All mbile scafflding t have the castr wheels lcked in place whilst persns are perating frm them. All mbile scafflding exceeding metres must have kickbards and mid rails in place. Any wrk ff step ladders will require the persn t have three pints f cntact at all times and t be wrking three rungs dwn frm the tp f the step ladder. Areas t be kept clean and materials remved ASAP. Use f varius hand tls Cut and minr abrasins All hand held pwer tls t be tagged n a mnthly basis by a qualified persn. All leads and tls t be tagged by a cmpetent persn with a minimum f a testing and tagging certificatin, a recrd f which is t be recrded in electrical testing register. Leads must nt be "piggy backed" t each ther, eg metre lead plugged int anther mtr lead t make it reach lnger. If this is viewed a risk assessment (r re evaluatin f the current risk assessment) must be cmpleted n the crrect amunt f temprary pwer bards required at this site. Hand tls nly t be perated by cmpetent, trained and qualified persnnel. 4. All trade waste will be dispsed ff in accrdance with lcal cuncil and EPA requirements. All substances r chemicals will require an MSDS t be present fr each prduct and held at site. All persnnel will be required t use gd manual handling techniques as described in sectin One f this SWMS.
