Housing information will not be disclosed without a signed commitment form. Dress: As always, all attendees are able to wear jeans and business appropriate shirts to all functions. Presenters are invited to wear business appropriate jeans and collared shirts as well. About the GME Conference Our annual GameStop Conference hosts roughly 4,500 GameStop employees, which include Store Leaders, Field Leaders, ThinkGeek associates as well as SSC and international executives. This event gives our Store Leaders a sneak peek at the Q4 line-up months before it s even released. In turn, this educates them and gets them excited to sell your product to our customers. This year, we re creating Hotel Arrival Fliers that highlight what s happening at the Convention Center and throughout the week so our attendees know where to go to check in, check out what s happening and stay up to date throughout the week! This year, we re creating a fun passport to engage our Store Leaders to stop by certain booths. When they do, you ll stamp your logo page in the passport.
