Skin checks will start at 6:20. 6:30 a.m. your team will line-up in gym as a team in order by weight. Weigh-ins will be first come first weighed. There will be two scales per classification to weigh in. Seeding: Seeds will be set based on; keeping teams from the same league separate in the first 3 rounds, State placing and current year rankings. We will out the final brackets and seeding early in the week preceding the tournament. Coaches Mtg: Packets may be picked up Friday until the end of the Tournament and Saturday morning. We will hand out team packets and answer any questions. Results: We will be running the tournament on Track Wrestling, so all results can be followed during the tournament and accessed when it finishes. Fans can also subscribe and watch the tournament. Ticket Prices: $10.00 Adults, $5.00 students. Family Pass (2 adults, 3 students) is $ Passes are good for all sessions. The program form will be used as a pass list for wrestler, coaches, managers and trainers, etc. that will be attending. Passes: Seating: Gym Rules: Wrestlers, coaches, 2 managers and team medical staff will be admitted free. Must submit a pass list by 1/15/17. Coaches and managers will be given bands. Wrestlers will be stamped. Spectator seating will be in the bleachers. Spectators are not to be in the mat area. No coolers are allowed in the Convention Center. The Convention Center staff will enforce this. This is due to their contract with the facility caterer and cannot be negotiated. Wrestlers and teams can bring drinks and food in their bags when they enter the facility as long as it is in your bag not out. There will be a full concession stands open. Please emphasize to your parents they will not be able to bring in outside food or drinks into to the facility.

2 Parking: Medical: Warm Ups: Line up: Registration: Awards: Schedule: Open Mats: Mats: Format: Coolers: There will be a charge for vehicle parking unless you are staying in one of the connecting hotels or your bus drops your team and will be directed to an area to park. Street and parking garage is available for a charge. Dr. Tim Manson M.D. and athletic trainers will be available during the sessions. You are responsible for cleaning up your own bloody noses and blood on the mat from your wrestlers. Mat cleaning supplies will be available. First round warm ups can begin on the mat after all weigh-ins are complete. A warm-up area will be provided for the rest of the day. After wrestling has started, there will be little to no warm-up time on the competition mats. Will be submitted through Track Wresting see registration below. Teams must pre-register their wrestlers on trackwrestling.com. A link with instructions will be sent to your several weeks prior to the tournament starting from slattert@evsd.org. Please make sure you enter your roster. Plaques to top 3 teams in each division. Will send in January. See round times and sample bracket on next page. Friday we will have mats available to work out on times TBA We will run on 12 mats, 2 mats per classification. All teams are scheduled to for 4 duals. All Divisions have 8 teams. Each classification will wrestle a 4 team Round Robin Bracket within their classification. Brackets will then cross over based on Round Robin Placing within the division to determine placing. See attached bracket. No coolers will be allowed in the facility. Athletes can bring food in, in their bags. Video: Extra Matches: We are unable to accommodate extra matches on Saturday. If you are bringing extra wrestlers and would like to get them additional matches please enter them in Friday s Tournament (Rumble at the River). We will allow exhibition matches in place of forfeits only.

Due to the late date of this tournament and the break down by classifications it is almost impossible to replace teams when drops occur and drops negatively affect the tournament. If you commit and cancel, payment will be required.
