Councillor N. Bhreathnach (Pages ) "That this Committee wishes to establish the ownership of the open space opposite the Council terrace of houses at Brookfield Terrace. Since the pay and display was introduced at the residents request by the Council, the parking motorist has established a car parking facility on the green space with the agreement of the wardens although the Council itself has over the years maintained the green as open space. Would the Manager advise seeking an open-space zoning on that land with rights of way established to Prince Edward Terrace." 9
