Wednesdy 24 April 2019 ICU Junior World Chmpionships & Awrds ICU World Chmpionships Opening Ceremonies Thursdy 25 April 2019 ICU Adptive Abilities World Chmpionships, Specil Abilities & Specil Olympics World Chmpionships & Awrds ICU World Chmpionships Semi-Finls Fridy 26 April 2019 ICU World Chmpionships Finls & Awrds ICU World Chmpionships Closing Ceremonies The competition is scheduled to be held t the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex. HOW TO HANDLE PROCEDURAL QUESTIONS A. RULES & PROCEDURES Any questions concerning the rules or procedures of the competition will be hndled exclusively by the director / coch of the tem nd will be directed to the Competition Director. Such questions should be mde prior to the tem s competition performnce. III. 運営上の質問について A. ルールと手続き - ルールや手続きに関する質問はチームの監督またはコーチからのみ大会運営側に問い合わせること 大会での演技に先立って済ませること B. PERFORMANCE Any questions concerning the tem s performnce should be mde to the Competition Director immeditely fter the tem s performnce nd/or following the outcome of the competition nd should be mde exclusively by the dvisor/coch. B. 演技 演技に関する質問は演技終了後 または大会終了後までに速やかに大会運営側に行うこと アドバイザー コーチによってのみ質問を受ける IV. SPORTSMANSHIP All prticipnts gree to conduct themselves in mnner displying good sportsmnship throughout the competition with positive presenttion upon entry nd exit from the performnce re s well s throughout the routine. The dvisor nd coch of ech tem is responsible for seeing tht tem members, coches, prents nd other persons ffilited with the tem conduct themselves ccordingly. Severe cses of unsportsmnlike conduct re grounds for disqulifiction. IV. スポーツマンシップ全ての参加者は イベントを通してスポーツマンシップに則って行動すること 各チームの監督 指導者 コーチは 各選手 コーチ 保護者およびその他の関係者がしかるべく行動するよう監督する スポーツマンシップに著しく反する行為は参加資格剥奪の対象となる 1

2 V. INTERRUPTION OF PERFORMANCE V. 演技の中断 A. UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTANCES A. 不測の事態 If, in the opinion of the competition officils, tem s routine is interrupted becuse of filure of the competition equipment, fcilities, or other fctors ttributble to the competition rther thn the tem, the tem ffected should STOP the routine. 大会施設 設備の不備 その他避けがたい要因で演技が中断された場合は 大会役員の判断で演技を止めることができる The tem will perform the routine gin in its entirety, but will be evluted ONLY from the point where the interruption occurred. The degree nd effect of the interruption will be determined by the competition officils. If tem needs to re-perform routine but fils to do the routine in its entirety, then this tem will receive score bsed on the lower level performnce. 演技は最初からやり直しができるが ジャッジは中断したところから行う 中断の程度や影響は大会役員が判断する もしチームが再演技をしても完全な演技ができない場合 より低い点数しか獲得できないことになる B. FAULT OF TEAM B. チーム側の不備 In the event tem s routine is interrupted becuse of filure of the tem s own equipment, the tem must either continue the routine or withdrw from the competition. The competition officils will determine if the tem will be llowed to perform t lter time. If decided by officils, the tem will perform the routine gin in its entirety, but will be evluted ONLY from the point where the interruption occurred. チームの不備で演技が中断した場合は チームは演技を続けるか棄権しなくてはならない チームがもう一度演技できるかどうかは大会役員が判断する 役員が再演技を選択した場合は演技を最初から行えるが ジャッジは中断したところから行う If tem needs to re-perform routine but fils to do the routine in its entirety, then this tem will receive score bsed on the lower level performnce. チームが再演技をしても完全な演技ができなかったとすれば より低い点数しか獲得できないこととなる C. INJURY C. 怪我 The only persons tht my stop routine for injury re: ) competition officils, b) the dvisor / coch from the tem performing or c) n injured individul. The competition officils will determine if the tem will be llowed to perform t lter time. If the competition officils llow routine to be performed t lter time, the spot in the schedule where the re-performnce is to tke plce is t the sole discretion of competition officils. The injured prticipnt tht wishes to perform my not return to the competition floor unless:. The competition officils receive clernce from, first, the medicl personnel ttending to tht prticipnt, the prent (if present) AND THEN the hed coch/dvisor of the competing tem. b. If the medicl personnel do not cler the prticipnt, the prticipnt cn only return to the competition if prent or legl gurdin in ttendnce signs return to prticiption wiver. c. In the event of suspected concussion, the prticipnt cnnot return to perform without clernce from physicin (MD/DO) tht hs trining relted to hed injuries, nd witing 24 hours, even with wiver from prent or legl gurdin. d. (Doctor of Osteopthic Medicine) d. 頭部外傷に関するルールの他 開催地に於ける特別な法律についても熟知しておくことを推奨する

3 VI. INTERPRETATIONS AND/OR RULINGS Any interprettion of ny spect of these Rules nd Regultions or ny decision involving ny other spect of the competition will be rendered by the Rules Committee. The Rules Committee will render judgment in n effort to ensure tht the competition proceeds in mnner consistent with the generl spirit nd gols of the competition. The Rules Committee will consist of the Competition Director, Hed Judge, nd designted competition officil. DISQUALIFICATION Any tem tht does not dhere to the terms nd procedures of these Rules nd Regultions will be subject to disqulifiction from the competition, will utomticlly forfeit ny right to ny prizes or wrds presented by the competition, nd my lso forfeit the opportunity to prticipte the following yer. MUSIC For the 2019 ICU World Chmpionships nd Junior World Chmpionships, ll Ntionl Tems will hve the choice of following the USA Cheer ( or ICU ( Music Copyrights Eductionl Inititive. VIII. 音楽 2019 年の ICU 世界選手権及びジュニア世界選手権に出場するすべてのナショナルチームは USA Cheer( または ICU( の音楽著作権を選択すること I hve red nd understnd the USA Cheer or ICU Music Copyrights Eductionl Inititive nd ll sound recordings used in our tem s music shll only be used with the written license from the owner(s) of the sound recordings. USA Cheer または ICU 音楽著作権を読み理解し チームの音楽として使用されるものは 録音の所有者によるライセンス証書でのみ認められるものとする Tems must be ble to provide proof of licensing during the registrtion t the Chmpionships. If tem does not hve proof of music licensing vilble, they will be llowed to perform to n optionl pproved trck of music or trck with counts (provided by the ICU) or cn count verblly. 5. If tem cnnot provide proof of licensing, nd do not perform to n optionl pproved trck of music or to counts, the tem will be isqulified from the competition. 6. If there re concerns regrding certin tem s use of music, Chllenge Form must be completed immeditely following the tem s performnce. 7. A chllenge cn only be mde by the officil coch or n officil Ntionl Federtion representtive of tem competing t the event t where the chllenge is being mde. 8. Chllenge Process: 8.. All music chllenges must be submitted in writing to the Interntionl Cheer Union hed officil. b. There will be $100 USD fee to request music chllenge nd must be in the form of USA currency. c. Fees collected will be returned if the chllenge is correct. d. Ech tem is required to hve responsible dult remin t the music sttion tht knows the routine nd music. This representtive is responsible for strt the music nd stopping the music in cse of technicl mlfunction or injury. Plese mke sure tht ll devices re fully chrged, volume turned up nd plced in irplne mode. If using CDs, plese mke sure the CD is unscrtched so there is no skip while plying. 10. Tems my not use Disney themes nor my they hve costumes tht resemble Disney chrcter. SPECIFIC ROUTINE GUIDELINES IX. 特定演技ガイドライン A. CHOREOGRAPHY AND COSTUMING A. 振り付けと衣装について Suggestive, offensive, or vulgr choreogrphy, costuming, mkeup nd/or music re inpproprite for fmily udiences nd therefore lck udience ppel. Routine choreogrphy should be pproprite nd entertining for ll udience members. Vulgr or suggestive mteril is defined s ny movement or choreogrphy implying something improper or indecent, ppering offensive or sexul in content, nd/or relying lewd or profne gestures or implictions. 挑発的 攻撃的もしくは卑猥な振り付け 衣装 化粧および音楽は 家族連れの観客が見るに不相応であり 観客へのアピールを欠くこととなる 演技の振り付けは 適切且つ全ての観客を楽しませるものであること 挑発的 もしくは卑猥な要素は 不適切 あるいはいかかがわしいものをほのめかすもの 攻撃的 あるいは性的な内容を表すもの わいせつな あるいは下劣なジェスチャーを含む動きや振り付けとみなされる Tems my not compromise the integrity of the performnce surfce (Exmples: residue from sprys, powders, oils, etc.) Use of fire, noxious gses, live nimls nd other potentilly hzrdous elements re strictly prohibited. 5. Inpproprite choreogrphy, costuming nd/or music my lso ffect the judges overll impression nd/or score of the routine. 6. All costuming, mkeup nd choreogrphy should be ge pproprite nd cceptble for fmily udiences. 7. All costuming should be secure nd offer full coverge of body prts. Costume mlfunctions resulting in tem members being exposed my be grounds for disqulifiction. 8. Tights should be worn under briefs, hot pnts or excessively short shorts. 9. Shoes must be worn during the competition. Dnce pws re cceptble. Performing brefoot, in socks nd/or footed tights, high heels, roller sktes, roller bldes or ny other footwer tht is inpproprite for the sport is prohibited. Every effort should be mde to ensure tht the lyrics of the music re pproprite for ll udience members. One (1) point deduction for 5-10 second nd three (3) point deduction for 11 seconds nd over. 7. All tems must hve coch/representtive to ply their music. This person is responsible for bringing the music to the music tble nd pushing ply nd stop for the Tem or Doubles performnce. 8. All music must be on CD. The ICU recommends tht you bring multiple copies in cse the sound system(s) hs difficulties reding your CD. 9. Tems must enter the performnce floor s quickly s possible. Choreogrphed entrnces/exits will not be llowed. 10. Tems my not use Disney themes nor my they hve costumes tht resemble Disney chrcter. PROPS C. 小道具 A prop is defined s nything tht is used in the routine choreogrphy tht is not/ws not originlly prt of the costume. Clrifiction 1: For Freestyle Pom Ctegories, Poms re considered prt of the uniform. Clrifiction 2: For Adptive Abilities, Specil Abilities & Specil Olympics Divisions, ll mobility equipment, prosthesis, nd brces re considered prt of the thlete unless they re removed, in which cse they re considered legl props, until replced or returned to the thlete. 小道具とは 振り付けの一部として使用されるもので 衣装に付いていないものすべてを指す 参考 1: フリースタイルポンカテゴリーではポンは衣装の一部としてみなされる 参考 2: 省略 Hndheld props nd free-stnding props in ll ctegories re not llowed. Use of prts of costume (e.g. costume elements- such s necklce, jcket, ht, etc.) is llowed nd my be used nd discrded. (Plese see #1 for further clrifiction) Within the Freestyle Pom Ctegory it is compulsory to use poms throughout the entire routine. If there re mle performers in this ctegory they re not required to use poms. TEAM PARTICIPATION D. チーム参加 There will be 7 seprte Ctegories- Hip Hop, Freestyle Pom, Jzz, Adptive Abilities Unified Hip Hop, Adptive Abilities Freestyle Pom, Specil Abilities Unified Hip Hop*, Specil Abilities United Freestyle Pom*. *NOTE: The ICU reserves the right to split the Specil Abilities Unified Divisions into seprte Specil Abilities Unified Division (50% or more thletes with intellectul bilities per tem) nd Specil Abilities Trditionl Division (100% thletes with intellectul disbilities per tem) on the condition tht 3 or more Ntionl Tems re registered tht would comply with ech division s composition requirements. Ech ctegory will hve seprte title winner. Ech country will provide Ntionl Tem comprised of individul tem members. 6 If the Ntionl Tem chooses to compete in more thn 1 ctegory, it is permissible, but not compulsory for ech individul tem member to compete s prt of the Ntionl Tem in ech ctegory. 5. Ech Ntionl Tem my be comprised of s mny individul tem members s desired; however, the Ntionl Tem my only prticipte in ctegory with minimum of 16 performers (Tem Freestyle Pom nd Tem Hip Hop) or 18 performers (Tem Jzz) nd mximum of 24 on the floor t one time. It is permissible, but not compulsory, tht the sme individul tem members compete in ech ctegory. 5. ナショナルチーム が 2 つ以上の部門に出場することは認められるが 各選手が ナショナルチーム の一員として各部門に出場することは必須ではない 各国代表チームは 希望するチーム人数で構成することができる ただし チーム人数は最低 16 人 (Tem Freestyle Pom と Tem Hip Hop) または 18 人 (Tem Jzz) で最大 24 人での参加可能 同一のチームメンバーが各カテゴリーに出場することは認められているが必須ではない 6. Ech Doubles will be comprised of 2 tem members Prticipnts will be llowed to crossover into the Ntionl Tem Cheer Divisions t the coches discretion s scheduling conflicts my occur. 8. Ech country s federtion will need to provide proof of permnent residency (minimum of six (6) months consecutive permnent residence) for ech member of its tem. 9. Ech thlete must be complint with the ge requirements s follows: Junior World Chmpionships: 12 to 16 yers of ge within the yer of the competition. Specil Abilities & Specil Olympics World Chmpionships: 12 yers of ge or older within the yer of the competition. There is no mximum ge. Senior & Adptive Abilities World Chmpionships: 14 yers of ge or older within the yer of the competition. There is no mximum ge. Any tem proven to be in violtion of the ge requirements will be utomticlly disqulified. 10. Femles nd mles re llowed to prticipte on the tem 各ダブルスは演技者 2 人で構成されること スケジュール面での不都合が生し る可能性はあるが コーチの指示により 選手はチア部門とのクロスオーバーが可能である 各国の連盟は 自チームの各選手の永住権 ( 最低 6 ヶ月の永住権 ) を証明する書類を提出すること 各選手は 次の年齢要件を満たしていなければならない Junior World Chmpionships: 大会の年に 12 歳から 16 歳 Specil Abilities &Specil Olympics World Chmpionships: 大会の年に 12 歳以上 上限なし Senior & Adptive Abilities World Chmpionships: 大会の年に 14 歳以上 上限なし 年齢要件に違反していると判明したチームは 自動的に失格となる 男女が同チームに参加することは可 E. COMPETITION AREA E. 競技エリア The performnce floor will be pproximtely 42 x 42 feet/18 x 18 meters. Prtnering cn involve both Supporting nd Executing skills. 2 Perpendiculr Inversion (executed by Individuls): An 2 inverted position in which the individul s hed, neck nd shoulders re directly ligned with the performnce surfce t 90-degree ngle. 2 Prone: A position in which the front of the individul s body 2 is fcing the ground, nd the bck of the individul s body is fcing up. 2 Prop: Anything tht is used in the routine choreogrphy 2 tht is not/ws not originlly prt of the costume. XIII. JUDGING PROCEDURES The judges for the event will be ppointed t the sole discretion of the Interntionl Cheer Union. As tems mke their presenttions, the judges will score the tems ccording to the judging criteri on 100 point system. The highest score nd lowest score given for ech tem will be dropped nd the remining judges scores will be totled to determine the overll tem score. In the event of first plce tie, the high nd low score will be dded bck into the totl score. If tie remins, the rnking points from ech judge will be used to brek the tie. XIII. 審査方法 本大会の審査は ICU だけにその決定権がある チームの演技に対してジャッジは 100 点満点で点数をつける 最高点と最低点を外し残ったジャッジの点数が全体のチーム得点となる 1 位が同点だった場合 最高点と最低点を戻す それでも同点の場合は各ジャッジの順位点によって決定する XIV. SCORES AND RANKINGS Individul score sheets re for the exclusive use of ech prticulr judge. Ech judge hs the responsibility nd uthority to review nd submit his or her finl scores nd rnkings prior to the finl tlly of the scores for ll tems. Scores nd rnkings will be vilble only to coches or cptins t the conclusion of the competition. No scores or rnkings will be given over the telephone. After ech round of competition, tems will receive the judges score sheets s well s their score nd the top score in the group. In ddition, tems will receive rnking sheet with the nmes nd scores of the tems finl plcement. XIV. 得点と順位各スコアシートは各ジャッジの責任においてのみ使用される 各ジャッジは自分のスコシートに責任をもって記入提出し チームのスコアの最終集計が終了する前までにすべての得点を確定する 大会終了後スコアと順位はコーチかチーム代表者にのみ開示される スコアと順位は電話での問い合わせには答えることは不可能 加えて最終決定した得点と順位 チーム名が記載されたランキングシートを受け取ることができる XV. FINALITY OF DECISIONS By prticipting in this chmpionship, ech tem grees tht decisions by the judges will be finl nd will not be subject for review. Ech tem cknowledges the necessity for the judges to mke prompt nd fir decisions in this competition nd ech tem thereforeexpressly wives ny legl, equitble, dministrtive or procedurl review of such decisions. XVI. SEMI-FINALS AND FINALS ICU reserves the right to determine if semi-finl or finl round will be necessry. All divisions with one round of competition prior to the finls will be clssified s semifinl. Ten (10) of the tems in ech semi-finl round will dvnce to the finls. In the event of tie for the finl tem dvncing, both tems tht re tied will dvnce. Tournment officils will hve the full uthority to mke the finl determintion of the number of tems selected to dvnce to the next round. XVII. APPEARANCES, ENDORSEMENTS AND PUBLICITY All tems winning titles or wrds gree to hve ll ppernces, endorsements nd publicity pproved through the ICU office. XVIII. PENALTIES A five (5) point per judge penlty will be ssessed to ny tem violting ny of the specific rules s stted bove. This deduction does not pply to violtions mentioned bove tht re designted lesser point vlue. If you hve ny questions concerning the leglity of move or trick, plese contct the ICU Office. XV. 最終判断本大会に参加するにあたり各チームはジャッジに同意し 最終決定に従うこと 大会において審査は速やかに 公平な判断を下されていくことを認識していること また その判断に関して法律上正当であっても運営または手続き上の翻意に関する権利を放棄すること XVI. 準決勝決勝 ICU は 準決勝が必要であるかどうかを決定する権利を保持する 全ての部門において決勝に先立って行われる演技は準決勝として分類される 各部門 準決勝出場チームのうち 10 チームが決勝に進出する 2 チームが同点となった場合には両チーム決勝に進出となる トーナメント役員は 決勝進出チーム数の最終決定において完全な権限を持つ XVII. 掲載 出演 及び宣伝広報 全ての表彰チームは ICU 本部が認可しているメディアへの掲載 出演に同意することとする XVIII. 罰則上に記したルールになにがしかの違反があった時には各ジャッジから5 点減点される 上記の中で5 点よりも低い減点と記載されている場合はそれに従う もしも構成の違反に疑問があればICUオフィスまで連絡すること 14
