Power Sculpt: Full body strength and cardio combo designed to torch calories. Spin: Challenging cardio and calorie-blasting workout on an indoor bike. SilverSneakers: Increases strength, range of motion, balance and functional movements. Turbo Kick : A fun and intense mix of hip hop dance and kickboxing.
