SANDBELT BOWLS REGION APPOINTMENT Congratulations to Morry Power on his appointment as a board member on the Sandbelt Bowls Region Board. ELECTRIC LIGHT NIGHT PENNANT. As Armadale will not be fielding a side in this seasons Electric Light Tuesday Night pennant, Glen Eira McKinnon has requested any of our members who wish to play to contact their manager Ros GEM will be fielding one side and is short of players. Ross is currently overseas and not back

3 for 4 weeks so if anyone is interested in playing they should let me(bernie Gold) know in the mean tim The competition commences on Tuesday 8th. November with 14 rounds 0f 17 ends. 4 SANDBELT CHAMIONSHIPS Here is the list of Sandbelt competitions with the closing dates for entry. Please NOTE that these are different to Club tournaments as some of our newer bowlers get confused Also, please emphasise that all entries have to be given to me with $15 per player and that entries will accepted after the closing date. In order to help the 2nd of your rink collecting the green fees, please try to ensure you have the correc ready on the day. (As a gentle reminder, the fees for Saturday and Midweek are unchanged from last year, namely $10 fo and $9 for Tuesday.) If you are a 2nd and find you can't give correct change, please use the following procedure, as already by some 2nds: Seek change from one of the other 2nds. If still having difficulty, please provide the required change from the combination of your plastic bag $$ 2nd's bag, and then place the 2 bags with one inside the other bag such that the combined total of the the correct amount for 2 rinks.
