURNAMENT SERIES 2018 Bring Yur Best 4-On-4 Turnament July 27 th thrugh 29th, 2018 USA HOCKEY SANCTION # PENDING Divisins: Adult, Cllege, Junir, High Schl, Wmen, Bys (10U-18U), Girls (10U-16U) Levels: Adult (Elite, Intermediate, Nvice) Yuth (AA, A, & B Travel/Select, A & B Huse Divisins) The Dallas Stars Turnament Series is gverned by the rules f USA Hckey, and it is the respnsibility f each player, cach and team t be familiar with these rules. In additin, there are specific prcedures and plicies that apply t the Dallas Stars Turnament Series. Please review and be familiar with these as well. All turnament games are played accrding t the rules f USA Hckey, except where nted. LEVEL INFORMATION ADULT (Players must be 18 years f age as f the start f the turnament) Elite: Team is cmprised primarily f advanced t elite level players. These players may have prfessinal (any level, including Eurpe), NCAA Divisin I and III Cllege, Majr Jr., and Junir A r advanced, tp amateur level players wh may have Junir A, B, C, Nn-Varsity Cllege (ACHA), Midget majr, Prep r Varsity High Schl playing experience. Team is cmparable t traditinal high A level adult huse league teams. Intermediate: Team is cmprised primarily f advanced level players wh may have Junir A, B, C, Nn-Varsity Cllege (ACHA), Midget majr, Prep r Varsity High Schl playing experience. Teams may be cmparable t traditinal high B r lw A level adult huse league teams. **Players with any prfessinal hckey experience will nt be permitted t play Silver r belw** but are typically lder. Nvice: Team is cmprised f players with nvice hckey skills. Althugh sme players may have 5+ years f playing experience (either as an adult r a yuth), this experience is nt t have exceeded the adult nvice, r beginner yuth levels. These teams may be cmparable t traditinal lw C r D level adult huse league teams. **Players with any high schl experience r abve will nt be permitted t play Nvice** An adult team may be required t mve up a level if they are deemed t skilled by the Turnament Staff. The guidelines abve will assist in determining if a team/player is t skilled fr a particular level and are by n means a definitive criteria fr play. Adult Players may nt play in 3 different skill levels, nr may they play in a skill level that is mre than ne level up OR dwn. Even thugh the skill level f the participating players may differ frm divisin t divisin, the Turnament Staff will treat all leagues as equal. Adult players can nly be rstered n 1 team and will NOT be allwed t play fr multiple teams, regardless f what divisin the teams are in. All decisins regarding team/player eligibility made by the Turnament Staff will be final. YOUTH 10U-18U: Travel/Select (AAA/AA/A/B), Yuth Huse League, High Schl Yuth players/teams must play in the age grup/age classificatin as they will play in the fall (start f seasn). Yuth players can nly be rstered n 1 team and will NOT be allwed t play fr multiple teams, regardless f what divisin the teams are in. All decisins regarding team/player eligibility made by the Turnament Staff will be final. NOTE: Bdy checking is nt permitted in all levels f this turnament.

3 PROCEDURES 1. Teams must submit their Official Team Rster using the frm/link prvided prir t the start f the turnament which includes Team Name, Player First Name, Player Last Name, Player USAH Registratin Number, Player Birth Date, Player Number and Player Psitin by the requested deadline. All players must have valid/current USAH Registratin number. 2. Players can nly be rstered n ne (1) team and will NOT be allwed t play fr multiple teams, regardless f what divisin the teams are in. 3. Please nte that NO players can be added t the rster at game time. Teams must submit their final rsters by the requested deadline and n later than 72 hurs prir t the start f the turnament. Rsters submitted fr Hckey Shift must match the team s Official Team Rster. 4. Yuth teams shuld have the fllwing dcuments and/r infrmatin available during all turnament games: a. Official Team Rster (must include current USA Hckey registratin number fr all players and caches) b. All caches must have a current/valid USA Hckey registratin cnfirmatin number, be USAH SafeSprt certified, and be certified at the level f play that they are caching and listed n the Official Team Rster. Only rstered caches are eligible t be n the players bench during the games. c. Canadian teams need t prvide certified team registratin frm their gverning Canadian bdy (Hckey Canada certified player rster). d. Travel permits are required and will be verified fr ALL Canadian teams. 5. Adult teams check-in Prcedures: a. Every adult player participating in the turnament is required t check in befre each game. Players will check in at the Frnt Desk/Infrmatin Desk f the StarCenter where their game is being held. Players will be required t shw a Pht ID t the Desk Manager; a Driver s License will be sufficient. Once checked in, the Player will initial the scre sheet next t his/her name. b. Screkeepers will be given the scresheet nce warm-ups begin. Anyne wh has nt initialed the sheet will be cnsidered absent fr the game. If an individual arrives late due t traffic, weather r ther inclement incident, he/she will be permitted t jin his/her team after the game has started when the fllwing takes place: i. Player shws Pht ID t the screkeeper, ii. Screkeeper verifies that he/she is a member f ne f the Teams playing, iii. Player initials scre sheet, validating attendance fr that game. 6. All team representatives are respnsible fr checking the rink frnt desk fr any schedule changes, suspensins and ther imprtant infrmatin. All schedules, scres and standings will be updated via Hckey Shift ( thrughut the turnament weekend. This nline scring system cntains game schedules and up t date placements fr finals. NOTE: Bracket bards will nt be psted at the rink and yu will need t mnitr Hckey Shift fr updates n the Finals. 7. Dallas Stars Turnament Series Directr, Venue Crdinatr, General Manager and/r rink staff n duty will be available at each facility t answer questins regarding scheduling, turnament events, directins and ther matters pertinent t the turnament peratin. Hwever, as stated, each team is respnsible fr ensuring pertinent infrmatin is cmmunicated t all team members n a daily basis. 8. The Dallas Stars Turnament Series Directr will als be available t answer any questins regarding specific hckey issues. He is respnsible fr all inquiries r disputes regarding applicatin f rules, interpretatin f rules, player eligibility, disciplinary actin and any ther prcedural disputes. The Turnament Directr will nt verturn any dispute cncerning rules and / r the judgment applied by n-ice fficials. All decisins f the Dallas Stars Turnament Directr are final.

4 GAME RULES AND REGULATIONS Specific Dallas Stars Turnament Rules and Regulatins are utlined belw. If a situatin arises that is nt cvered by these Turnament Rules, then USA Hckey Rules and Regulatins apply. All decisins f the Dallas Stars Turnament Series Directr are final. 1. Lcker Rms: All teams must use assigned lcker rms psted at the frnt desk; n the rink TV mnitrs r at ther lcatins thrughut the rink. It is highly recmmended that the team lck the dr t the lcker rm while their team is playing. The Dallas Stars will nt be held respnsible fr any items lst r stlen during the turnament. Lcker rm keys are available frm, and must be returned t, the rink staff at the frnt desk. Lcker rms must be vacated and cleaned, within thirty minutes frm the time a game ends. Keys may be picked up frty-five (45) minutes prir t yur game time. Each team needs t ensure that lcker rm is clean (n remaining trash/tape/fd/drink) prir t vacating it. Team representatives are respnsible fr all damage dne t the lcker rm r the facility. a. Mnitring: It is the plicy f USA Hckey that all teams have at least ne respnsible adult (head/assistant cach r ther apprved team persnnel) directly mnitring the lcker rm during all turnament events t ensure that nly participants (caches and players), and ther apprved team persnnel are permitted in the lcker rm t supervise the cnduct in and arund the lcker rms at all times while participants are present and als make sure the lcker rm is apprpriately secured during times when minr participants are n the ice. All respnsible adults serving as lcker rm mnitrs shuld be gender crrect and the c-ed lcker rm plicy must be fllwed. Mnitrs must be screened per USA Hckey screening standards and USA Hckey SafeSprt certified. Unapprved, nn-team persnnel, including parents and family members are discuraged frm entering lcker rms unless it is truly necessary. b. Cell Phnes & Other Mbile Recrding Devices: Per USA Hckey plicy, cell phnes and ther mbile devices with recrding capabilities, including vice recrding, still cameras and vide cameras, are nt permitted t be used in the lcker rms. If phnes r ther mbile devices must be used, they shuld be taken utside f the lcker rm. 2. Rsters: Teams may have a rster f n less than 9 players and up t 13 players. Only players (including galkeepers) listed n the fficial Dallas Stars Turnaments team rster may play in turnament games. A player s name may nly appear n ne (1) rster fr the Turnament. Any team using a player nt prperly listed n the team rster r listed n mre than ne (1) rster will frfeit (1-0) any and all affected games. Any team using a player suspended fr any reasn will frfeit that game (1-0) and the suspended player will be ejected fr the remainder f the turnament. Suspended players may attend turnament games but are nt allwed n the player bench area. Game suspensins (prir t the turnament) carry ver and still apply t the turnament games. 3. Game/Scre Sheet: Caches r Managers must check in befre each game at the desk and mark any scratches frm a game (player nt dressing) that must be reprted t the screkeeper prir t the start f the game. A cpy f the scre sheet may be btained frm the turnament website after the game cncludes. D nt wait n the ice surface, r in/arund the player s bench, penalty bx r screkeeping area fr the scre sheet. N hard cpy game sheets will be handed ut. Each team representative is respnsible fr checking the accuracy f the scre sheet. Reprt all discrepancies t the Turnament Series Directr (turnaments@dallasstars.cm) prir t the start f the next scheduled game. The Turnament Series Directr will nt verturn any dispute cncerning rules and / r the judgment applied by n-ice fficials. 4. Unifrms: Hme and Visiting teams are indicated n the turnament schedule. Each team must have a hme set and an away set f jerseys t avid cnflict f team clrs. Hme teams shall wear light clred jerseys and matching scks. Visitrs will wear dark clred jerseys and matching scks. Teams may wear dark scks with light jerseys r vice-versa but bth scks must be the same. All jerseys must have a player number clearly displayed. Taped numbers r players withut numbers will nt be permitted t participate in the turnament games. Numbers wrn must crrespnd t the nes listed n the screkeeper s rster. 5. Prtective Equipment: The fllwing prtective equipment is required. a. USA Hckey Cmpliant Helmet: (HECC Certified) must be wrn at all times during warm-ups, games, handshake line and in the bench area. b. Skates c. Stick d. Glves e. Hckey Pants f. Elbw Pads g. Shin Pads h. Shulder Pads i. Full-Face Shield: All Yuth players, including galkeepers, are required t wear a full-face shield. *Highly recmmended fr Adult players. j. Visr: All Adult Traditinal D League and belw must wear a visr. Visr must be wrn prperly and belw yur sight line. k. Muth Guards: All Yuth players, including galkeepers, are required t wear a muth guard. *Highly recmmended fr Adult players. l. Neck Guards: Per USA Hckey Rules and Hckey Canada Rules Agreement, all Canadian players must wear certified thrat prtectrs.

5 6. Player s Bench: All team caches and/r fficial team representatives may ccupy the player s bench prir t the cmpletin f the ice resurfacing. ALL PLAYERS SHALL REMAIN OFF THE ICE SURFACE UNTIL THE ZAMBONI DOORS HAVE BEEN COMPLETELY CLOSED, NETS ARE IN PLACE AND ON-ICE OFFICIALS ARE PRESENT. Failure t d s may result in a minr penalty assessment. With the exceptin f the turnament finals, all players shall exit the ice surface immediately after the center ice handshakes. The nly team fficials allwed n the player s bench during a game are thse registered with USA Hckey with apprpriate Caching Certificates and listed n the team s Official Team Rster. All parents, visitrs and spectatrs are t remain away frm the player s bench and penalty bx areas. 7. Penalty / Bx Attendant: Each team is respnsible t prvide its wn penalty bx mnitr r attendant. Mnitrs are strictly there t assist the player and screkeeper with pening and clsing the dr. They are required t nt be an impact t the game, r becme verbally active with any game fficial. Penalty bx mnitrs may nt use phnes, cameras r any ther phtgraphic equipment r electrnic devices while in the penalty bx area. Any such activity will result in immediate remval frm the penalty bx area, and pssibly the rink fr the duratin f the turnament. All parents, visitrs and spectatrs are t remain away frm the player s bench and penalty bx areas. 8. USA Hckey Officials: All fficials that versee turnament games are certified by USA Hckey. 9. Penalties: Penalty times fr all divisins will be as fllws: a. Minr 1:30 minutes b. Majr 5:00 minutes c. Miscnduct 10:00 minutes *N Offside Penalties. *N Icing. *Penalties during running r stp time are f the same duratin. 10. Bdy Checking Rule: Bdy Checking is nt permitted during this turnament. All turnament games are nn-checking. The Turnament is nt taking bdy cntact ut f the game entirely, but merely lking t remve the predatry hit frm games. Any player cmmitting hit that is n an ppsing player, that is deemed t be predatry, will receive a duble minr (4 minute penalty) and is subject t supplementary discipline. The interpretatin f the call will be at the referee s discretin. 11. Miscnducts: Any fighting r match penalty will result in a turnament suspensin. Game miscnduct penalties will result in a minimum ne game suspensin. The Dallas Stars Turnament Series Directr s decisins are final. Any players required t serve a suspensin frm prir USA Hckey game must cmplete suspensin prir t playing first game, example: if a player incurred a suspensin in his last game prir t the turnament this suspensin must be served even if they must miss the first game f the turnament. 15 Team penalties in a game Rule 401B 1 game suspensin fr Cach - Suspensin is the next scheduled 1 game f that team currently appearing n the schedule at the time f the assessment. 2 Majr penalties in a game Rule 403B 2 game suspensin fr player - Suspensin is the next scheduled 2 games f that team currently appearing n the schedule at the time f the assessment. 5 penalties t the same player in a game Rule 401B 1 game suspensin fr player -Suspensin is the next scheduled 1 game f that team currently appearing n the schedule at the time f the assessment. Checking frm Behind + 2 Minute Minr + Miscnduct - Rule 2 minute minr + miscnduct - N suspensin; penalty 608A Checking frm Behind + 5 Minute Majr + Game Miscnduct Rule 608B r Match Penalty fr Intent t Injure Rule 608C/Rule 602A which results in a Match Penalty (See belw) Match Penalty Fighting Majr Rule 615A-F served in the bx, and can resume play. 1 Game Suspensin - Suspensin is the next scheduled 1 game f that team currently appearing n the schedule at the time f the assessment (Majr + GM) OR suspended frm all USA Hckey activities pending a hearing by the gverning bdy f that player. Suspended frm all USA Hckey activities pending hearing by the gverning bdy f the player; Requires a TAHA Hearing, r accrding t the lcal rules (fr nn-taha teams). Turnament suspensin 12. Game Time: All teams must be ready t begin play fifteen (15) minutes prir t the scheduled start time f each game, except fr the first game each day. If a team is nt ready t begin at that time, it will be given a ne (1) minute grace perid. If a team is nt ready t start at the cnclusin f the grace perid, the game will be frfeited (1 0). Otherwise, the game will start at the cnclusin f the warm-up perid.

6 13. Game (Perid) Lengths & Frmat: Turnament games are alltted as fllws: 3 Games Guaranteed. Frmat and Perid length in turnament games will vary depending n divisin and level f teams. In the event that a game is being played in an unsafe manner, the referee, at his/her discretin, can end the game at any pint. A full reprt must then be frwarded t the Turnament Series Directr. ADULT (Men & Wmen, Cllege, Junir): All games will be played 4-n-4 n a full-ice sheet. Teams will be assigned t 60-minute time slts where tw (2) 20 minute run-time halves will be played. There will be n ffside r icings called. Cmmencement f a perid, gals, puck ut f play r any stppage in play, injury r ther actin as determined by the Official, will result in a faceff at the center f the ice sheet. Any stppage in play related t a galtender freeze will result with the puck being thrwn int the crner by the Official t resume game play. Any penalty will result in the penalized player being sent t the penalty bx fr 1:30 minutes, and the game will resume with 4-n-3 play fr the duratin f the penalty. The ffending team will resume full strength nce the 1:30 minute penalty ends. YOUTH (Bys & Girls, 10U-18U, High Schl): 10U & 12U (Half-Ice): All games will be played 4-n-4 n a half-ice sheet. Teams will be assigned t 60-minute time slts where tw (2) 20 minute run-time halves will be played. There will be n ffside r icings called. Cmmencement f a perid, gals, r puck ut f play will result in a faceff at the center f the ice sheet. If a puck ut f play frm half-ice sheet A enters half-ice sheet B, half-ice sheet B will cntinue play uninterrupted, unless the puck results in a stppage f play, injury r ther actin as determined by the Official, while half-ice sheet A will resume play with a faceff at the center f half-ice sheet A. Any stppage in play related t a galtender freeze will result with the puck being thrwn int the crner by the Official t resume game play. Any penalty will result in a penalty sht given t the nn-ffending team. The puck will be taken t the center f the ice sheet, and the player will have five (5) secnds t get set fr the sht. The remaining players n bth the ffending and nn-ffending team shuld line up n the ice in frnt f their bench. If the player taking the sht is nt set within the five (5) secnd time-frame, the player n the nnffending team will nt be permitted t take the sht. If the penalty sht is missed and a save made by the galtender, the play will be cnsidered live and will cntinue until the next stppage in play. 14U, 16U & 18U (Full-Ice): All games will be played 4-n-4 n a full-ice sheet. Teams will be assigned t 60- minute time slts where tw (2) 20 minute run-time halves will be played. There will be n ffside r icings called. Cmmencement f a perid, gals, puck ut f play r any stppage in play, injury r ther actin as determined by the Official, will result in a faceff at the center f the ice sheet. Any stppage in play related t a galtender freeze will result with the puck being thrwn int the crner by the Official t resume game play. Any penalty will result in the penalized player being sent t the penalty bx fr 1.30 minutes, and the game will resume with 4-n-3 play fr the duratin f the penalty. The ffending team will resume full strength nce the 1.5 minute penalty ends. 14. Warm-up perid: Three (3) minutes fr all divisins. There will be a tw (2) minute break between each perid. All games will be played t cmpletin. There is n curfew.

7 15. Rest Time: Between perids the rest time will be tw (2) minutes. Immediately fllwing the first half, the timekeeper will begin the tw-minute cuntdwn n the game clck. The next half shall begin immediately after the break. Minimum rest perid between games (end f first t start f secnd) shall be as fllws (unless bth ppsing caches agree t freg): 10U 2 hurs 12U 2.5 hurs 14U 2.5 hurs 16U 3.0 hurs 18U 3.0 hurs Adult 3.0 hurs There shall be a minimum rest time f 9 hurs (1hr travel, 8hrs sleep) between games (end f first t start f secnd) at night and the fllwing mrning. 16. Run Time: The game clck will be running time and will nt stp fr any reasn ther than at the directin f the n-ice fficials until the game ends. 17. Time Out: One 60-secnd time ut is permitted per team per game. 18. Tie Games: Fr rund-rbin and semi-final games: If the game ends in a tie, each team will be awarded a pint. A 3-player shtut will determine the winner f an extra pint in the standings. Champinship tie-breaker and shtut guidelines are utlined belw. 19. Pints: will be awarded in the fllwing manner fr all games (maximum pints awarded fr a win will be 3 pints regardless f hw it is achieved). a. 3 Pints Win in Regulatin b. 2 Pint Shtut Win c. 1 Pint Shtut Lss d. 0 Pints Lss in Regulatin 20. Tie-breaker: The fllwing tie-breaker frmulas belw will be used t determine the rder f finish (seeding) after bracket play between teams with an equal number f pints. Ties between 3 r mre teams will default t tie breaker tw (2) and prceed frm there. 1. Mst Wins 2. Head t Head recrd between tied teams a. Teams that d nt play head t head default t tie breaker three (3), and s n 3. Fewest gals against in all games 4. Fewest Penalty Minutes in all games 5. Largest Gal Differential (Gals scred minus Gals against) 6. Cin Tss SHOOTOUT PROCEDURES: IMPORTANT: Only Champinship games that end in a tie shall first use a five (5) minute (sudden-death) run-time, 3-n-3 (plus galie), perid t determine a winner. If the game remains tied after vertime a shtut will be used t determine a winner as utlined belw: a. Each team will select three (3) players t participate in the shtut. If a player is injured r is serving a penalty and unable t participate in the shtut the next eligible player is entitled t participate. Once a players shts he/she is n lnger eligible t participate until every player n the bench (excluding galtenders, players serving penalties r players that are injured) has participated at least nce. b. In the first rund, players frm each team will alternate shts, with the winner f a cin tss shting first. c. Players will start at center ice and will begin play at the directin f the referee. Galkeepers must remain in their crease until the shting player has started play by tuching the puck. d. Players are allwed ne sht/shting attempt nly. e. After all six (6) players have finished their attempts; the team with the mst gals is declared the winner. f. If, after all six (6) players have finished their attempts, the game remains tied; each team will start the secnd rund by selecting ne (1) player, wh has nt yet participated in the shtut, t take a turn. The shtut will prceed ne player at a time with each team having an equal number f turns; the hme team shts last in each rund. One turn fr each team cnstitutes a rund. Only after all players (nt including galtenders and players severing penalties) listed n the game scre sheet have participated may a player take a secnd turn. During the secnd rund and beynd, the team that scres first, with the ther failing t scre, is declared the winner.

8 g. Ensure yu scratch all players (n the game scre sheet given t the screkeeper) wh will nt participate in the game. Any team listing a player n their game scre sheet that is nt dressed fr the game will frfeit the game when that player becmes eligible t sht during the shtut. h. Player(s) serving a penalty are nt eligible t participate in the shtut. POLICIES 1. Zer Tlerance Plicy: The Dallas Stars supprt the USA Hckey zer tlerance initiatives fr verbal abuse f any player, fficial, parent r spectatr. Dallas Stars Turnament Hckey Directr and/r Venue Crdinatrs r rink staff reserves the right t remve any vilatr frm the premises. Team representatives and/r caches are respnsible fr the actins and behavirs f their players, parents and fans. The game fficials reserve the right t assess penalties fr abuse, frm players, the bench, r the fans. Management has the right t refuse play f the upcming game r fr future games fr any player wh threatens r uses bscene r abusive language t any member f the Dallas Stars Turnaments r StarCenter staff. 2. Team Placements: A Credentials Cmmittee is in place wh determines the eligibility f each player, cach and team t participate in the turnament as required in the current USA Hckey Annual Guide, and has verified the apprpriate level f caching credentials fr all caches. The cmmittee places teams in cmpetitive brackets based n their registratin with USA Hckey, placement in their lcal league, and the recrd f the team in league play (assuming a recrd exists). Internatinal teams, and turnament teams with n recrd f play are placed based n either knwledge f ther teams in their lcal, r frm interviews with the respective cach and team manager t gain an understanding f their play, cmpared t thse lcally. Management has the right t align teams r change teams in any particular skill level, as well as suspend players that are nt displaying the apprpriate behavir that reflects the image f Dallas Stars Turnaments r StarCenters. 3. Phtgraphy: The turnament may designate an fficial phtgrapher fr the event. Taking phts f players frm the player s bench r abve the glass is nt allwed fr safety and cmpetitive reasns. The Turnament Phtgrapher is an apprved vendr f the Dallas Stars and the facilities in which the turnament event(s) is being held, and all ther vendrs r persns will be asked t leave the facility. Individuals wh d nt cmply may als be asked t leave. 4. Nisemakers: Nisemakers are nt allwed in the viewpint (upstairs enclsed area) between the rinks and the lbby area. Use f any type f artificial nisemakers at the n-ice seating area are strngly discuraged as a curtesy t nearby spectatrs. All spectatrs are asked t display gd sprtsmanship and recgnize that it is just as imprtant as players cnduct n ice. The primary purpse f this turnament is t prvide a psitive and fun atmsphere fr all participants. Air hrns are nt permitted in any f the facilities. 5. Fundraising: As this turnament is run by the Dallas Stars, ther grups and hckey assciatins may nt pursue fundraising pprtunities at any f the turnament venues. Teams that attempt t d will be asked t stp, and if it cntinues will be subject t suspensin frm the turnament, and pssibly future events. 6. Damages: After all games, players are respnsible fr cleaning up all trash in their respective lcker rm(s). Any persn causing damage t turnament facility(s) and/r turnament r facility(s) prperty will be fined cmmensurate with the damage and will be remved frm the premises and/r suspended frm all turnament activities and/r venues until the fine is paid in full. All persns are subject t prsecutin t the fullest extent f the law. 7. Alchl, Cntainers and Smking: Alchlic beverages and/r glass cntainers are prhibited n StarCenter premises. Failure t cmply will result in disciplinary actin against the ffending individuals, including pssible suspensin frm the league. This rules applies t the dressing rms, player area, parking lt, grunds and restaurant/bar area (Alchlic beverages are nt allwed t be brught int the restaurant/bar area). Trainers: The Dallas Stars Turnament series may supply medical trainers at each facility fr the duratin f the turnament. 10. Ambulance Service: T insure the quickest respnse time, anyne may cntact the EMT Services (911) in the event f an emergency situatin. Yu may cntact the Dallas Stars Venue Crdinatr r the Rink Manager n duty t call 911. Any trips t the hspital using the transprtatin f an ambulance service r any ther means that requires payment f service fee is the respnsibility f the transprted. 11. Best Interest f the Turnament: The Turnament Series Directr is respnsible fr all inquiries r disputes regarding applicatin f rules, r interpretatin, player eligibility, disciplinary actin and any ther prcedural disputes. The Turnament Series Directr reserves the right t mdify, change r add rules at any time if it is deemed in the best interest f the turnament. These rules include, but are nt limited t, playing rules, eligibility rules and rsters.
