We are expecting 100 teams to cook and compete, each serving food samples of entrees, hors d oeuvres, salads, soups, gumbos and desserts. The evening will be filled with great food & fun! And the F 5 festival is a great value for you! Go out for an evening of fabulous food, great fun and adult beverages with a ticket price of only $30! The F 5 is a great venue to mingle and network with your friends, co-workers and/or clients. Last year's Crowd's Choice Awards were a success. We are giving the attendees a chance to vote for their favorite dish. Please make sure to submit your vote for your favorite dish! Please bring your ticket to the entry gate to receive a wrist band. Again, we will continue with the wristband* system for entry. All participants and attendees require a wristband*. The proceeds of F 5 event benefit the operation of the AADE National Board of Directors and your eleven AADE Chapters located in New Orleans, Lafayette, Houston, Dallas, Midland, Oklahoma City, Denver, Bakersfield, Anchorage, Appalachian and Central Texas. More specifically, this event helps support AADE s petroleum energy education programs. Support for student section members to attend AADE s Spring Technical Conferences as well as present student poster sessions. The AADE Technical Conference is an excellent venue to meet these young, upcoming professionals and recruit them to your company! Funds to supply equipment and computers for petroleum engineering labs and programs at universities in the AADE chapter areas. Support of the AADE Knowledge Box teaching tool and the Expanding Petroleum Energy Education (PE 3 ) teacher guide used to educate public school students about our industry. This education imitative is now nation wide. Last year, we sold out of booth space, so please review this year s sponsorship levels and make your choice quickly. Don t delay, it s first come, first served ; the sponsorship letter will go to the AADE membership in September. Get your entry application and reservations in BY SEPTEMBER 15 th or you may lose your spot to someone on the waiting list. As you know, AADE functions fill up and sell out quickly.
