6 Theatre Recital Performance Information Location: Eisemann Center for the Performing Arts, 2351 Performance Drive, Richardson, Texas Directions: The Eisemann Center is on the east side of Central Expressway. From Plano, Take South 75 Central Expressway and exit Galatyn/Campbell -Turn East (left) over the overpass. Go to the first street after overpass, Performance Drive and turn left. You will see the theatre on your left. Parking: Parking cost is $5. For recital, you will be directed into the event parking garage. There is limited street parking. Be very careful not to park where there are NO PARKING SIGNS- they will tow! Backstage Entrance: Backstage entrance is on Performance Drive (east side of Eisemann Center). All students must enter the theater using the backstage entrance. Do not enter through the front of the auditorium. Dressing Room Supervision: Parents will not be allowed into the dressing rooms unless they are scheduled to volunteer. Volunteer needs will be managed online through Sign-up Genius. Link will be ed closer to the recital. Dress Code The students will wear the designated class color leotard and skirt with pink tights in accordance with academy policies See Enclosed Dress Code. Please label all clothing and shoes. The modern & jazz classes may have stylized costuming and the parents will be responsible for the purchase of these costumes. Student s hair must be tied back in a bun preferably at the crown of the head. For students with short hair or bangs, their hair must be pulled back out of their face with a barrette. We will provide floral headpieces for all female students to wear during the ballet portion. Boys will wear their class attire. Stage make-up must be worn by all students to include; face powder, blush, lipstick, brown eye shadow, mascara and eyeliner. Stage Dress Rehearsal: Your dancer s stage dress rehearsal happens on the same day as their recital performance. Please have hair and make-up done. Please arrive 45 minutes before the stage rehearsal time indicated on the DRESS REHEARSAL SCHEDULE of your dancer s recital performance day. Bring your child through the backstage entrance to the dressing room area. Please take all of your dancer s belongings with you. They will not be returning to the dressing room after their stage rehearsal. Please do not send them with snacks, drinks or activities for the dress rehearsal. After dropping them at the dressing room, you may go to the lobby and watch the rehearsal on the monitor that the Eisemann will have set up for us. DRESS REHEARSAL IS CLOSED TO PARENTS Your dancer will be brought to the lobby when they are finished. Recital Performance: Arrival Time: If your child is in 1st Half, arrive 6:00pm, 2 nd Half arrive 6:30pm Your dancer s hair and make-up must be done before dropping them off. You must use the backstage entrance to drop off your dancer at their dressing room You will be given a security wristband to drop off and pick up your dancer One parent only please. You may send a non-messy snack, drink and quiet activity with your dancer. There will be 15 minute intermission. If your child dances in the first half of the performance, you may pick them up at intermission. We encourage you to return with them to watch the rest of the show. The dressing rooms will have adult supervision at all times during rehearsals and performances. Pick-up Time: PARENTS WILL ONLY BE ALLOWED INTO THE DRESSING ROOM AREA TO PICK UP THEIR DANCER/S AT INTERMISSION AND AT THE END OF THE SHOW. NOT DURING THE PERFORMANCE For liability and safety reasons only authorized individuals will be allowed in the stage area. NO Photography or Videoing allowed during the performance. There will be a professional videographer and a professional photographer that will distribute performances recordings and recital stage photography. Thank you for your patience and cooperation!!!!

If you DO want to purchase additional tickets with COMPS, skip to Option 2. Click the "Select Your Seats" option to select seats for which you intend to PURCHASE. (DO NOT enter your promo code at this time!) Once you've selected your purchased seats, Click "Add to Cart" Now you are ready to redeem your two (2) comp tickets, so select "Continue Shopping" Find the same Hathaway performance in the calendar box and click on it. (top right corner), you will see a box that reads "Have a promo code?" Enter your promo code or password in this box, then click "Go". Once your code is validated, click the "Select Your Seats" option. From the seat map, choose up to two (2) complimentary seats near your paid seat location(s). It must be turned in by STUDENT RECITAL INDIVIDUAL PORTRAITS: Individual portrait sessions will be offered at the HAB students by Fermaint Photography Saturday, May 14 th, 2:30 pm 7:00 pm & Sunday, May 15 th, 12:00 pm 6:00 pm. There will be a sign-up book for individual portrait sessions in the studio lobby in the April. Order Forms and Portrait Information Details will be ed in March! PERFORMANCE PHOTOGRAPHY: The academy will have a professional photographer shoot live performance pictures during the performances. These stage performance photo s will be available for purchase 4-6 weeks following recital. An including the link will be sent when these are available for purchase. PERFORMANCE DVD: (See DVD Order Form) The academy will have a professional film company video the performance. Copies will be available for purchase directly from the videographer in the format of DVD. SEE THE DVD ORDER FORM INCLUDED IN RECITAL PACKET RECITAL FLOWERS: CCBT will offer flower arrangements to be purchased for congratulating your dancer. These arrangements will be pre-ordered and available for you to pick up at the Eisemann Center lobby on performance day for your convenience. One camera will establish the entire group, while the second camera will provide wonderful close-up shots. We will utilize a combination of the two views so your child will be seen as much as possible.
